S.The room is clean and modern. It's adequate for a shirt stay, but the living room for 1bed room is quite tiny, actually its not much bigger than a studio.
F.Room 306 is so beautiful spacious with plenty of storage space, all the bells and whistles, reception was exceptional.

M.Great spot and great service. My work forgot to reserve me a car space but the staff were fantastic and sorted the issue in no time. My comfortable studio suite came with an oven, fridge, microwave and laundry appliances. Complimentary ear buds came in handy due to construction work around the neighbourhood.
M.Comfortable, clean room, everything I needed. Manager was very pleasant and accommodating. Had a couple of issues in room that were fixed promptly and professionally. Plenty of amenities nearby for meals and only a short walk to the domain for pleasant walks/runs and contemplation. Close enough to the city centre to walk if you're so inclined. Only issue that is not the fault of the hotel is it's quite noisy from trains, traffic and city activity.
Z.Very friendly front desk staff.
- internet speed is capped at 10Mbps down and 1Mbps down (I've seen worse)
- wireless connection is capped at 1GB, after that you MUST reconnect via the captive portal. This can become annoying if you are watching VOD on your phone/laptop/tablet
- lack of hand sanitizer in the rooms, compared to Quest Christchurch
- AC on the lowest fan speed is still too loud
- construction happening just across the road, earplugs provided. If possible, ask for high room numbers. x01 - x05 are too close to the construction area
- bathroom sink cabinets are built from cheap non moisture-resistant MDF, and started deteriorating
- all restaurants located at the ground floor of the building are closed during the weekend
r.Ideally located within walking distance of the CBD and Parnell. A well managed, friendly and clean hotel, which has very facility provided for cooking and laundry.
K.Very nice accommodation which had it all: small kitchen, washer, dryer, ... Reception is empty quite a lot (Sundays eg). During my stay Monday was a bank holiday and that meant no new towels or clean on Sunday or Monday which is too long
k.A great place to stay. Had a room on first floor. Seperate lounge area with 2 big arm chairs. Great for relaxing. Big comfy bed and jug of iced water in fridge was a nice touch. Hotel is in quiet area but central. We walked up hill to Parnell shops, took about 20 mins. Theres also a walk way just down from hotel to Carlaw Park. Nice walks thru the bush. Maybe hotel can consider couples getting two key cards.
y.Pleasant reception staff. Clean room and bathroom. Having a washing machine and a dryer was a bonus. Ear plugs were a nice extra, although the place was quiet. However, not a very central location!
D.Huge, modern rooms, well furnished in a very good location near university, CBC, waterfront, etc. Can get a bit noisy outside on a weekend night. Earplugs provided. We come back here frequently.
Á.Modern, nice and spacious apartments with all the comfort a traveller can imagine. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Not sure about the price as it was covered by my company, but this was one of the best experiences in a hotel.
A.Room is very clean and have all the things you need includes big fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Big screen TV, Kitchen, Microwave. Only downside is that there is no free parking. You need to reserve for car park in advance and it cost 20NZD per day!
V.Modern, nice and clean room. The room is a bit small and it comes with washer and dryer. Need to use access card to enter the car park. The car park is a bit dark though.
B.When I first came to Auckland, the company got me a couple of weeks at this hotel. I know it's expensive but I didn't have to pay for it, so for me the experience was great because the rooms are big, you have your own kitchen, the bathroom is awesome and the beds huge. I couldn't be happier but, again, I don't know how expensive it was.
J.I always enjoy staying at the Quest when I'm in Auckland. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the beds are comfortable, the showers are wonderful and the kitchenettes have all I need for basic cooking. There's free wifi which is reliable enough to stream Netflix, and the front-desk staff are always friendly and helpful. If you can wangle an upgrade from the studio room to the 1-bedroom then this is well worth it for the extra sense of space you'll get.
S.So good. The best in my long trip. Good location. Our room was equipped with laundry facilities, fully equipped kitchen. I liked this place a lot.
S.Have stayed here in a studio room often when visiting Auckland - great location - booking ,checking in and all communication is top rate. No need to look elsewhere .
