Stayed here 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay. We had a room with our own bathroom. The room interior is kept simple but functional, it is quite modern and clean. The WiFi is good. We checked in very late due to a late flight after 2am which was no problem because they used key safes and instructions by email.

The only reason this place gets a 5 star is because of its owner/manager, African guy. He sure could teach his staff about customer service - the receptionist that greeted me was about as dead pan as a door. The owner/manager however was warm, welcoming and very accommodating.

Very clean rooms, good service. But no windows, feels almost like a holding cell in a basement. Would give 4-5 stars if room had windows.

We had a excellent stay here. Was a very basic room but nice and clean. The staff were nice a helpful, even looking after our bags for the day of arrival till check-in as we had a very early flight into Auckland. Nice and close to public transport, The area around it is a bit run down but we never had any issues travelling to the city or out to Pukekohe

I stayed at Park Ave Residence as a long term tenant and I must say my stay there was wonderful. The staff were friendly, warm and was always available. The facilities was well looked after by the cleaning staff who did a wonderful job. Some tenants needed to learn how to clean up after themselves but apart from that I would recommend Park Ave Residence anytime. It was handy to town and public transport and the view from the room I was in was awesome. I was is Rm 312. If ever I travel back to Auckland and need a place to stay I will be calling Park Ave Residence.

stayed here in double bed room. no heater in room. one big refrigerator but what's the use if you only stay for 1 night to catch plane in the morning. better to change that refrigerator with heater.

Stayed previously nice for the cost, clean still loving all the storage and full sized fridge and location had a few incidents but delt with quickly and efficiently by the wonderful staff. Thanks so much.

Exactly what we were looking for, clean rooms, late check, location just as we needed it. However, there are a lot of windy people outside, I wouldn't advise to walk around lately.

The Manager was so lovely. I had to check in a client after hours and he was so hospitable and accommodating I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you Vivik you made my weekend

Good place to stay if your looking at a temporary accommodation. Also has option for renting on weekly basis. Has off-street parking, so you need to keep an eye for vacant spots.

Tidy but spartan room. Location is confusing as it is close to nowhere you’d want to go in Auckland. Local suburbs of Otahuhu are ok but a “destination” it is not. Adequate for brief stopover. Minimal facilities in room (refrigerator and tv) shared bathroom and showers are good but serviced rarely. Wouldn’t return but would rate as acceptable if you desperately needed accommodation in Otahuhu

Very caring and helpful, when changes occurred with my flights, they were very accommodating and helped me get into my bag where the lock had broken! Would stay again!

Nice place to stay. There is a full kitchen on the ground level that is shared with all but each room will be given at least a microwave and small fridge

Very cheap and nice. There is a huge kitchen and they clean it everyday. And free Wi-Fi you just need to ask for it. Perfect!

オークランド空港からの立地は抜群によく、空港から２０分程度（料金は約4,000円）。最近できたばかりなのか部屋は清潔でした。冷蔵庫もあり翌日の朝食も問題なく保存できました。総じて満足しています。
