My time here was so effortless and easy going, I could come and go as I please with everything in close proximity. The staff are so helpful here and were always making sure we had everything we needed. Honestly the best hotel I have stayed at. Me and my 3 children were here and felt totally safe. The guests are polite and don't really bother you. There's no loud parties or anything here so if your looking for a place to stay I would suggest here 100%. I will definitely go back in the future. Thank you for having us and a bigger thank you to Rocio she made the stay so much better you guys are awesome keep up the great work

Rocio at the front desk was amazing. Informative, helpful and super welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Awesome location. Great value for money, would come again. Surprise sea view from our room.

Amazing customer service! The room was large and comfortable, well worn but very clean. A few small things - an issue with the phone, needed extra towels - but the staff were so helpful and friendly, even offering to bring our pizza up to the room when it arrived. Great location, very quiet but close to everything.

2 bedroom apartment just for the night. V handy for the Sky Tower. The staff were very good. The rooms spacious but a little tired. Some rooms were being renovated during our stay. Facilities were v good and inc washer and dryer. Car parking available - chargeable.

I stayed here during a conference at Uni of Auckland. I was traveling with my 9 month old and the hotel staff went out if their way to help accommodate our stay. They provided a high chair, travel crib, toys, and helped me arrange a babysitter! The apartment was also great with a comfortable bed.

‘Dear Quest on Eden (Casey + Team),
I would just like to say a huge thank you for all the hard work + effort you put into delivering the best service to your guest!
I’ve been staying with you guys whenever I’m in Auckland for well over 2 years and the changes in the hotel are incredible!
The rooms are always clear, modern and comfortable & truly feels like a home away from home.
Keep up the good work!
All your arrangements aren’t going unnoticed, I promise!!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff (specially Augustina) who accommodated to our last minute and any requests. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was a good size, had good facilities and was serviced every day. Highly recommended for the facilities and service received.
K.
Lovely place very neat and tidy. Our room wasn't serviced on the first day- I think it was due to how much clothes etc were on the floor. Check in was easy and staff were nice. Upon check in we were spoken kinda rudely to by the staff "be quiet and listen to me" otherwise all was well. Did request tickets to be printed off and sent to room but ended up having to go get them. We had allowed a few hours as well. Otherwise very nice place, close to spark arena and Britomart as well as the main shopping district

We did not make use of the kitchen facilities to be able to comment on these but they seemed appropriate for the size and cost of the room. Good location, only short walk (up steep hill) to main shopping centre and harbour. The staff were very friendly. Good system with the garage.
M.
Beautiful little hotel! Check in was a breeze and the front desk staff were extra accommodating! There is a $50 a day surcharge for parking but it is in a secured garage. Within walking distance to the Sky Tower, grocery store and downtown. Also a little convenience store 20 feet away. Full kitchenette which helped because we bought groceries and cooked. Clean with comfy beds

Had a good two-night stay in an off-season weekend. Very pleased to find out upon check-in that I'd been given a free upgrade to a one-bedroom apartment instead of a studio. :)
The room was nicely appointed and the bed was comfortable. Two good nights' sleep as the noise wasn't too loud despite being only a few hundred metres away from a backpackers' and main roads.
The staff were very friendly and happy to help out with recommendations for coffee shops and other businesses around the area.
The only thing holding the place back from a five-star rating was the lack of air conditioning/heating inside the room. A small split-system would be very beneficial.
L.
Unfortunately the rooms here are getting a bit tired and in desperate need of an upgrade. There is no airconditioning so staying here on a hot summer night may be uncomfortable and require an open window. I should point out that the service from the lady at the front desk was outstanding. She puts many 5 star establishments to shame. Hence i have added one star or an otherwise 3 star review.
T.
Facilities very dated and could have done with a good clean. Our room at the end of the hall was quiet. Balcony had a timber frame around it and did not feel safe. Certainly not value for money. The breakfast was well below par. On arrival, the young *** did not help us at all.
T.
Needed paint touch ups and the shower head needed fixing. The room amenities did not seem as high class as my previous visits. Perfect location on quiet spot of city Centre. Close to transport and Queen St etc. I got a pretty cheap price for booking the room the night before.
T.
Stayed with my kids last week for several days visiting family. Good location, rooms had everything we needed. Will be back for business travel. Ladies on the front desk were very friendly.
M.
Room wasnt ready when we arrived as we were too early, the fast tracked room cleaning so that we could get some much needed sleep after flying in on the red eye service. However, it is a bit disappointing that a 4 star hotel doesnt have air conditioning given the humidity levels in Auckland.
T.
Harry at the front desk was so nice and very attentive to any queries or requests. The room we had was spotless. From the moment we pulled up we felt taken care of. I was so happy with the location of this hotel. Prices for weekday stay was very very affordable.
A.
Very comfortable stay. Large suites with washing machine and clothes dryer. Kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, though there were toast crumbs in one of the cupboards. Not a cheap place to stay, except maybe if you want to save money by cooking for yourself instead of experiencing Auckland's extensive but expensive dining options. Be aware that they don't have a 24 hour check-in desk, so you will need to arrange your key pickup with the front desk prior to your arrival.
T.
The room was just like a small apartment. Carpets in the hallways are in poor condition. The staff of this hotel was the friendliest and most helpful. Room was ready even though it was 10am they let me have the room early. Any request was attended to with a smile.
B.
Receptionist was very knowledgeable of the area. Friendly staff. Good facilities, fridge & freezer, washer & dryer, dish washer, microwave, etc. Bit of an older building, room could use repairing and/or renovating. All in all a good stay.
S.
Very nice location, about 10 mins walk from britomart and 1 min away from the high court. Very tidy hotel. Only downside was my bed didn't have a bedside table or a socket by the bed, so I had to charge my phone on the other side of the room.
s.
This is a small boutique like hotel right in the city and 5 mins from Vector Arena. My friend and I stayed here for one night , as we had tickets to Rod Stewart at the Vector Arena . Harry is a delight at the front desk and very helpful. Room was good value for money, 2 single comfy beds, good bathroom / shower, balcony overlooking the harbour and in sight of the arena. Would definitely stay here again, and will recommend to others.
T.
Parking building very narrow to drive into. ***** with the heat and the morons doing wheel spins and screaming girls, we didn't get much sleep. The staff were awesome in helping us with check out and holding our bags while we went on a tour for the Saturday, and then arranging access for us to collect in the afternoon.
L.
We absolutely loved our stay at Quest on Eden and didn't want to leave. I read so many varying reviews on this serviced apartment hotel before making the booking and after staying here can confidently say that it was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. We enjoyed the Harbourview from 6th Level, breakfast at Gloria Café and a specious well appointed two bedroom apartment. I don't know what other people can complain about.
J.
Extremely friendly staff, room had everything we could have needed and more. But very expensive parking which isn't included in your stay and beware the carpark if you have a bigger vehicle (my Ute juuuust squeezed in with a lot of care and a bit of luck.
M.
The hotel is convenient, modern and has everything I needed. It is not super fancy. But it is great value for money and is well located.
T.
Dull and dreary and in need of full refurbishment. In the information booklet it had information Gy***sium but then found out that it was outdated. I'm aware that everywhere it's the same but it could make a big difference to offer this service. Room cleanliness is OK but comfort has to be enhanced. Location was excellent.
Q.
Staff: do anything for you. Cleanliness: is spotless.
Atmosphere: welcoming, multicultural, inclusive, quiet
My stay is awesome!
J.
Reasonably priced and only 400m from Spark Arena. Staff are very friendly. I was put in a room that was being renovated though and the tv picture was pretty fuzzy with major soun sync issues
M.
Nice place, friendly helpful staff, and great views. Only downside was that part of the vertical blind was missing, meaning no privacy, and they didn't fix it even though I stayed 3 weeks.
M.
Under renovation so it is going to get better but it was comfy clean and friendly. I would definitelybstsy there again. Nice and central as well. Not far to walk to Queen St or Spark arena
J.
Room has everything we need so no complaints there. But the TV has terrible reception and has been completely unwatchable for the majority of our stay, and wifi prices are a scam.
D.
Good priced option for right in the city. Good quality for price. Perfect for concerts at spark arena, 5 or 10 mins walk max
K.
Stayed over the weekend to visit friends, was a beautiful, clean room with lovely staff. Would definitely visit again!
D.
Excellent location - only 1.3km from the Viaduct Basin which has many food options. Short walk to Britomart for shopping and trains.

First time ever that I stayed in hotel on my trips to Auckland. Enjoyed it with the view of the university clock tower from my room and seeing some of the sky tower at night.
M.
good accommodation, excellent location, regular and paid wi-fi, also expensive, only drawback, however I recommend
H.
Nice, tidy and a bit clean. Ants were cited walking around, and a bit noisy when others use any water tap.
J.
