E.
Without question, one of the best hotels in Auckland. Rooms are fantastic. Service is excellent. Location is great. And the spa and pool are wonderful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Park Hyatt. We’re Auckland locals and have had a couple of lovely ‘staycations’ at the hotel - including for my wife’s birthday. Great to feel like we’re on holiday again! 😃
A.
Other than not being able to have your child in the spa area even with parental supervision.
This Place is amazing.
Bed comfort is unreal but also
Love the shower and baths too.
Great access and location to the waterfront.
B.
Had a great time at Park Hyatt. Minor hiccup during our stay was the room was not yet ready when we arrived at our check-in time and had to wait for 1.5hrs (not exactly a great thing to do when you have a toddler who's supposed to take his nap and only got coffee in exchange without allowing us to check out later to compensate for missed hour). Service was great, room had great views, was clean and quiet, and pool was also not crowded so had plenty of space to swim without bumping into others.
J.
Great place to stay for luxurious holidays. Pool and the hydrotherapy pool were so well maintained. Twin room we stayed had two separate bathrooms and a separate toilet which was really handy! Highly recommended for anyone wanting luxurious experience.
C.
Arguably the best 5 star hotel in New Zealand. Park Hyatt Auckland hotel is far superior compared with the rest of hotels in NZ by luxury, location, modern technology, amenities, facilities and many more. I look forward to come back and spend the next few holidays here.
M.
Had a 2.5 hour treatment at the spa today. It was excellent from start to finish. The attention to every detail was exceptional. Lauren was very skilled and professional. Will definitely be back, thank you.
M.
What an amazing stay we had with my partner. The Harbour Suite is super spacious, beautifully decorated and the view on the harbour and the Sky Tower was great. One of the things we liked the most was the luxurious bathroom: nothing better that soaking in the modern bathtub while enjoying the city view ! The staff is very helpful and nice. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed :)
J.
Had our wedding at the Boat house and everyone was great! The chef and all the staff catering to us that day were professional and always had a smile on their face. Thank you for making our special day that much more special.
k.
Wedding package well worth the spend. Great service staff during wedding dinner. Lovely friendly helpful staff through the hotel. Amazing place!
L.
Very nice people. The pool was amazing 👏. They were all so nice. My family asked for 2 double a battery's and they brought them to us. Definitely recommend it here very good.
C.
Fantastic venue for business meeting. Highly recommend! Friendly helpful staff and great food. Cater well for allergies. Great views!!

As I write this review, I am sipping a warm relaxing tea :) we booked a three-night stay in a suite which I did not expect it will be as grand as it be! I Had a 60 min massage at the spa and It Was excellent! The experience was phenomenal The attention to every detail was exceptional. The spa and Rishika was professional!
Best Hotel
Best Food
Best in everything!
We will be back for sure!! Thank you Park Hyatt, for making my birthday extra special!! Not to mention they brought a cake and refreshment to our room! You guys rock! - Aina Sacdalan :)
K.
Amazing friendly service and super tidy facilities. Stayed there for the night of our wedding and staff were super helpful. Room service was also great.
S.
Beautiful spacious room with a harbour view on 5th floor which had excellent soundproof windows leading to a superb balcony.
The Spa was very spacious and calm, though designed as a series of rooms linked by a public corridor.
The Hydrotherapy room was mixed gender and dominated by very loud talking women.
The swimming pool is excellent though the tram can be very noisy as it turns only 2 floor below. It's a little chilly if a breeze picks up.
Onemata is a good standard restaurant and I recommend the degustation.
The Living Room had good service but lacks atmosphere and the food was terrible.
M.
Amazing staff ,Bomi was so helpful with what we needed (front line staff sorry if wrong spelling), she was fabulous.Johnathan was so helpful and couldnt do enough for us as well, great Team work! Lilly looked after us at the spa,and was so amazing!! All the staff fabulous! Thanks Sarah for booking our xmas day breakfast.Best Hotel, with a fantastic pool, and facilities, eateries
R.
Had the most amazing stay at Park Hyatt hotel. From the day we arrived till the day we left. Upon arrival we were greeted by the friendly and cheerful staff personally. The food was amazing. We absolutely enjoyed the degustation menu at Onemata. To my surprise their breakfast and lunch menu were just as good. I really enjoyed their spa treatments as well. It honestly felt like I was on a proper holiday away from home and the whole covid situation The friendly staff both at the restaurants and the hotel ensured we were well taken care of throughout our stay and not disappointed by anything at all. Thank you for making our stay and my birthday such a memorable experience. I would recommend everyone living or visiting Auckland to enjoy a couple of nights here. Definitely worth the money and experience ~
L.
A fabulous N Y E do. The service impeccable and the food and drink. Fabulous view from the terrace. Personally recommend. Five Gold stars
G.
Expensive, new, but not always great service. The views of the harbor are great. Shame the pool is not on the roof. Overall nice, but Sofitel has better service.
D.
Incredible stay at the Park Hyatt with my family for my partner's birthday. Even prior to us checking in the staff were so wonderful and attentive. This exemplary attitude was consistent from all staff right up until the end of our stay. They even went so far as to write my partner a hand written note for her birthday. The accommodation was so luxurious and we were so sad to leave. All in all I could not recommend this hotel enough, it is fantastic and 5 star through and through!!!
M.
After checking out, we called an Uber, it was a cold day and a friendly staff Ivan went outside to wait for our pick up so we could stay warm inside. We were touched by his kindness and writing this review. Overall, we had a great time stating at this hotel. Facilities are great, room was great with fantastic city harbour view. I highly recommend Park Hyatt.
B.
The most luxurious hotel in Auckland. It transport you into another city which is a pretty nice feeling given that travel isn’t really possible now. Rooms are very slick and all of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was included in the room rate and it was a continental buffet and the choose of one dish, which was damn delicious. Shakshouka.
World class. Truly 5 star.
P.
Still in Lockdown L3 & Ordered a 'Afternoon Tea Box' for my partner as a surprise for an indoor picnic (as long weekend and it's been raining) and I must say this was an absolute treat!!
Thank you Callum for the awesome concept and idea. Thought this was brilliant!!
To the food itself so tasty, just devine, super cute and we'll presented.
The personal hand written note and how it was packaged, everything was perfect.
If you want to do something fun but treat yourself this is 100% the way.
Loved everything about this, would definitely purchase another one for a special occasion.
A.
Good. Lobby looks like a block of flats and the service was slow, but other than that stunning.
L.
This is super fancy hotel with 6 stars. Businesses and organizations are enjoying hosting events here. Because of 6 stars, that service is great. I placed 4 stars on review, because there is no obvious difference between 4, 5 stars hotel and 6 stars. Except, it is pretty new hotel, of course facilities are newer moderner. What else shows the difference? Maybe, other people have different view.
j.
Very nice rooms, very comfortable. It's basically a brand new hotel. They have awesome suites.
A.
Finishing in the rooms were not great. You can spot marks and tiles in the toilet weren't put in nicely. You can tell they didn't hire German or Japanese contractors for the project.
H.
Our afternoon tea at the hotel was excellent. Great quality of both food and the variety of tea we get to choose from. One of the best in Auckland.
The staff (I believe her name was Serena) were friendly, efficient and very attentive. We loved the experience and would definitely come back.
E.
A very good hotel . High quality, good services and good food. Surrounding area are clean and attractive.
E.
Honestly speaking I haven't tried it all so I can only review based on today's experience.
This is my first time stepping in Park Hyatt Auckland.
PH Auckland probably is the one hotel that I have been expecting its presence for a long time.
Exterior, I believe it has something to do with prevent the sea damage so it doesn't look impressively fabulous.
Interior, it speaks out the story of the hotel and it's culture. And I feel it combines contemporary, design, architect, calm and grace all together making a perfect balance.
Exceptional location, so far no one is able to compete.
Well-trained service staffs demonstrate hospitality in Hyatt way.
I was only there for afternoon tea catch up with friends. The quality of the soft drinks were not really there yet, unfortunately. The presentation and the taste didn't attract me to take pictures.
Hopefully next time I will be able to review the meals as well as the room to update a full experience.
S.
Our 2nd stay at Park Hyatt Auckland.
Rooms are wonderful. Very well equipped, with super quiet air conditioning.
Another thing we loved. The curtains do a fantastic job blocking out the light. It's something very important to us.
Service was very good. Very reasonably priced food & beverages in Captains Bar, The Lounge, & The Pantry.
Would love to be able to purchase a large coffee. That wasn't available at all.
Pool & Jacuzzi areas are easily the best of any Auckland hotel.
200+ nights at Sofitel Auckland prior to trying the Park Hyatt. It is fair to say that Park Hyatt Auckland is our first choice now.
M.
Another flawless stay at Park Hyatt. I can happily say covid lockdowns and restrictions have not stopped Park Hyatt from delivering world class service and facilities. Stayed in room 707. Highly recommend roof top with harbor facing balcony
S.
Another great stay here. The staff are friendly and want to make sure your stay is good. Room service was great, fast, and hot. The hotel is clean in all areas. Breakfast at the restaurant was great too. Highly recommended!
J.
Modern, clean, and relaxing. Beautifully designed. Thanks for having us.
A.
Lovely high tea. Enjoyable. Nice location. No parking available
Z.
Stayed here for a few days, expected better but late in cleaning rooms and breakfast cut off was uncomfortable to say the least. Staff need to know guest so they make certain it is the best experience. Bar Manager pacing at 10.30pm on a Tuesday night, wanting us to leave so his day can end. Shouldn't make it so obvious for guests of a 5 Star Hotel.
B.
Absolutely stunning, impeccable service, food is delicious, the staff are very helpful, however upon waiting for my friend to check out, I was approached in a manner that seemed quite judgemental, like "Are you meant to be here?" "What's your name? "Last name?", apart from that, I had a good stay.
L.
Stunning hotel in every single aspect! Blew us away not just the incredible attention to detail, views and comfort but the outstanding warm and friendly customer service. Honestly, we won't stop recommending this place anytime soon. We look forward to staying at the Park Hyatt again in the near future! Simply, magnificent!
A.
I love staying here time and time again, the food is amazing the service is great.
I even inquired the cost to live here for one year my only down fall is the spa could be a tad hotter I did see someone else mention the same. Other then that 10/10 Best hotel there is and we will be coming back this weekend.
S.
Luxurious modern fit out, relaxing and peaceful spa. We went for a pedicure, and will go back to try other treatments. My lovely therapist Rishika was warm and attentive, I felt well cared for. The dimly lit lounge to unwind after the treatment is a nice touch. There’s also free valet parking with 60min + treatments, which adds to the ease of the experience. Booking staff are a pleasure to deal with.
T.
Fantastic hotel. We had a minor issue with our room which was speedily rectified. We were very happy with the way they fixed the problem.
This hotel is in a great location and will be my referred hotel in Auckland.
T.
This hotel is always our top choice whenever we are in Auckland it’ became our Vacation Home. Visited this place several times and we are always happy here. Service is great like any other hyatt hotel in the world. HYATT IS HYATT!!!
A.
Very very nice hotel. Good views on the higher levels. Very posh - when we were there the carpark out the front was full of exotic supercars and even the odd crown car came to visit too.
M.
Words can’t explain how much of an effort Park Hyatt made during my stay. The service was exceptional and the staff are so friendly. Level of detail throughout the place is the highest quality. This would be the nicest spot in Auckland. The food was also top notce and will be back in due course.
j.
This is my second visit to the Park Hyatt Auckland staying at the Harbour Suite, and only one word can describe this Hotel, EXCEPTIONAL! The moment i step into the hotel, the staff remembers me and greeted me welcome back! Its these personal touches that makes you feel welcomed! I would also like to specifically thank the Guest Service Manager Douglas Tay for always going the extra mile in arranging details for my stay such as amenities and special arrangements! I will definitely be back!
C.
Beautiful hotel. So many of my business clients stay there because its one of the best in town....and they want cocktails at the bar.
A.
Great location, gorgeous rooms, and great food. It can be loud on weekends due to party noise outside the hotels, mostly in the rooms with balconies and not the tighter-sealed windows.
A.
Tried out their living room today!
Very tidy and comfortable. The staff are very professional. The food arrived quickly and tasted delicious.
I hope they have a membership system or something soon so I can come here more often!
Service: 5/5
Environment: 5/5
Presentation: 5/5
Food Quality: 5/5
Food Quantity: 4/5
Price per person: $20-$30
(My highest rating in the past year)

We arrived in Auckland Park Hyatt in the evening quite late.
I booked the hotel as a spur of the moment act to visit a sick relative of ours. I was travelling with my 9 year old son, who was very excited to stay in such a glamorous hotel. I must admit at the time I had forgotten about Auckland City Sky Tower hosting the new years eve fireworks. Well we were taken to our room by the driveway concierge, and wow what a room it was I have posted some images of the view we had. Although a little pricey it was an amazing stay, the staff were all polite and very helpful, the pool and gym ,very impressive, but that view! at night it just lit up with colours and reflections. In the centre of the America's Cup hub the Hyatt is surrounded by numerous eateries and pubs, and a short walk will find you at the front door of Luna Rossa or Team NZ. Amazing fun, thanks to all the staff during our visit, and a definite place to return in the near future. PS the Linen and our beds were so comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud. Very Nice!
J.
Was amazing to return to a completed hotel. Last time I was there they were still pouring concrete! Our King room with views and balcony was like nothing I've ever stayed in . Really amazing layout. Surprised with wear and tear on furnishings considering its only 8 months old. Dust in behind mirror lights , a bad design unfortunately, maybe rectified with a special duster. The Rum bar downstairs was very slow to serve. The meals at the lounge were simple fare however delicious .
So glad to have experienced Park Hyatt. Thank you
A.
Beautiful hotel with incredible service! We stayed here on the night of our wedding and everything was perfect. The staff made us feel extra special and were very prompt with any requests we had, breakfast was delicious at Onemata and the pool and spa were a great hangover cure. A highlight for me was also the Le Labo toiletries - such a beautiful scent to remind us of our special night. Would highly recommend!
C.
I will only give 3 out of five.
Customer service needs improve - some staffs are nice but some are not - It’s understandable if it happens in a motel which charge $200 per night but it’s not understandable it happens in a five star boutique hotel which charge over 1000 per night for the harbor view room.
I feel like this hotel doesn’t give staff proper professional training - it’s more like just hiring someone from somewhere and then just go serve the customer without training.
For customer who spend over 1000NZD per night doesn’t expect hotel treat them like king or queen but at least should treat customer with professional manner - this is how you respect your customer and their precious time.
I will not come to this hotel again and will not recommend this hotel to any of my friend if the customer service has not been improved.
A.
Was here for a conference. Beautiful venue, really nice food, great service from the waitressing staff too. Highly recommended!
D.
I had the privilege of working on this project in 2016, it was only recently that I found about the the completion of this project. The cost to stay here is on the higher end of the financial spectrum but comes with a lot of commodities such as outdoors aquatic facilities. This is the place to be in terms of lavish accommodation and your security is assured with a friendly environment.
D.
Accommodation was perfect, great place to stay.
P.
I don't usually write reviews but... WOW! We celebrated girls' night last weekend. What the most amazing experience! The property is beautiful, The rooms have stunning views of Viaduct harbour. But the team here are even more special and absolutely know how to make you feel welcome. There is one pretty girl in reception, I believe her name is Miranda. She just light up the lobby by her smile. She helped us in Chinese, which made us felt super helpful. Please pass my huge grateful to Miranda and the whole team. Definitely, we will be back!
M.
Spa- booked the rainforest massage with Diana, the masseuse was professional, great customer service skills and did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend and go back again
Hotel room- the room was immaculate and spacious for two, comfortable beds with friendly staff. Great amenities available, only feedback would be if the hydrotherapy pool could be warmer, besides this no other complaints.
K.
The staff here are exceptional at their jobs, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and no request is too or inconvenient.
The rooms are spacious, modern and the bathrooms are impossible to beat in Auckland. The room service menu was expansive with an all day breakfast option, once the meal arrived it was delicious, very well presented and exceeded my expectations.
The location is the most convenient location for the very best of what Auckland has to offer. Walking distance to the viaduct, britomart, Queen St and very close to the new mall Commercial Bay.
The spa is beautiful and relaxing and the gym has everything you would find at your local commercial gym offering.
If I was to find a negative it would be the pool area, its covered and doesn't get any sun, but the pool is heated and has a beautiful outlook over the Harbour.
The last comment really was to try and be picky.
Overall this is the best hotel in Auckland. Unlike some other 5 star hotels in Auckland where they have tried to cram as many rooms into a small space, the Park Hyatt has room to roam. HANDS DOWN, the BEST hotel in Auckland.
L.
Amazing overall experience! The food was luscious and the staff well informed about everything on the menu. Best place to have High Tea on a weekend with a warm and buzzing ambience.
C.
Stayed here for 3 days & couldn't fault it. Beautiful on the eye, great location & the service was impeccable. 24 hr room service & the food was great everytime. Had a beautiful spa & enjoyed awesome food with great service at the pool side. Would highly recommend to everyone & I will definitely be back.

Excellent stay - luxurious 5 star international hotel - look forward to our next stay!
The rooms are superb and the staff are a delight!
J.
Luxury, location and service that's second to none, and you don't need to splash the big bucks to stay in the Presidential Suite. All the rooms are incredible and spacious. Highly recommended
V.
Cool interiors and state of art architectural spacial design, welcoming staff. A handful of catering, entertaining, dining , drinking rooms with views. Rooms are high end
J.
Absolutely loved our stay! Our room was exquisite and the food was incredible!! Staff are super friendly and so helpful 😉
N.
Went for Afternoon Tea at the Living Room. Food was creative and wonderfully crafted. Well presented and tasted great. Staff were very friendly and the newly opened area had a great atmosphere with a wonderful view over the viaduct.
L.
I walked in at pantry cafe to grab a coffee fix and wanted to see the hotel. Shout out to Ace for his lovely hospitality and for showing me the pool and for giving me a personal tour of the park hyatt even without prior notice. i will book a room very soon and i cant wait try the pool and the hydro pools. exciting!
L.
Had a great stay. Friendly staff. Good food. Thx.
V.
One of the most incredible hotels in Auckland! Must visit!
C.
The Park Hyatt is new and very nice. The rooms are stunning, eventhing has touch controls and ours come with a stunning harbor view which was stunning during the day and night. The curtains are full black out making the room pitch black which gave me an incredibly good sleep. The door out to the balcony is tripple glazed or something because when you fully lock the door you can hear nothing outside. Being located where it is, i would imagine on weekends and later nights during the week a lot of foot traffic a few floors below would echo up the building design.
In the room there's a large TV on an arm to rotate it to aim towards the bed or the lounge area. There's easy controls and connections to connect your laptop or other devices via HDMI, USB ports etc. and there are USB ports by the nightstands to charge your devices. Water pressure for the rain forest shower was great and the dual basins when getting ready is great. There was also a walk in ward drobe with plenty of storage for clothes, shoes, bags and a safe to store your valuables. The toilet is seperate to the bathroom and had it's own basin too.
Blinds control your privacy in your room and the balcony is very large and private. Since the hotel was new there were very few guests but the restaurants were busy. Not all were open (of the 4) but the prices were the same or less than what you'd pay at the nearby wynyard quarter area.
Dinner we ate in the hotel and was delicious, the service was very good and the staff were attentative but not too in your face which is nice. Constantly being asked about my feelings while i'm eating can get annoying so it's good they didn't do that.
Breakfast was possibly the best presentation of and tasting museli i've ever had in my life. I think the honey on the honeycomb was a fantastic touch. The eggs benedict were equally amazing with a paprika sprinkling to finish it off.
Overall the location of this hotel, the privacy it provides yet places you in the center of the city is great. I will totally stay here again if presented with a chance to, it felt international and a cut above other hotels I've stayed at throughout NZ. It's nice to know hotels with class and service like this can exist here after some of the shockers i've stayed at with similar star ratings. Pricing in comparisson to other hotels in NZ puts this at the top bracket but not out of reach, you're definitely getting what you paid for here.
L.
A fun wedding in the Presidential Suite.Suberb location and facilities.
J.
WOW totally impressed, amazing and different high tea, visually amazing and delicious excellent service, lovely surrounding and decor, just one thing toilets so well concealed patrons were guiding each other ?? Some signage ( in keeping with ambiance of course)
D.
Amazing hotel with welcoming staff. Restaurant with nice and not too expensive food, also they have a nice range of wine and craft beer. Portions are pretty big.
N.
Had an amazing time with my friends here.Nice view, food was so tasty with great service.
E.
I found this very nice the people that serve me where great its a place I will come again .
A.
Stunning place. Amazing architecture. Didn't stay there so can't comment on service or facilities, but the couple of staff I dealt with did seem nice. The atrium was a thing of beauty.
M.
We booked a staycation for our wedding night & we were amazed by the level of comfort and interactions with the staff. The full experience made us feel very special throughout our whole stay. Special thanks to floor staff at Onemata, Channa Samarasinghe and Mayra who made sure we were feeling at home.
a.
We stayed here for 2 nights from April 11 This hotel is top-notch.. service exceptional, room marvellous, staff superb and facilities first class and of course communication and food superb.
K.
We dined at Onemata for our entrees and mains and had our dessert at The Living Room. The food were topnotch but it was Michael of Indonesia the waiter at the Living Room who made our dining experience amazing, he did an excellent customer service. When he learned that it was my little boy's birthday he quickly organised a FREE birthday cake for him. Terimah Kasih Michael.
S.
Fantastic facility with wonderful location and views. Superb hydrotherapy centre great facilities. Wonderful service all found. The only niggle being the inroom controls all touch panel and very fiddly, have to be very precise to get a response
D.
Very fancy room. Beautiful outlook over the Viaduct Basin. Complete lack of instructions on how to operate anything, including fancy C-Bus pushbutton lighting.
J.
Lovely place for a different aspect of high tea
K.
Fantastic staycation escape. Feels like your really away from home. Superb service, very private and just loved our second stay here!
J.
My family and I stayed here for a weekend. Excellent service, excellent facilities and excellent location. Highly recommend the Harbour View suites. Will be back. Thanks,
R.
We had a group gathering and held our High Tea at The Living Room. Highly Recommend...friendly staff, excellent service and sumptuous selection of savoury and sweet treats. Definitely a must try 👌
W.
Excellent location with an easy walk to restaurants, shopping and of course the harbour. Would highly recommend.
H.
The cauliflower caponata was the highlight of the night but because that was our entrée, we felt the rest of the courses did not meet our expectations that were set based on the entrée.
The bok choy in the Salmon Fillet dish was far too oily (you could taste and see a lot of oil on the plate) and when the waitress asked for feedback and we said it was a bit oily, she replied that "that's probably the style" which we felt was not a very appropriate response for a brand new restaurant that should be open to feedback.
The side of potatoes we ordered with the wagyu beef was also on the salty side.
Aside from that, the atmosphere itself was nice and we would return again at some point to try other dishes before making a judgement call on how we feel overall.
I would recommend giving Onemata a try, suitable for a date night or even a girls catch up. Nice intimate atmosphere.
L.
It's so funny that girls came to have afternoon tea dessert, but i ordered Hong Kong stirfried noodles....but to be honest this noodle taste good!and I gave five star Because staffs are all friendly and professional, one of the lady even offer to give me the chilli oil before i ask, such a surprise haha
J.
We had an amazing stay. Best hotel I've ever been to, will definitely be back
p.
Afternoon tea here was superb - best in NZ, easily. Great service.
Also love the decor. Really good to have this addition to Auckland.
A.
Amazing place with great staff and beautiful service. Beautiful views of the harbour and CBD. A great place for holding events, corporate or personal.
C.
Great faculties. Friendly staff
We can also recommend the High Tea hosted at the Living Room
H.
Spacious room with nice harbor view.
S.
Great location, brand new.Staff is mix matched, some of them are great, some are below beginners standards. Some serious future training needed there.Start please, with telling them that you don’t pick up half full plate of the table, when the guest is not there. Two of my plates were picked up while I had little dance on the floor.I go and address this with the managers (there was more managers then waiter’s) and they are blasé, look at you like you have come from different planet.Rooms are beautiful and specious. They have everything in there.Just beautiful.Now...cleaners can do better job in particular at this COVID times.Mirrors in bathroom were discussing.Breakfast was yum beautifully presented, service again was mixed matched....poor waitresses and too many managers. We had to keep calling them, and there was less guests then staff. You need to do way...way better , to get that superb star for your hotel.
M.
Had dinner at Onemata Restaurant in the hotel. Devine! Bit expensive ($260 for 3 courses for 2 people) but worth it. Best steak I've eaten in Auckland!!
G.
What a wonderful experience, from the moment of walking into the room to the hydro therapy room you really felt the luxury. We also sampled the high tea which was a wonderful experience
K.
Great rooms and conference space but staff seemed inexperienced and didn't live upto standards if star ratings in terms of helping to facilitate our conference
c.
Just had a coffee but was seated outside and watched the America's cup boats come back in. Coffee was good, view was better and staff were amazing
S.
Excellent staff and service. Rooms of high standard

Very attentive staff whether you are at the lobby or having a meal. Lovely breakfast that fills you up and great room.
T.
Perfect location for a holiday and good view.
A.
Lovely hotel, but disappointed to see management hasn't thought of halal meat options. Unusual for a top-end hotel, perhaps something for F&B to work on.
L.
Helpful friendly staff went out of there way to give us great room with viaduct views of team NZ base and prada.
D.
There is stuff happening everywhere. The fish market is really cool even if you aren’t looking for food. There are parks for kids, an outdoor basketball court, and even a place to swim! Very fun afternoon.
S.
Stunning hotel, excellent location, amazing team. Can’t wait to visit again!!!
D.
My wife and I spent New Years here. Food was incredible, as are the views of the viaduct. Expensive, but worth it.
