A.We booked two rooms last week at 120$ each and it was worth for the amazing location at Parnell road. The rooms were nice and clean and the lady at the reception was amazing, she was polite and came to our room at 2 am when we locked ourself out of our rooms. Will surely come back.
R.I think this is a great hotel for the price and I would definitely come again. The rooms were clean and the cafe in the hotel is indeed pretty good. The location and neighbourhood is excellent. 15 NZD for parking for the whole stay is fair. 5-10 minutes into the CBD with Uber. Heaps of nice restaurants and shops around. The rooms were pretty small, the sink was tiny, the walls are made of paper (I used my earplugs and didn't hear a thing, but you can hear the occasional noise without). Therefore, only 4 stars, but I think it's a good trade-off for the price.

T.Parnell Inn is located in a lovely place. The staff were extremely polite and effecient. Value for money and location. Our room was directly under the restaurant kitchen judging by the noise each night, bottles being tossed in the bins, people clomping about, loud discussions that bordered on arguments.
T.A small corner market walking distance up the street. Auckland in general is a very walkable city with lots to look at ***** the way. Parnell Inn offers a decent room at a reasonable price for Auckland. Sad as this was always our favourite place to stay when we come to Auckland.
T.We took a chance on this motel and so pleased we did. Our windows had a view down the hill and into the distance, full of colourful, blossoming trees. Thank you Parnell Inn i arrived in a lot of knee pain and left with a great nights sleep.
