Lovely apartment. Very well kept. Clean and tidy. Very well equipped kitchen. The aircon wasn't the greatest but that's about the only gripe. Happy to return again.

Room service was pathetic. Cleaners didnt even bother to vacuum ,wipe any surface. Crumbs of food on the floor, any other pieces of tissues left lying on the floor, tables were not touched. Even the vanity water spots on the mirror was still there for the 3days I was there. Bed was hurriedly made, linen not changed at all. Empty Tubes of shampoo n stuff was not picked. We did our own dishes but the dishwasher wasn't emptied. I tried to keep my room clean, wiped the kitchen sink n bench myself. Not impressed at all. Bathroom was not even cleaned in the 3 days. My list can go on. The hotel looks great. The rooms are so spacious and bedroom nice. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms..great! Parking good. If the cleaning team could at least off the lights . Hotel needs some parking in front, outside the basement so visitors can park when checking in before they are given access to the locked parking. We had another vehicle rammed into ours damaging our vehicle when we were checking in. If you can get a room with a view will be great but back view is not good. Too bushy. Gardens are great. Kitchen is nice. amenities good but needs replenishing well. The cleaners didn't even line the bathroom rubbish bin, instead left the liner in the vanity hand basin. OMG

If your booking for the views then this ain't the place. However it has a balcony, rooms a beautifully designed. Bathroom has everything you need in it like washing machine and a dryer. Auckland has that saving water thing going on so long showers the water will go cold. They have warnings and punishment cost displayed in the room like noise and extra people. But really quiet and relaxed. I loved the room layout

Have stayed twice now. Easy walk to some great eateries and each time has been clean and tidy. Modern kitchen and very convenient free secure parking. Would absolutely stay again!

Bathroom and bedding were perfectly clean. But the carpet was dirty and there was even a blood stain! There were marks on the walls. The fridge door opened the wrong way which was quite annoying and could be easily fixed.

Beds in room 402 super hard. Have Never come across beds sooooooo hard. Couldn't sleep most of the night. But, the Motel room was clean and welcoming. All the mod cons you could want which was nice. Other than the beds in 402 I would recommend staying here again.

The Edgerley Suites were great to stay at. Lovely staff clean rooms, house keeping staff were so helpful. Because you had a swipe card to enter the front reception of the building I felt really safe. The shower wad great and the room had a washing machine and a dryer what a bonus

Loved it here. Spacious accommodation which is very modern and exceptionally clean apartments literally a stone's throw to NewMarkets Westfields multi level shopping complex. Quiet too.

The rooms were very nice and clean, many accommodations. good heaters and fast Wi-Fi. beds were very comfy and moderate space. water heater a bit funky though. all in all, it's okay and a nice cozy stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We looked for a place that our parents would feel at home in and The Edgerley Suites were a home away from home. It was secure to get in and out. The cleaners did a great job and it wasn't too far from where we needed to go and the Westfield shopping centre. Although the reception wasnt in a typical reception type of location but that didnt take away from the whole experience that we were able to have and enjoy whilst staying here. Thank you again and would highly recommend this place.

Rooms are nice and tidy. The atmosphere was very calm. There was TV we could watch Netflix on which I enjoyed. The service was very good. They cleaned up our room while we went out.

Its quite nice, clean and modern but it's lacking furnitures, i noticed there's barely any cups, glasses, cutleries, etc. It was pretty much stripped to a bare minimum and would have been ideal for 1 person staying for no more than 2 nights.
