s. h.Coming from Emergency housing we're very appreciative for the roof over our head but when trying to fill out job forms or house viewings the Wifi connection is terrible. Wifi cuts out and you lose everything and have to start all over again, very annoying! Please rectify this asap thanks
J. G.Really enjoyed our stay here. Just a bedroom with an ensuite basically. But at $118 /night can't complain. Very clean and tidy. Room service did dishes, left beds, which I prefer. Shower was good, toilet not a big flusher... Microwave small but good. Jug good. Toaster only two slices. *Brand new heat pump* Excellent warm room with a skylight for natural ambience. Maybe 26 inch tv. Friendly helpful staff, close to gas station and food stores. Bottle store around the corner. Very good cheap hotel.

V. P.The room was very clean and tidy. It smelled good and everything was stain free. Staff was friendly. Very convenient location as it is close to the motorway, bus station, mall complex and other local attractions. Beds were also super comfortable!

Building site next door makes lots of noise during the day so no daytime naps til after 5
c. e.Close to rainbows end. Cheap. Super close to Valentine's restaurant and KFC whi h is open early morning right next door an a Z Gas station. Convenient and awesome. No need to have a car when going to rainbows end when here. Literally 5 to 10mins walk at most. And the wait is the pedestrian crossings.
I. T.5star for this 3-4star hotel. Why? ..because service was friendly & efficient, room was very clean & tidy plus beds comfortable. Also ideally located for late stopover from airport, & to get to shops & eateries.
H. W.Great motel to stay at. Has all the necessities you need for a comfortable night in. Great location for us as we watched auditions for NZs Got talent at the TelstraClear event centre which is a mere 10min walk from here an also a Valentines restaurant, KFC & Rainbows end at the doorstep. I highly recommend to all and would most definitely stay at this motel again
L. W.Get what you pay for I guess, pretty dated but good enough. Have to pay for WiFi access ($30 for 3 days) and pay for laundry use $4 wash and $4 dry without powder

s. l.I can recommend Rayland Motel to any one far and wide,weather you visiting or passing through.Great location,your minutes from food out let's,your close to Manukau town centre.they have a Hoyits Cinema.and the rainbows end is across the road.You have the motorway very close.Your room is cleaned,sheets,towels are changed every morning.they provide you with free Wi Fi.Friendly staff,very professional.Out of Five,We gave it a Four.
