K.Stayed for two nights. The room was a good size, had its own bathroom, was mostly clean although there was dust in a couple of places, like the castors on the TV stand, and the filigree decoration on the toilet roll holder. The bed sagged in the middle but was fairly comfortable. The cold tap made a kind of squealing sound unless turned on full. Otherwise fine. The room was called South Pacific and had decor with an ocean theme.
K.Went to stay here for a family event that was happening close by. The parking was a little hairy. But aside from that, the room was beautiful. Plenty of room. The staff were so friendly and kind. This place has a heap of character, the rooms are themed and are all so cute. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place.

D.Very nice rooms. The Tuscany suite owing to its size, gets cold but the heater mostly compensates for this. The hofel currently only serves continental breakfast - this represents excellent value. The hotel also provides a rapid and economical laundry service. The bathroom however has no heat and gets damp very quickly during a shower. The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly. However, I was very disappointed on the last day as the housekeeping had forgotten entirely to service the room even though I had departed that morning at 10am and returned in the evening. It was obvious they had not been as the 'make up room' sign was still there when I returned; the receptionist showed me a document saying they had been, but this was not the case. Considering there is no permanent housekeeping, I guess this is quite disappointing as a final impression, as returning back, knowing your room has been serviced is a pleasant welcome. However, besides this, it was an excellent stay and the suites have character.
R.Great location, in grand house. Our room was large, clean, and had a lovely feel with a nice seating area. The bed was comfortable. Parking is limited so let them know at the front desk if you have more than one car.
Y.We stayed only one night and I felt regret that we should have stayed longer in this hotel. My first impression with Devereux Boutique Hotel is great. The location is good, is pretty close to most of the attraction area in Auckland. The rooms are quite huge and very spacious. It is extremely cozy and comfortable. I love about this hotel is that it would make you feel like home. The room, lounge, and restaurant are super clean. Even the common living area are very cozy and you would feel like you are at your house living room. Breakfast is made to order and very limited options, so do not expect too much about the breakfast. Overall we had a very lovely stay at The Devereux Boutique Hotel.
C.Cute old building. Huge room with great big windows! When we first arrived our room wasn't ready, there were no sheets on the bed. They told us they we're still in the wash and would be brought over as soon as they we're done, which wasn't very long. The parking is also tricky. It's a tight driveway with minimal spaces. Not huge issues it's just nice to be aware before you arrive.
L.We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant doesn't exist however and the hotel outsources breakfast orders. It is only about a 5min walk to great cafes. Rooms aren't serviced. Would recommend
J.The stay was good. The common areas looked nice but the room smelled a little dusty and felt a bit pokey with it's shape. We only stayed one night as it's in a convenient location but were satisfied enough.

N.Located in an old stately type home. The room we had a polished wooden floor. The shower was excellent and the bed very comfortable. Plenty of room. Comfortable stay.
