B. C.The apartment was nice, but the cleaning was sub-par. Shower still had old used soap from previous guests, french press hadn't been cleaned, and there were ants around and on the bed. Also the door could be pushed open even when locked which left us feeling unsafe.

The apartments themselves however are very dated and in need of serious maintanance. We had bird poo all over the small balcony so couldnt use it plus numerous other small repairs inside that needed doing. Room layout is great and the kitchen and bathroom with laundry are an added bonus.
There are 2 Quest apartments on Queen Street so be careful which one you end up at as I thought I had booked the one right in the hub of the city not a couple of kms up the road !

Rooms quite old could use revamp but clean and tidy, staff in foyer nice, food ok only had continental breakfast so can’t really go wrong there

S. F.16th floor apartment for our overnight stay. Ticked all the boxes, arrived early enough to get parking, apt spacious enough for the 4 of us with 2 beds, 2 baths. Comfy beds, good basic kitchen if you need it. Rooms all very clean and tidy. Would stay here again
A.my room (801) was a bit dated and filthy. The wardrobe doors don't work well. Breakfast was very average. Would give 2 stars, but add one star for location and value for money. By the way, parked my car in the open area of B2 level and found 2 cigarette butts on my windscreen in the morning. HUGE safety issue. If you can't force your guests to follow the rules please look in to installing some sort of cover.

J. S.One of the great places to stay in Auckland CBD and affordable with good items and needs already provided for you. Bed is comfy and they have a good shower. A relaxing place with balconies.

K. S.Apartments are located in Queen Street. The rooms are well maintained with kitchen and in room laundry facilities. Bedding and pillows are very comfortable. The location is very convenient and accessable by most mode of transportation. They have restaurant but the breakfast spread is limited. WiFi is free but has usage limitations. Both check in and out experience was smooth. Overall a good place for family with young children or if you have extended stay and require better space instead of narrow rooms.

C. T.Chose this Quest as it is next to a park as hoping it would be quiet, but didn’t think to request for a room facing the park and ended up on the 6th floor facing the main street. Could hear every single vehicle and people making a ruckus on the street which was not great. Shower was not great either. Parking costs $20 a night and the parking spots are a joke. Parking in the basement levels is like driving down a rabbit hole. Cars are overflowing and spots are tiny. Don’t try driving a large SUV down this car park. Overall, not as good as I expected for a Quest apartment.
