J.Quest Albany is the best place EVER! The rooms are clean and have EVERYTHING you need. There's a washer, dryer, dishwasher- everything! Even a vegetable peeler! The rooms are quiet if you need to study and they are of a good size. Parking is easy and you can walk to Massey easily. The staff are amazing and very helpful. Jim Park is THE GREATEST! Stop reading reviews and mucking about and book a wonderful home away from home!
b.Clean apartments with all the facilities needed for a short or longer stay. Reception staff are friendly and make the stay even better. Location is good, but I had a car so not sure what it would be like on foot/bus. Stayed here twice and both times were great.

T.Jim is an excellent host and made the difference with excellent service, support and assistance. I booked this hotel some months before and requested a north facing sunny room but got the opposite and when we asked for a North facing room we were told there were none available. Great little place and totally recommend.
A.I stayed at this serviced apartment on business from 11 March - 15 March. The location was excellent for me with all the facilities that I could possibly require. The beds are quite firm (but I believe that there are mattress toppers available should you need a softer bed). Also I stayed in the studio apartments. There is a degree of noise from the fridge/freezer which (as this is a studio) can be annoying as there is no way (short of switching the fridge off) of preventing.
The people at the desk could not be more accomodating and helpful in making sure that your stay is satisfactory.
T.Lovely clean rooms, excellent fast free unlimited WiFi. Close to shops, restaurants and the main motorways. Secure packing (extra charge) and helpful staff. No complaints, would happily stay again. Oh and the hot water in the shower doesn't go hot/cold/hot/cold like so many other places.

T.Jim Park the owner/***ager is a superb host and will make sure all your needs are catered for. The location is great to walk to nearby restaurants,diary and liquor store. The facilities are nice and more modern than expected but try to avoid arriving after hours if you can.
T.I travelled to Albany for a funeral and this is a hotel I would certainly recommend. Of course it was spotless. The staff who greet you at the front counter were excellent. Great value for money and I will absolutely stay there again should I ever need to return to the area.

T.Staff were ok they did the minimum required. Heaps of restaraunts & bars close by or the Albany Shopping centre is just up the road if you chose to cook yourself as they have all cooking facillities. It’s these little personal touches that make Quest Albany our 1st choice, always, when we travel to Auckland.
T.Walking distance to Albany mall. Late afternoon it took me nearly an hour to drive here from the airport in ***gere which I already knew Its easy enough to find the property taking the Greville Road exit from the motorway. I highly recommend this place if your are looking to stay in Albany.
E.I meet many Quest Albany guests at Toucan Bistro nearby an they all invariable speak well of the service and accommodation. The comments are usually along the lines of ..its comfortable, functional and the staff are welcoming and helpful.
B.Great modern room with full kitchen facilities, washing machine and dryer. Even came with complimentary wash powder. A small thing but when you are on the road for work, it saves buying a whole box.

K.(Translated) The room is clean, although not big, and the bedding is very comfortable. The young lady at the front desk had a good attitude and introduced delicious restaurants near us. Long-distance driving from Wellington to Auckland, we arrived a little later than get off work hours, the lady at the front desk was still waiting for us to register before leaving. Have a chance to come back.

房间洁净，虽然不大，床品很舒服。前台小姐姐态度很好，介绍我们附近好吃的饭馆。从惠灵顿长途开车到奥克兰，我们比下班时间晚到了一点，前台小姐姐还是在等我们登记了才走。有机会会再回来。
T.ホテルのレストランはよかったです。場所がとても良く、移動するのに大変便利。和かで落ち着いた雰囲気が癒されました。
