S. T.Only been here for 4 nights, and loved it. Friendly enviroment, and my room was very nice ! Service is great as well, very attentive and friendly too. Overrall everything was great also considering how cheap it is, is a bonus. Would definitely come here again. Thank you Ocean Inn Motel 😊

B.Its in a prime spot, close to the motorways, gas stations , perfectly quiet and very nice to be able to stay there neat little studio , fridge jug microphone TV sky etc one single one queen bed , table chairs , good linen the pillows are really comfortable, shower is very high pressure, granit top benches , air conditioning, everything you would need next door is vegetable ship, close to everything around the area , Northcote mall., sports fields, restaurants, takeaways such as McDonald's, cutlery for two provided, plates glasses , linen cupboard , white sheets , decor is reasonable , yes a very nice convenient area, go to Chelsea sugar works Devonport , takapuna , Northcote mall and Birkenhead,. Four gas stations close by liquor store library .
R. A.Nice, clean and tidy motel, with good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Recently updated. Comfortable bed. Rooms have real fresh milk supplied in the room which was a nice surprise. Parking for one car right outside room, and close drive to lots of restaurants. Only issue was no air-conditioning and terrible traffic to get on motorway in the morning, but not an issue the rest of the time.
J. Y.If you want a beautiful , clean and tidy place to stay n northshore come here . It doesn't have views but I didn't care cause it served our purpose .

- Clean (For The Most Part).
- Comfy Beds.
- Perfectly Working Television.
- Air Conditioning.
- Staff (Female Proprietor Was Very Friendly).
- Water Was Hot.
- Shower Was Clean.
NEGATIVES:
- Sink Is Yellow (no longer white).
- Sink Also Had A Burn Mark (Probably from a hair straightener or curling iron)- Needs Replacing.
- One Window Hinge Was Broken.
- Went To Order Breakfast Which Was Advertised In The Room Compendium, Only To Be Told "We Haven't Done That In A Year" - Didn't Bother To Read Rest Of Compendium As Wasn't Sure How Much Was Actually Relevant - (An Update Is Order).
- Floor Grouting Could Use A Little Cleaning.
