C.First up, the smell in the foyer captivated me. It was beautiful and I wish I could have it in my home. The service was awesome, very friendly both at check in and check out. I've been charged $25 for a car park before so I felt that $10 here was really reasonable.
The room was clean and comfortable.
This will be a place we visit again when back in Auckland. Really easy to get to as well.

A.I would firstly like to thank the Staff, reception people's THANK USE THANK USE... as use were so Lovely and welcoming from the time me and my child entred to when I left the premisses, it was ment to be a trip for me and my child but it ended up being
just me at the end ☺️ which was still awesome, it was so quiet CLEAN smelt so fresh and disenfectected right through, there rules restriction was just beyond on point 🙌 as they had signs every where to do with the covid passport vaccine, I thought that was just amazing as there were signs saying that they do not except visitors on the premisses as they are wanting to protect the ones that are booked in the building also to the cleaners use do and amazing job keeping the place refreshing.would I book here again? My answer would be 💯 percent.
C.We had an amazing stay here! The service was amazing from the first point of contact, right through to checking out. I think we had one of the best rooms in the building, the views were amazing which the kids LOVED and the kitchen, washer and dryer were added bonuses. They even had the baby cot set up for our baby. The apartment is walking distance to the shopping centre, Rainbows End, restaurants and supermarkets. I can't wait to stay here again and hopefully have that amazing view again.

J.The best stay i've had in Nz so far, rooms were clean and good value for the price paid, located right beside the mall which was a life saver, free parking on the weekends along the strip. The apartment had everything we needed, the staff were incredible and very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.
N.Tidy clean well appointed double room apartment, pleasant service . on the negative side... the attitudes to Disabled parking were average, able bodied persons parking in all 3 disabled parks, the hotel knowing we needed one of them on our return, the excuses were not satisfactory.
P.Good place to stay with the family everything one might need is walking distance including a shopping mall and Rainbows end.
Full Kitchen Washer and dryer. Wifi not the best.

The staff were really great, the room was kept beautifully clean and the price was reasonable.
My own bathroom, kitchen, laundry and tv, with free internet with speed that’s good enough to stream without buffering.
The location is perfect as it’s just a short walk from the shopping centre. Lots of great eating nearby.
I highly recommend paying for secure parking. The one night I didn’t, my car got broken into.
S.Was gifted to us for a short birthday stay over-night. It had all essentials and was nice and tidy inside. Had a place to eat, cook, heat food, dish washer, laundry area in bathroom.
We had two toddlers with us and room was fine for our little family. Able to access Netflix in room for the kids. Close to shopping centres and shops also. Allocated, secured covered carpark was a bonus too.

Room was clean, had everything we needed and more, we loved the balconies, they brought up and made up extra bed. Serviced the room. And gave us excellent service first time.
We would stay there again.
Rooms are not huge but were fine for 4 adults.
We were on the 14th floor, views were great.
Situated in middle of everything and parking for all our cars.

C.View was nice. Room was small but clean. Parking is handy but you cant fit anything bigger than a ute in there.

You cannot enter in your room before 2pm.
There is no option for early check in w/o additional charge.
Also even parking space is after 2pm.
I was advised to park my car at the nearest mall and had to wait for coming 2pm.
R.Perfect for stay away for biz. Tidy and plenty of facilities. Can attract a bit of excess noise at night if facing the mall carpark due to vehicle sound offs. Not their fault tho.
Y.Loved my stay here. Enjoyed the views, and easy access to Westfield shopping centre (literally a hop, skip and a jump). Would be helpful for those who don't know their way around Auckland (like myself), if there was a 5 min parking area in front of the Proximity Apartments reception entrance to make checking-in easier.
S.Great one bedroom apartment. Everything you need. Clean & comfortable beds. Modern appliances. Down fall was on level 2 we had a back room. Overlooks carpark. They were fully booked so we couldn't upgrade. Enjoyed our stay.
G.From Samar at the front desk everything went really well. The room was very clean and set up well, for an overnight to a long stay the apartment suits your needs. Secure parking and entry with swipe tabs. The cleaning staff were visable in nice uniforms and very friendly, way better than other places we have been. We meet Samar in the mall and she was just as pleasant with us out of work especially with our children. Thank you for your time and the experience.
L.The apartment complex is a good and clean space to stay a couple nights while in Auckland. We were away for work so all we needed was a bed and a shower essentially. Overall a good stay. However. We were in the middle of checking out waiting behind a gentlemen who was raising a few concerns he had. He was met with blunt and arrogant attitude from a staff member working reception. This was not what we had expected and was not enjoyable to watch and hear when we were trying to check out and leave. To say the least it left a bad taste in the mouth

Staff at reception have always been great until lately when they appointed a person who is reactive, quite unhelpful and hard work to communicate with.

O.Lovely staff. Sadly had issues with beds not being sorted as promised. 1 night was slept sleeping on a mattress in the floor as fold out couch was broken. Toilet seat fell off. Then we were moved to another apartment. No change in requested bed arrangements, but couch was comfortable to sleep on. Alas the dishwasher leaked & it looked like the apartment was under repair. No compensation was offered for all the disruption or help offered to shift apartments. For 2 couples or a small family excellent, for 4 singles, not recommended.
N.Nice location and close to Westfield Shopping Centre. Good views. Room size was slightly smaller than it looked on the website. Overall it was clean. However, around the outside of the shower some additional cleaning should have been undertaken. Some minor repairs to the suite would improve its presentation. If these had been done then we would have scored it higher.
L.Our family's 2nd stay at Proximity Apartments was as enjoyable as the 1st. Very clean, fairly roomy 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs. Good sized bathroom and balconies to enjoy the city views were a bonus. Super close to great shopping and food court! Will be back to stay again.

We were very happy we decided to stay out in Manakau. Only problem we had is not much choice for late dinner apart from fast food.
L.Staff are kind and friendly. They respond immediately to your requests. Rooms are always clean and tidy. Location is fantastic and truly everything you need is close by.
I have a sunset view of Manukau Harbour. I will always come here. 5 minutes to the airport!
T.Having stayed here regularly I have always been happy with the quality of the accomdation. The amenities within the rooms are good, table chairs, TV. The views are spectacular and if you can ignore the marks on the walls and floors, worth it for the view alone.
A.Proximity Apartments are a little 18 levels , part of are fulltime residents. Having being here on business they are pleasant 2 bedroom , full contained kitchen with close shops nearby . The view depends on your facing window . I got the airport way in the background. Very comfy .

t.LOVED IT SO MUCH!! Me & my partner were here from 31st to 2nd April & best accomodation ever. We ain't fussy so we instantly loved our little, cozy & clean room :) the receptionist was lovely also. We will definitely be coming back as soon as possible

D.Mine was a 2-bedroom apartment with bedding for 3 people, although it's possible for a 4th person to sleep on the couch in the living room. There is a kitchenette (with a dishwasher too) where we were able to prepare our own meals.
The bathroom had a washing machine and dryer, which proved to be most handy. Parking is free and is in a secure covered car park; you'll be given an access card to open the gate.
j.Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient to shopping centre. But the room is very compact. Friday and Saturday nights there is a lot of noise till 2pm and causes disturbance to sleep. The bed mattress is over used hence uncomfortable.
A.Good service, just a typical almost emergency housing type but a step above that. And in a stones throw distance from a shopping mall.
P.Clean. friendly staff. Excellent views in the deluxe room. Bedding not as advertised. Recommend asking for exactly what you need before arrival
E.Really loved staying here, the apartment was nice and clean and the complementary tea and coffee was greatly appreciated. We had some issues with the fan in our bathroom not working which didn't end up being fixed but it didn't put a dampening on our stay.

J.I stayed at Proximity with 2 friends while attending a conference at the Vodafone Events Centre. The Events Centre was within walking distance, so no car was needed. Room 1602 has a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a sofa bed - we paid an extra $25 for using the sofa bed for the 3 nights we were there. The room was clean and tidy although not serviced on Sunday (this may have been an oversight). The airport was very near and there was some noise from overflying aircraft, but not at night. There is an excellent Indian restaurant (Spices) a short walking distance away and an adequate food court in the Westfield shopping mall. I would stay at Proximity again, the staff are friendly, courteous and helpful.
H.If you're in Auckland visiting and maybe Rainbows End with family on weekend. Here is a great place to stay, right next Manukau City Centre Mall. Parking available, convenience galore all in walking distance including train station to Auckland city. Great experience
B.Smaller than I expected for the cost. No housekeeping on Sunday which you don't get told about. Parking is not in the cost of your room. However it was close to shops and places to eat which made things easy
T.Good location in ***ukau. Feel it was a bit over priced for what you got. Getting blankets and pillows needed was unfortunately a real effort and ended up only getting pillows but no blankets; so was then advised to turn on our heat pump to co****sate for the lack blankets.

K.Nice and simple place to stay if you're on holiday! Westfield Manukau is right next to these apartments so you'll be all good if you're keen on shopping or eating out!
A.Small but very well placed right across from a mall. very quite could not hear anything from other rooms. would stay again but suggest trying a higher floor or you might have a balcony looking straight into a multi rise car park.
k.Great location and apartment only down talk you pay same room rates but you do not get serviced room service on the sunday. No one works that day. Why is there no price reduction. Thought we had user pay in this country
R.Clean, quiet, comfortable beds, secure, secure basement parking, warm with the air-con going, All the usual facilities for washing and cooking, good hot water temperature and pressure. I would recommend and stay there again.

R.Ok accommodation, liked the 3 decks the suburb is a bit rough, that said ran into awesome people too...we only stayed there because close rainbow end, be careful around park late at night between train station and apartments, must say photos online look bigger than the actual room, bedroom 2 is tiny

J.The location is excellent close to the Westfield shopping centre, the bus depot and trains, 15 mins to international airport, 2mins to motorway all directions.....Apartments offer fridge microwave toaster cooktop pot pan iron hairdryer washing machine dryer even soap powder......The only downfall was the drainage in the bathroom the smell was very unpleasant so had to keep the bathroom door closed st all times.....other than that great...

M.Niceish apartments with washer and dryer. But during our three day stay, the shower flooded several times. We did call for maintenance but it never seemed to get fixed.

김.(Translated) There was nothing particularly good or bad for an overnight stay. It's too much to just call it a 4 star. The bathroom is a bit old and needs remodeling. It feels like a single-person apartment. But the view at night was really nice. It was disappointing that there was no basic mineral water in the refrigerator, even if there was no welcome drink.
It would be nice to have even a small bottle of mineral water.
There is even a washer and dryer in the bathroom.
The only heating system is a heat pump.
If you need an electric blanket, you must bring it yourself.

1박을 하기에 특별히 좋을 것도 나쁠 것도 없는 컨디션이었습니다. 단지 4성급이라고 하기엔 무리가 있습니다. 화장실은 조금 오래되어 리모델링이 필요해보입니다. 1인용 아파트의 느낌입니다. 그러나 밤에 보는 뷰는 정말 멋졌습니다. 냉장고안에 웰컴드링크는 아니더라도 기본적인 생수 같은 것도 없어서 아쉬웠습니다.
작은 생수 한병이라도 들어 있으면 좋을 것 같아요.
화장실안에는 세탁기와 건조기까지 존재합니다.
난방시설은 히트펌프밖에 없습니다.
전기담요가 필요하다면 셀프로 챙겨가야 합니다.
S.(Translated) This hotel is made for shopping. It is right across from the westfield, the bunning and the miter10 are just across the park. The bus and train terminal are right next door. I went there for the U2 concert and I only stayed there for 24 hours. The apartment we had had a small kitchen, the necessary to do your laundry (washing machine and dryer). The rooms are small. Free WIFI. The staff is smiling and competent. Small negative point, it's not too well soundproofed. That night there was a lot of wind and rain, you could hear the whistling of the wind in the windows.

Cet hôtel est fait pour le shopping. Il est juste en face du westfield, le bunning et le mitre10 sont juste l'autre côté du parc. Le terminal de bus et de train sont juste à côté. J'y suis allé pour le concert de U2 et j'y suis resté que 24h. L'appartement que nous avions avait une petite cuisine, le nécessaire pour faire sa lessive (lave-linge et sèche-linge). Les chambres sont petites. Wifi gratuit. Le personnel est souriant et compétant. Petit point négatif, c'est pas trop bien insonorisé. Cette nuit-là, il y avait beaucoup de vent et de pluie, on entendait le sifflement du vent dans les vitres.
