L.Second time staying here and has been perfect everytime!
Comfy bed and crisp bedding/towels, awesome shower pressure, quite, free car park, very close to medical clinics for day surgeries, amazing staff (they will even accept a negative covid-19 test which is an absolute bonus and non judgemental inclusive of all).
Only downfall I found would be that when someone is running hot water in another room the shower will go cold until they turn it off and would be good if TVs were upgraded to support streaming services like Netflix so people can log onto their own accounts other than watch national TV, other than that I cannot fault it and would 100% stay again!!

D.Not the best of places we have stayed needs updating now. Tiles in bathroom needs grouting as the edges are sharp. Served its purpose for two nights as all we did was sleep and shower there. However be aware it's very noisy on the main road. (To be expected)
R.In the process of being renovated inside and out. Our room had just been done - new bathroom, kitchen, carpet and paint. Nice size. Good position for accessing motorways and buses. No air-conditioning
J.We had a wonderful stay here. Rooms were big and comfy, shower was nice. Best of all the manager James was so friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better host.
s.Very clean, modern and quiet. Good position close to Newmarket and Mt. Eden. Good value for money. 4 stars only because of lack of areas to put toilet bags and hanging space in bathroom.

S.Nice rooms and convenient location. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have laundry facilities too. The only downfall is they don't have Sky tv argh!!
