K.Very clean, very comfortable bed. Some people were talking in the hall until about 11pm but after that it was quiet. It's right near a major road and the train line but the thick glass really dampens the noise. We slept soundly (and I'm a light sleeper). The woman at the front desk was really super helpful as well and $20 is a great rate for overnight parking in their secure lot. We were very pleased.

P.Clean premises, kind staff. 3 bedroom apartments are nice, although stairs are dodgy and could use some type of security for toddlers as we stayed with children. Lots of glass furniture and kitchen floors were oddly slippery when dry, spa bath doesn't work.
K.Comfortable stay. The 1 bed apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Underground, secure car parking was good and the location was perfect for getting around Auckland CBD. Close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Staff on the front desk were friendly and welcoming. Very little/no noise from the train line or Newmarket - good soundproofing. Would stay again.
r.Brilliant location. Professional friendly staff. We stayed for over a year month. Wonderful experience all round. Our room was well equipped and overlooking the restaurants. No noise issues. Lovely
C.Great location in walking distance to good restaurants. Was initially concerned about the proximity to the rail line but it wasnt an issue at all for noise. The staff were so positive and helpful. Room was really nice, just seemed to have little extras that made it really comfortable and nice to stay in. Highly recommend

T.The hotel was generally very clean. The room we had was very nice. The great hospitality continued through the end of my stay. There are quite a few very good restaurants nearby. We paid $15 for an overnight secure carpark which was great. Giliana and ***dy were great and caring.
T.The location is perfect for us. We always had transport willingly available to us from the resort. The room was very very small. Usually they would give the option of towels on floor need replacing, while ones on towel rail should be kept. The entire property is spotlessly clean.
G.Really impressed. Very quiet and comfy room, friendly helpful staff and it's in a great location. We were allowed to have an early access to our room so we could get ready for a 2pm wedding nearby and this made a huge difference to us. Thank you.
T.We spent 4 nights with our 18 month old daughter at this resort. Thank you for the goog time we had at Quest Newmarket. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections. Our room was spacious with a great little balcony. You get what you pay for here.

T.The people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. We were very happy with the services. These rooms without doubt will be the best hotel room we are ever likely to stay in. As there was mixed reviews, I was a bit hesitant however it was great.
T.Everywhere in the hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely helpful and polite at all times. All the facilities are very new. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. I am pleased to report that the Quest Newmarket honoured these requests and we were very happy.

r.Extremely well maintained with a stunning location right in the heart of Auckland with easy access to restraunts, grocery stores, movie theatres, the observatory, and places to shop. The staff are the nicest people you will meet and the rooms are fantastic with good facilities.

S.This Quest at Newmarket is in quite a good spot with lots of shopping, cafes and restaurants close by. Previously there were noise issues with the old diesel engines driving the passenger trains out to West Auckland. However, these have now been replaced with electrified trains so the noise is far less of an issue than it used to be. I do note that they provide earplugs as part of the bathroom amenities.
There are different sized rooms, some are fully decked out with full kitchens and others not, so do check on this when booking. If you do get a full kitchen, there are supermarkets nearby that you can easily walk to, if you prefer to eat that way.
A.Good clean well presented apartments. We were treated to an upgraded apartment which was lovely. Functional accommodation, no restaurant or bar. Good overnight business accommodation
B.Nice clean 2 bedroom apartment with big balcony. Convenient location with restaurants and shopping area in walking distance.
Only downside is the hotel doesn't have a good view, facing parking lots and room doesn't come with a safe and have to pay for parking.

C.Great location! So many shops and restaurants around. Even a grocer inside Westfield. You can do some shopping and make dinner in your suite. Love the fact I was able to do laundry in the suite as well. Nice room, I was surprised by the terrace. I managed to walk twice to the CBD from this location. One downside to the room is, no safe. Would highly recommend this location.
