n.Room was a but small but other than that it was good. Bar fridge was a bit loud and you can only have access to 1Gb of internet per day.
A.Overall clean and tidy. Safe and secure. Light and bright. Good amount of parking which seemed safe. I do recommend for short stays. Good location. Handy to alot if not in a lock down
A.Our room was clean and felt like it had not long been updated. The rooms were warm and quiet and staff were friendly and helpful. It would have been great to have some cutlery to use for cheese and crackers.

A.Brand new room, loved the feeling of the carpet. Very clean room and all amenities were very new which gave me a feeling of being the first to use the room. Loved the sheets

T.I really enjoyed our time here and its pretty family friendly especially for toddlers. We stayed in the Premier rooms and I would definitely recommend. Would visit again soon :)
R.Friendly service. Nice and quiet. Very clean. Dated decor, but that's much less important. Bathroom could do with steam extraction because the mirror fogged up, but not a deal breaker. Would stay here again.
P.We stayed here twice during our our recent trip to Auckland in December 2019.
The first stay was with a group of 4 members of our family, we used a superior room with 2 king sized beds. The room had parking in the front and opened out to a large secured grassy area at the back. The room was clean and the beds were nice and firm. There was a fridge but no microwave in the room. The hotel is close to Nandos and Supermarkets. The staff were very professional and helpful. The issue with the superior room was that the bathroom did not have an active extractor fan and relied on a transom window for airing which could be an issue if many people want to use the bathroom.
The second stay there just the two of us, we stayed at a lower cost internal room which was accessed from an internal hallway from the reception desk. Again the service was highly professional and courteous. The rooms are very clean but small and the main issue was the lack of adequate sound proofing, we stayed in a room and could clearly hear the profanity laden conversation of our neighbors till late in the night. Additional the bathroom drain gave off an odor, unusually the bathroom floor drainage pipe which could be seen through the grate was very large, although it looked clean there was an unpleasant odor although it was not strong. We shifted to an external room after the first night and it was much quieter although being by the laundry there was quite a lot of sound from the washing machines.
Despite this I liked the hotel and will stay again.
A.Greatful that we were able to book at such a late hour and no minimum stay required as we just needed somewhere to stay for the night. 24 hour reception with great friendly service. A very comfortable hotel to stay in.
A.Lincoln Green has really stepped up and provides a very good quality stay for budget rates. Nothing better in Henderson Auckland if you have business in the area.

E.Arrived late to place as we were coming from wellington, check in was easy and did not take long! Our Room were really clean, shower was great, beds awesome.. Quiet place too :). Had the cooked breakfast the next morning in the restaurant yummy! We had a wonderful stay even if it was only 1 night. A++++++

T.We would go back here again. The highlight for me was the breakfast. The room had a great lay out with a modern feel. Parking was easy. Bathroom hadnt been cleaned properly. Sky TV on a wall mounted TV is always a good touch. The staff is always very friendly and eager to help.

D.Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed. We only stayed 1 night and was awakened by the fire alarm, no problem just a little early after a wedding bash. Breakfast available at the local 7.0am till 10.0 ish.... might be 11.00.

A.Friendly helpful staff on reception, clean comfy room. Added bonus was delish full breakfast each morning built in to the accommodation rate as a special deal. So wonderful to just pop in, choose from the fabulous spread- buffet style, eat and leave- no delays! Fab for those busy mornings.Would def stay again!!

B.Have come here only for team training, using their conference room facilities. Team is lovely and the rooms are adequate for our class size of 30. Plenty of space for break out and putting things in the walls. Projector also available. Toilet and other facilities are always clean. Being on Lincoln road you can wait grab a bite for lunch or breakfast if the hotel provided meals don't suit

A.Tired and worn out, and quite expensive for what it is nowdays. I can get higher rated hotel accommodation for much less
R.The staff were lovely and very friendly. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Our only negative was the ants we had in our room and the noise that sounded like Darth Vader . We asked reception to come up the first night to hear the noise and they agreed it was very noisy. We all thought the guest next door had a breathing device on and we were assured she was departing the next day but the noise continued the next 2 days we were there. Any food or drinks left out were infested with ants the next morning. We mentioned it to the receptionist on departure and she didn't seemed too phased and mentioned she will let house keeping know which seriously needed to be reported to maintenance. I hope they look into the ant problem .
The ants were climbing up the wall by the window and also came out at night on to the counter by the jug . We placed our cooler bag outside the room as the ants had managed to get into it and contaminate our food, so we placed it outside the room to be taken away and disposed of.
T.We were met by the very helpful Sharon at reception. The staff were very friendly & helpful. I would say reasonably good neighborhood. TV had a nice selection of international programming. The beds were very very comfortable. The price was great for our budget. We were impressed with the cleanliness.

It's a peaceful place, and theres less traffic around those parts. Most flats have a large space with 2 queen beds. Some have an extra single bed. These were the options for 4 people. The service is good. Looks nice. Has a small porch at the back of each flat. The shampoos and soaps are of good quality too. The bathroom, however, doesnt have a lock. There was no stove. It's a good enough place to stay for one night or if you eat out or order in. They can offer you a slightly better price if you show them an Expedia discount or something similar.
D.Nice clean rooms. Wouldve given a 5 star if they had more complimentary tea, coffee and milk. Had satchets for 1 per person????
p.The inlaws stayed, but the room was modern and very clean and tidy. Hallways and entrances were also well kept. I'd have to say this would be one of the nicer places to stay in West Auckland.
K.Hotel next to Trust Arena. Large component with several blocks. My allocated room was large with a King sized bed and a large bathroom. Foxtel channels. Heat pump is a little weak but quiet. Friendly staff. On site restaurant serves breakfast. Good Home restaurant just next to the hotel.
S.Perfectly adequate. Only let down was the hot buffet breakfast which, although adequate, did not have a fresh cooked alternative menu. Rooms were good, clean and comfortable, well maintained. Iron in room was a bit naff.

T.Lincoln Green was simple and petite. The only thing I could recommend was at least a few utensils,we only had 2 teaspoons,that couldn't quite cut it when we wanted to eat in. Least a bread knife for toast. Though we also had no toaster...

C.Thanks to Moesha for being an amazing help when taking my booking. Was very quick, and easy. Because it was my first time booking, I was scared to book anywhere but it went very smoothly and I will defs be rebooking with her directly. Well done to her on explaining every hotel detail we asked about clearly, although we felt like we were being annoying, she still kept persistent with information. If she had not been precise with what is inclusive we would have searched else where. Our stay leading up to Christmas was great, what you read online is indeed what you get. No faults at all. All staff are very welcoming also, especially Housekeeping. Would rate 10 stars if possible!!!

T.These rooms without doubt will be the best hotel room we are ever likely to stay in. The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff was second to none. I was very fine with the location. Great place to stay if you're on a business trip or for an overnight stay.
R.Stayed on the 26th Feb for early birthday gift. Encountered some very delightful staff. Tooks the housemaid who serviced my room throughout did a great job. Only thing not happy about is the on and off again buffet breakfast provided but 5 Stars for Customer Service.
A.Great hotel, clean, easy to be there. There are great restaurants and facilities within walking distance. we were there for a swim meet at WestWave and I found it very easy to stay at the hotel. Would love one of the rooms downstairs next time in the garden area rather than the main block.
B.Every thing was OK but you need to step it up a little bit.
Stayed for 2 weeks.
First week had a nice and clean room.
Second week in another room i had to unclog the shower drain and had to clean the airconditioning unit as the filter was all blocked and dirty and it made the room smell bad. Restaurant and bar was not to shabby, food was good😎
J.Stayed very recently and could not help but brag about the amazing service at Quality Hotel! Tooks couldn’t be anymore lovely / welcoming towards us. Very well serviced room, very friendly staff and very helpful too. Cannot stress how customer focussed this place is, especially for a hidden West Auckland gem. Staff go out of their way to try and make things fit your needs. Moesha who I was told is the Hotel Duty Manager moved mountains for us. We had a few requests that we did not think would be approved as it was so last minute. But, coming off of a 17 hour flight and arriving 2 hours earlier to check in, she was very understanding and couldn’t have been more of a miracle worker. All our requests were approved within a 10 min wait, as I witnessed her personally go and make sure our room was ready and at a high standard too. I applaud her for also helping my elderly mother into the room from the car, as I had my hands full with taming the kids. My mother was very appreciative (which is rare towards strangers) that she asked for her direct contact in case she needed any assistance at all whilst I was out with the kids. She very kindly gave it and my mother did happen to make calls to her and surely enough, Moesha was right there within seconds! My family would like to thank Quality Hotel Lincoln Green, Tooks & Moesha for the great hospitality. We will definitely be back soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A.Very much enjoy the atmosphere of this hotel. Montel and Tooks especially are helpful as they directed me exactly to where I needed to go and also offered to walk me in the direction which I know is well over and above their duties so well done to them! HK Staff are very efficient with servicing rooms and through the many times I’ve stayed I have not been disappointed with the cleaning service. Overall great place to stay, always recommend it to a friend.

R.My mother recently stayed at the hotel and told me of such great customer service they have. She credited a young girl Moesha in which she found out worked in 2 different areas that day, in which she was very surprised at. She applauded her for a smooth checkin as well as great servicing of the room. She very willingly helped her with carrying all her bags and also tried to make things work as she was elderly and requested a room close to exit and ground floor level. I’m glad that my mother was well looked after during her stay and for that I thank Moesha and the hotel staff for attending to my mother’s needs.
T.The impressive thing was reading the information in the room about The Trusts Funds going back into the Community & looking after the Environment. Food at the bar 159 was excellent and close to the motorway to get to the shore or the city. Staff very helpful and friendly when we had an extremely late check-in.

H.Kia Orana! Lovely friendly staff, nice clean rooms, the only slight disappointment was breakfast, poached eggs were quite overcooked. To be fair the continental breakfast part was great :) would definitely stay again.
A.The lack of a microwave in the room means you are forced to use the shared kitchen area, which when you've had a hard day sometimes you just want to sit on your bed in your PJ's and eat something whilst watching the telly. …

J.Montel was very good when it came to servicing my room. I did apologise to her for the clutter/ rubbish but she managed to work through it like nothing. Rooms are cleaned at a high quality. HK Staff are always around to offer help with luggage, or directions. Reception may need help with their mannerisms as I had politely asked for the Wifi instruction yet the short young girl stood blankly stating she does not know anything as she was new. Her manager I’m guessing in the office had also come past and didn’t acknowledge me and looked as if she could not be bothered with what was going on. Other than that, the accomodation and HK Staff never disappoint!

A.We attended a family memorial, the hotel was central to other family, it was clean and comfortable, had all that was necessary, staff, were friendly, food at restaurant was very good. Great value for money, also was very quiet, no street noise and ample parking.
