L.What outstanding hosts. Absolutely lovely when booking over the phone. Met at the car park entry, shown in to the parking area & helped with bags. Rooms beautifully clean. Highly recommend their hospitality.

J.Room was pretty noisy on the street side, could also hear doors slamming and toilets flushing from the other rooms. There was no green tea or hot chocolate included in the hot drinks which would have been a nice addition to the 2 types of coffee and 4 types of teas. The shower had amazing pressure, and nice and hot. Bed was comfy and warm. OK stay for the price but definitely ask for a room away from the street.
K.This is the best, most personable service I have received from top hotels internationally. The management and staff are friendly, kind, efficient and go above and beyond the expected. It has dissolved the impersonal feeling typical with even high levels of service. Super appreciated. The hotel is on a quiet road and has ideal access to boutique shops, and within 5-10 minutes walking you can be in native forest, park, rose gardens, or picturesque waterfront. 2-5 mins walk to train and to buses into city centre and supermarkets. The salt water lap pool is way better than chlorine and ideal for exercise after working out on 4 machines: cycling, rowing, cross country skiing, walking/running treadmill. Then backstroke under the stars...I highly recomend Quest Parnell.

The hotel is near new and well maintained. Good facilities and we found the washing machine and dryer handy. Staff assisted us with car parking and other enquires. Book car parking before arrival.
T.The range of amenities offered was what someone would expect from a hotel of its class. At the cleanliness - everywhere there was nothing to fault. Service at the front desk was always very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay there the next time we are off to a show in the city.

T.All equipment in perfect working condition. The amount of people ready to help you is overwhelming. Excellent desk staff and very friendlily housekeeping. Close to bus and taxi for town. Good cafés and restaurants close by. The location of the hotel is second to none. I will stay there again without hesitation.

T.My husband and I visited this city recently. I checked into this functional hotel lete in the evening at around. Amenities in the room are very complete. I believe the location of the hotel is great. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. The value for your money is unbelievable.
T.We enjoyed Fri and Sat night in a well run oasis near the university. A bit different but cost effective. The close location to Vector Stadium is great just a wee walk down the hill. It's in a really good location with Parnells cafes and restaurants just a short walk away.
A.Nice clean rooms in great location with helpful staff. Only downside is reception is away from road so you have to pay for roadside parking to go into reception to check in to then get access to the carpark.

T.Location was fantastic, just 10 min walk to Vector and 15min into City. Carpets in the hallways are in poor condition. At this time the hotel is closed and you phone through to an after hours service which remotely releases a room key to you from a lock up box.

Located at the bottom of the residential and tourist district of Parnell, this establishment is perfect for spending a few days.
Bright and well-equipped rooms (TV with 50 channels, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer).
Away from Parnell Road, the place is quiet, while being close to a large number of restaurants (delicious and varied). The bus stop is close by. The "link" allows you to go everywhere.
The entrance to the Quest could be more welcoming and parking is expensive, however it is a place to recommend.

Situé dans le bas du quartier résidentiel et touristique de Parnell, cet établissement est parfait pour y passer quelques jours.
Chambres claires et bien équipées (TV avec 50 chaînes, cuisine intégrée avec lave vaisselle, machine à laver et séchoir ).
A l'écart de Parnell Road, le lieu est calme, tout en étant à proximité d'un grand nombre de restaurants (délicieux et varies). L'arrêt de bus est à deux pas. Le "link" permet d'aller partout.
