Despite hotel being tidy and clean, and receptionist helpful, the apartment was smelling so strong of some frangipane/jasmin/flower cleaning product, like they soaked the carpet into it.
I got an instant headache but too late, I paid, so had to stay.
Windows can’t be opened. I turned on kitchen fan, bathroom fan and aircon fan, and opened a doorfor 3 hours but no difference. They really must have soaked the carpet in it. It’s like someone spilled a litre of strong refreshener all over the room.
Of course, will not come back again to Quest. This was very unpleasant experience.

C.The quest on Beaumont is easy to find, it has parking, but is also close to bus routes, there is a supermarket close by and it has great views of sky tower, close to Victoria Park there were lots of things going on we saw fire throwers doing their routine it was great
B.Very centrally situated in the CBD and in very close walking distance of shopping areas, eateries and the Sky Tower. The staff are very efficient and extremely helpful and friendly. Spacious rooms with all the basic amenities and a fully equipped kitchenette, so you can prepare meals. Spacious bathroom and a relaxing bed. Television service is great and has a desk and a table to sit down for your meals. Highly recommended for future guests and the car parking area is in close working distance.
S.Great location just outside of the CBD, close to Victoria Markets with a New World supermarket a five minute walk away. The one bedroom apartment we were assigned to was very small and dark with only one window in the whole apartment to let in any natural light. We had an issue with our air conditioning unit leaking,which was promptly dealt with by staff and management. As soon as another room became available we were transferred to a much nicer roomier apartment. Thanks to the excellent staff for making our stay comfortable. I will return.
J.Wasn't terribly impressed.. Unmanned reception outside of normal business hours. No real amenities, basic rooms and felt a little tired. Housekeeping was rather lax - previous guests clothes were still in the washing machine!! Staff were pleasant enough when there. Avoid the coffee shop across the alley that they 'recommend' for breakfast. Four of us went - once - and all would never go again. Wouldn't stay here again, or recommend sorry...
S.Nice and tidy with all you would need. Only thing I'd change was maybe something a little more comfortable to lounge on. Couch & chair not too comfortable
L.Stayed for 4 nights in a 1BR apartment with my family (2 adult, 1 child) Well-equipped apartment, including free cable tv. Appliances and equipment were in good working condition. Location is quiet and nice, supermarket 3min walk away, and short drive to quay side area and town. Street side parking is available, but hotel parking is at adjacent Victory Convention Centre (NZ$15/day). Highly recommended.
J.Apartment suites with small kitchens and laundry. Parking is at the church next door. Rooms are clean, with a modern style. Staff is friendly. You can book two adjoining suites for families. Within walking distance of grocery supermarket, restaurants, cafes, and across from a big park.
One quibble: the kitchen plates are wider than what will fit in the dishwasher, which makes the latter less useful.

C.Very clean was our first observation. Have stayed twice now a year apart. Very different rooms - both excellent. Nearby parking is low fuss for this part of town. Very close to huge range of food options. A thoroughly good value accommodation option.
R.Very close to downtown, harbour, ferry terminal and SkyTower, parking available, but make a reservation before arriving, friendly staff, some rooms are quite small and only queen bed size, take care reception has limited open hours, over a good place to visit Auckland
