J.These guys are amazing. Have booked here for a trip for my partnwr to see the city for the first time and they have given us an extremely good room with awesome views and a balcony. I would come back time and time again as i am so impressed with the service, location and the views. Slept with the door and windows open. Such a vibe
A.I have stayed here twice, the first time was great, I had a quiet room with everything I needed. The second stay was not so good, the couch had a spring sticking out which scratched my leg and was replaced with an arm chair the next day. The room was very noisy with street noise.
M.Small unit but has everything one could wish for. Including washer and dryer, microwave, stove etc. very comfortable bed tool. Only complaint would be the very slow internet.
C.We were very happy with our overnight stay at Quest on Queen. We had a lovely room, was super clean, with a great balcony and view. Reception staff were so helpful upon arrival. Parking was simple. It is perfectly located and excellent value for money. Was perfect for an overnight Auckland stay before Waiheke island visit.
W.All Quest Apartment buildings have a high standard for their rooms and amenities. But what is appealing are the kitchen and laundry facilities in the rooms. At very affordable prices.
A.Fantastic balance between value and comfort, the apartment I stayed in was super nice and had absolutely everything I needed.
The bed was comfortable and they even provided ear plugs in case the noise bothered me (it didn't btw).
They also have access to parking which is a tad expensive but not considering its Auckland.
Staff are lovely and very helpful... Will definitely stay here again.
T.Everything was positive. From the moment we walked through the doors we were greeted with a warm welcome. I thought my room was very clean. Some street noisebut ear plugs provided was a good touch. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. We found the location to be quite acceptable.
G.I stayed in Apartment 9C, on a business trip. This is a single bedroom wheelchair accessible room, overlooking the corner of Queen Street and Shortland street. This is my second stay in this Quest. The first time was about two years ago, and I'm glad to say I had a better experience this time. I book serviced apartments so I can prepare my own meals, and judge them on the basis as a business traveller, rather than leisure, so: apartment is compact, no wasted space. There is a balcony that is big enough to eat on. Walk in shower, typical for a wheelchair accessible room. OK pressure. Kitchen: acceptable base minimum. C+ food preparation utensils. Bed large, but sunken on one side. Street noise could bother some, but ear plugs provided. Supermarket across the road. Convenience store about a block away. Iron had burn stains. Cleaning/servicing B+. Maintenance OK. Sliding door between living area and bedroom lacks any kind of handle (??). Cozy. Easy check in/out. Lots of nearby eating options if desired, and good access to travel.
L.I live here, but Quest is in a very nice location in the CBD of Auckland. It has three supermarkets in close proximity, the viaduct and many bars are very close too. The city bus stop is right outside the hotel and britomart train station and bus stops are just on the other side of the block. Everything is basically on your doorstep! The rooms themselves are nice and the staff who work there are super friendly. The lift can sometimes take quite a while, there is only one in the building, and it can be very noisy at night - but other than that it has great views from the rooms of the city.
V.Friendly staff. Great price. Great location. Stuffed up the bed composition for us but it wasn't critical. The rooms are a little old and free WiFi is limited to 750mb. Good value overall.
N.The location was fantastic and the staff were great. We didn't have any SKY working in our room and you could hear the noises from outside but earbuds were supplied. Great bed

B.16 to 18 Feb 2016 - A good place to stay. Handy to all the shops. Very clean and comfortable room. Modern deco and simplistic.
However, the downside is the loud noise from Queen Street, especially at night where people shouting at each others (with and without profanity). But the hotel gives out earplug to reduce the noise from outside.
I still like this place due to its location and modern deco.
S.A little noisy but when you are right in the middle of everything you don't mind (they supply ear plugs) roomy place with full cooking & laundry facilities in the room. Great place to stay!
T.The location is simply perfect to where we want to be as per our itinerary. Transportation was offered to areas of interest. The hotel has all the facilities. I wrote a letter to the ***agement to compliment all the workers. Its worth the price to stay here. Hotel itself was great.
F.We stayed in for one night, we needed to be in town for an interview. This place was so great we will definitely be coming back, very convenient locations, The Skybus drops you of across the street ( coming from the airport). the place is very clean, tidy and fully equipped, froge, stove, oven , microwave, cutlery even cooking pots . I was surprised to see washing machine and drier as well (we did not needed).
The size is ok , bathroom and laundry space is very tidy in a confined space.
It was cheaper to book directly with the reception rather than online.( not by much ).
If I am staying in Auckland ,this place would be top of my list.
M.Convenient to Auckland, and waterfront. Great location. Facilities in the room are dated and in need of maintenance and repair. Karioke bar below building with a customer smoking caused a fire evacuation around 2:00 am of the whole building.
李.To be honestly, too noisy on weekend night, because its location. On the other hand, it is super convenient to walk everywhere in Auckland CBD. Close to bus/ train station, shopping is easy and restaurant is at every corner.
P.Decent rooms, great location. Could hear the music from a nearby club on the street though... Even on 12th floor. They do give complimentary earplugs as a precaution.

Parking is a 5 min walk away but that is my only moan. :) Great place to stay if you are going out on the town.....

Only issue would be Friday & weekend if in a room overlooking Fort St, club down there can be a bit noisy.
C.Lukewarm water in the shower, non-existent heat from the heat pump, dodgy door lock. Clean and tidy though. Ear plugs kindly provided by management to counter the noise from Queen Street, which was still noticeable on the 13th floor on a Wednesday night.

It was quiet on Thursday, but it's Friday night.
I left my luggage at checkout and called a taxi even though I didn't say anything, and the staff were so friendly and nice!

넓고 깨끗하고 주방 집기가 거의 완벽히 구비 되어 있다. 완전 만족함!! 참고로 주변에 있던 다른 호텔 4박 예약했다가 너무 최악이라 환불을 못받는데도 불구하고 검색 후 선택한 곳인데 너무너무 좋다~~!!
목요일엔 조용했는데 금요일 밤이라 그런가.. 시끄럽다.. 역시 번화가구나.. 그런데 늦게까지 시끄럽지 않고 목금토일 묵었는데 금요일만 그랬다.
체크아웃하는데 짐도 맡아주고 말하지 않았는데도 택시도 불러주고 직원들이 너무 친절하고 좋다!
