R.Reasonable warm comfortable units.washing facilities. Which are required as ur only supplied towels p/p room service is only rubbish removal so wash ur towel to have it for the nxt day
V.Great fecility. Spacious and clean.
T.Very accommodating and made our stay very easy and stress-free. Studio had excellent amenities - including a washing maching and dryer, crappy water pressure in the shower and no lighting or space at the vanity (why why why?) but otherwise it was great.
K.This apartment had everything needed to recover and recharge from an exhausting week; comfortable bed, air conditioner, fully equipped kitchen to cook your own meals, tea, hot chocolate and coffee beverages, washing machine, dryer and laundry soap, bathing utensils and a desk to work at.
Downstairs is a machine where you can get snacks.
Also: No problems with a later checkout or entering / leaving the complex at night since it‘s a 24/7 reception service.
A.I enjoyed my stay there. The manager (unfortunately I forgot his name) was friendly and the room was very clean. The only challenge was parking space. I think they should let people know about that before making a booking.
B.Stayed here twice in June and had a fantastic stay both times. They arranged for a car (my expense, but with discount) to meet me at the airport and take me straight there. For the nearby trips, public transit was easy walking distance.
The staff were very accommodating, check-in/out were a breeze, and the room and beds were very clean and comfortable. The grounds and building are so well maintained, it felt like a brand new property. My only recommendation is that they use a different make/model of microwave that's easier to figure out. I mentioned it in passing to the management, and they're already in the process of replacing them!
Will definitely return here next time I'm in Henderson or Auckland.
M.Very nice units and close to city centre and shops. There is a mall just close by and supermarkets too. Staff are very friendly. Room was very clean and tidy and was serviced everyday. They have a car park but have to pay $10 a day to park but we found free parking outside.

M.A nice place to stay for a couple of nights. The staff was friendly and the hotel room was clean. There was a humid stench in the hallways though which wasn’t pleasant. But other than that, it was lovely.
M.Wow, what an amazing place to stay for the night. Only minor issùe :) is the size of the television. Comfy bed, beautiful layout of the room, and most of the amenities to cook for yourself if needed. Would love to stay here again.

There customer service is of a high grade, freindly staff from house keeping to mangement. Able to attended to your every needs quickly and fairly.
Rooms are in a high standard and are well cleaned and up keep to a good high level.
Would give 5 but there has been a old dying plant in the front for all to see and as a lovER of plants, would hope to see it gone with something to a better standard

B.I love this hotel it is close to the shopping centre they have good private rooms if there are more than one person staying in it I love how comfy they are I love to wash my own dishes it makes me feel right at home and most of all I love the fact they have a washing machine and drier in the room u don't have to keep paying 5 or 4 bucks for every wash u do only reason why I didn't give it a straight 5 is because of the smoking area is right outside reception it would b nice if there was a place for smokers to go to a discreet place and smoke and to have some comfy chairs for the area and some car parks for trucks also other than that the people at reception are awesome and I like we have freedom to come and go as we please when the staff have gone by swiping in and out at anytime so yes I reccommend this hotel for staying at best hotel that we have stayed in with the company 😁 and it would be awesome if they could make WiFi complimentary other than that awesome perfect stay
