A.I stayed 3 nights at the Hotel and my stay was awesome. The quality of the room was much more than i expected and to be honest this was one of the most clean rooms i have stayed. The location is wonderful and the housekeeping was great. The guy servicing the room was very gentle and polite and did a great job. Will surely visit again. 100/100
p.The location is superb and handy to the waterfront activities . The rooms although very tired were clean and huge with generous balconies . Finding the carpark is a complete mare the first time but once you've mastered it it's less complicated . Overall it's a good stay and good value for money
C.Room was good just a bit scruffy overdue a refurbished.. staff were great and in Up cafe food and staff were excellent... with room redone would be 5 stars..
A.The pool & the sauna were out of order 😓
Our fridge & our microwave didn't work initially but I must say the customer service there was outstanding.
They gave us 2 options to shift rooms. The views in all 3 rooms were brilliant.
Special mentions to Gemma & Nithesha (apologies if I misspelled) were absolutely top shelf. Always catered to what we needed and listened attentively.

C.Originally was meant to stay at the Grand Mercure but as they are still booked out for isolation we were swapped to The Sebel. Staff were super lovely & welcoming! We got given the two bedroom apartment & it was fantastic! Although one of the bathrooms shower didn’t work properly the rest of the room and the view was great. A bit of mis-communication from staff as we were told check out was 2pm and then found out it was 11am the morning of checkout, also apparently have to register your car if you intend on parking at the hotel. No issues though, we will know for next time. Will 100% be a next time! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and such a good location to get to the viaduct & the rest of the city. Highly recommend anyone to stay here 😊
G.This hotel has severely restricted access at the moment because of the roadworks or should I say rail works going on outside the hotel's main entrance. Management and staff are doing an excellent job of making everything work all the same. Car parking is well organised as best they can and access is not too bad via foot at the front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious clean and tidy represent quite good value for money.

R.Wasn't overly impressed with the room size and furnishings. It is a very good location and close to all the bars and restaurants. We had an issue with the air-conditioning but staff were understanding enough to offer a temporary room till the maintenance personnel was available the following day. If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel this could work for you.

N.The Quay West is a real hidden gem in Auckland. Stayed in an extraordinarily spacious 1 bedroom suite with a lovely view of the waterfront. The hotel was very quiet and the 17th floor kept the noise at bay from the street works below. The staff are great.

Parking was a little difficult getting the car in and out but the hotel was pretty good
M.Just love the place. Have stayed five or six times over the years. Rooms are a little dated but the are clean and very roomy with a nice little kitchen, living room and separate bedroom plus a utility area which is a bonus when travelling. Close to restaurants, shops it’s a perfect spot to stay. Don’t be put off by all the building work in the area.
A.Amazing apartments in the heart of everything . 18th floor was amazing views. Huge lounge and kitchens. Newly renovated was a bonus. Parking onsite handy. Also the indoor pool was great bonus. Very comfortable beds. Super clean

S.Quay West always offers a great product, ant really fault it. The swimming pool was not available but we were offered an alternative in another location, not really great as we love being able to just Po down when we want to. S.Excellent room. Nice cafe. Great location. Car parking at $35.00 per night is a bit rich though. I'd like to see a sliding scale fee for the carpark if you stayed more than one night. For example, first night $35.00 (if that is what it needs to be) and say $20.00 per night thereafter.
P.Really nice hotel. A bit old fashion but very cosy and very nice. People are lovely and they are here for you. Facilities are good. Only bad point : The gym is not a gym space... Very small almost nothing.
M.We had a one night stay in a 1 bedroom apartment. Very comfortable with all amenities meeting a high standard. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Standard rate for this suite is about NZD270.

J.Great hotel, good location for Auckland CBD trips and travel. Overall appliances and features make short or longer stays enjoyable for all. The staff are polite, friendly and professional making your interactions a breeze. Highly recommend for all are looking for a longer stay within Auckland and need the ability to wash and maybe relax within their suite. Will visit again next time we're in Auckland.
J.Spa was out of order and there was construction in the room next door. In one of our rooms the dryer was broken and toilet malfunctioning. In the morning we ordered an afternoon taxi to the airport. After waiting 40min past the expected time for it to arrive we gave up and got an uber instead. Aside from these shortcomings the rooms and service were great.
P.Room a bit tired looking... Nice big balcony. Swipe cards lost their stuff so had to get fixed at reception twice. Otherwise comfortable stay

M.Staff were very friendly and helpful. Suites are very tired and need a major refurbish. The bathroom and kitchen together with the laundry were clean and tidy, however the major construction outside is a define turn-off.

Mais les prix sont élevés car il y a des nuisances avec les travaux dans la rue et la construction d un gratte ciel devant à diminuer la vue depuis les appartements.
