I cannot fault my stay at the Sebel. The room, food and staff were top notch. My wife and I were on our honeymoon and the staff made every effort to make our experience unforgettable. I cannot thank them enough for giving our honeymoon it's fairy tale ending and I would highly recommend staying here when you visit Auckland.

I completed MIQ here and I must say that the Sebel staff did everything they could to make the stay as pleasant as possible. I think for them it is a struggle as the military take over the operation of the hotel and they try their utmost to maintain the hotel to the standard they would usually operate at. It was very evident that they did everything they could to make the stay as pleasant as possible and it was notable and greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Just completed 2 weeks quarantine here. Small room, but everything was absolutely fine. Nice, polite and attentive service, always friendly and they were happy to try and accommodate my need to work New York hours and not disturb me while sleeping during day. Food was plentiful, nothing amazing, but it certainly felt like they cared about the quality and variety. No complaints

Staff here took amazing care of us during our MIQ stay. Lovely room and bathroom, clean, full of light, and fresh air to make quarantine bearable. Can't thank them enough for all they have done for Kiwis. We will be back after the hotel resumes normal operations.

I have recently returned home from Perth Australia to my terminally ill father During my isolation at Sebel my father passed away. Feeling emotionally helpless and frustrated During this time. The process at the facility on arrival was 5 star with staff being very approachable and understanding after coming off a long flight. From day one there customer service was by far the best I’ve come across. This is true New Zealand spirit that I’m proud to call home. Even in the darkest day of my life watching my father get buried via mobile during isolation, I wish this upon no individual. Alone in my room with only a mobile phone to comfort, steering out the window I get a knock at the door with a young lady presenting flowers and card. She payed her condolences from the staff at Sebel and left me a heart felt card of beautiful words I will keep with me. I humberly thank all those at Sebel for making my stay comfortable. Steven has a pleasant beginning of his Quarantine here. Staff team is friendly, efficient and respond very soon. They are well motived as Can-Do to be kind and helpful. Steven has a room clean, big space with windows and comfortable. Meals are coming on time and some snacks in the day. It is a great relief of us no worried Steven that much. we very appreciate Sebel Auckland Manukau team's great effort and consistency of service quality. I arrange fruits and vegies delivery to Steven for balance on food. Hope he doesnt feel bored during two weeks. Hope New Zealand is getting back to normal soon.

Thank you to all the staff at the Sebel. My room was really nice and spacious, clean, smelt nice, bed was comfy as. Has a kitchenette with Cook top with extractor fan, microwave, mini fridge and dishwasher if you wont to cook yourself. The food delivered to my room was absolutely divine from there restaurant. Nice bathroom with shower and good water pressure .I can't speak highly enough of this place. I would definitely recommended you stay here. So close rainbows end, Westfield.

Spacious room with cooking facilities and a dishwasher if needed. Very comfortable bed. Nice shower. The staff are very accommodating and nothing is a bother. The only downside was it can be noisy at night as it's very close to the highway. Improved when we closed the windows!

The hotel is clean, fresh and modern with all you need in a hotel today. I have stayed in far less superior 4 star hotels across NZ and parts of the world so as 3 star hotel be prepared for all your expectations to be well exceeded. The food is great but the staff here are incredible! It has to be down to great management in attracting such enthusiastic and proactive professionals who make you feel confident that you have chosen the perfect place to stay. I have looked for faults in the hotel but can not find one after a perfect 2 week stay here. Well done guys and thank you. You truly understand the word "hospitality "

Doing my quarantine here! It's rated 4star but I think it deserves a 5star. So clean and well equipped hotel. Thumbs up to the management. Only little minor that can be changed, smart tv is given but you can't use the apps or the android tv section. You can only watch cable TV.

I arrived late (2300) at the hotel and the staff was more than happy to accommodate me and gave me a room upgrade (which she didn’t mention about and I found out myself). The difference was there’s a kitchenette in the deluxe room whereas the original superior doesn’t. The room was extremely neat and clean and the bed was comfortable. The design of the bathroom was also quite nice. There’s also a couch in front of the TV so you get enjoy your coffee there while watching your favourite show.

From the moment we called to book this hotel has been amazing. The front counter staff were very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. The buffet style breakfast was something to look forward to each morning of our stay and the dinner at Ora was amazing. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Our free upgrade was a bonus. This is definately our new go to accommodation for our trips to Auckland.

Very new, and I have always had a great experience here. One time there was a bit of traffic noise (one of the higher levels of the complex). Rooms are lovely, staff are friendly, great breakfast. Would love a gym to be on site.

Friendly staff and we were given the upgrade for our wedding night! Gifts of chocolate. Quiet and enjoyable. Expect to pay a $100 security for your stay which is refundable. Good off road parking is available. Value is always good.

Beds are super comfortable. Showers are roomy with great water pressure. A very modern, tidy hotel with a huge bedroom. There is nothing flash in the room but the hotel is nicer than many 4-star hotels that I have stayed in. There are very basic cooking facilities. It is in a good location if you are coming from the south and going to the airport. It is only 15 minutes from the airport. It is also only a 2 minute walk from a good shopping mall.

We were attending an occasion on the open air deck alongside the restaurant. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Before leaving we asked to view a double room. Once again the reception was really helpful with our request. We were also very impressed with the size and quality of the room even complete with single dishdraw, decent fridge and capsule coffee machine. Positioned well for those early morning flights and reasonably priced.

15 minutes from Auckland airport! And the hotel rooms are very neat and clean, especially the toilet is really really really clean, the floor is shining! The room is very cozy and the bed is so good too! Even the kettle is clean and new! It’s my second time staying here, and I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a hotel to stay, stay here!

The service is very friendly here, I stayed in a 2bed deluxe room for a conference and the rooms were very tidy and comfortable. The set up of the room make it feel like you just want to sit in bed and watch tv. An additional improvement is to write a personalised message to guests with their name and last name on a card and the TV so it would feel more like the hotel knows you more.

Mostly good. Rooms are nice, good service. Great chicken tacos. Bar seating area is small so couldn't work there on my laptop as the space was full. Maybe just my preference, but bacon was undercooked at breakfast.

We quarantined in the Sebel hotel for 14days as we came to NZ on compassionate grounds, the rooms were big and spacious, you could open windows, really nice kitchenette, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, super friendly and helpful staff and nurses! A lot better than other 4 star hotels, Would definitely come back to stay here and recommend!!

My partner and I absolutely loved the service and hospitality we were given when we first stayed here for a quiet weekend away from home. Since then, we go no where else but to the Sebel hotel. The professionalism from the staff was outstanding, especially from a spectacular young man by the name “Keerthy”. He’s went out of his way, every time we’ve stayed to ensure we had been looked after. The suites are definitely well furnished, always immaculate with a very modern setup.

Very good location - right next to the highway and the mall, with KFC, Dennys and a Chinese supermarket right downstairs. It's very close to the theme park too - when I got out of my car after parking at the hotel, I was first greeted by the distant screams of the riders at the theme park. My room faced the highway but the sound proofing was good such that I'm not disturbed by the noise of the traffic. Staff are friendly. And the hotels is new and clean. Overall a great experience.

Currently nice new hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Close to multiple eating out options. Small, but excellent buffet breakfast with a awesome full size nespresso coffee machine. We were offered a great room rate. Big room with kitchenette and couch was good. Excellent amount of power and USB charging ports with a generous amount of hot drinks options and your own nespresso machine. Only faults were poor air conditioning and no hotel / room information book?

For us and our needs Sebel was fantastic. Great location, very clean and very comfortable but most importantly friendly and helpful members of the staff and management. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to family and friends.

I actually cooked this meal myself in my room which thankfully to the floor manager Alisha was a complimentary upgrade as I stayed for 8 nights. The staff are amazing friendly and helpful. Even the people that service the rooms are so nice. Thank you Sebal 😁😁

What a find. I typically travel right into the CBD but as an Accor member I tried the new Sebel closer to my office (noone wants to stay in South Auckland but if you have to, then this is my new go to). This was so worth it. Cheapest hotel in the group for 4 star hotel. Free parking, great restaurant and good selection of wines. I Got upgraded to the room with small kitchen and lounge. Very clean. Nice big shower, very comfortable new beds and only 15 mins drive in peak hour to the airport. I will most certainly stay here again and put staff up here too. The whole staff were polite enthusiastic and helpful. Well done . Great experience to have stayed here.

The entire arrival process was very smooth and professional. I got The Sebel Manukau. Despite it being rated ⭐⭐⭐ it's actually more like ⭐⭐⭐⭐. I was surprised and pleased with it. The room is fantastic. The food is very bland - but that's always the issue when you're cooking for hundreds of people. I can't complain really. There's even a kitchenette so I can make chai! I didn't expect that. There's a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, and toaster too. If you're Indian or Pakistani, you might be limited to the vegetarian option. All my non-veg meals, so far, have been beef and pork. Although, it's a nice change for me, living in Delhi. For your chai fix, the sachets that include milk powder are useful to get through quarantine if you don't have a kitchen (or forget your tea strainer as I did). I am missing Taj Mahal and Tapal tea though. The TV isn't limited, I can plug in my XBOX and doomslay half the day. If you have a lot of foreign electronics bring the right adapters for the wall though (NZ/AU to whatever foreign plug you use). I'm very impressed by MIQ. I'm releasing a vlog showing the entire process from Dubai to Auckland too.

Location was average but room was ok. Some nosie from the motorway and we got stuck in traffic for an hour just to make it the last few hundred metres to the hotel so avoid peak hours when arriving or departing.

Melbourne, Australia. My husband and I stayed there from 22nd - 27th Dec 2018. I don't usually bother writing reviews, whether it be good or bad but for Sebel Auckland Manukau, I would like to thank the amazing staff there during my stay, it has been a long time since I have experienced such 5 star customer service. The staff was always warm, friendly, happy and considerate, even though they had to work through X'mas. I had a lovely hand written card and Ferrero Rocher chocolates sitting on my room table upon arrival, it was such a nice touch, especially coming into a clean and impeccable spacious room. It was raining almost every day and they always offered to lend us umbrella for the day. On X'mas Eve, I was feeling unwell and couldn't make it to breakfast downstairs, they very kindly brought a tray up to the room upon my husband's request. It was the little things to name a few that they did that made a difference, they were all so pleasant and easy going, I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again.

What a beautiful hotel. Stayed for a few days in luxurious comfit. Services from all departments we're excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the assistant manager on duty from the 19-22nd October as well as food and beverage supervisor Clarissa Puchero for their attentiveness. Will definitely recommend hotel to others.

I have been in this hotel during 23 days for working in manukao, I use to travel a lot around the world and I can say this hotel is one of the BEST hotel where I have been. The room are really big and you have all that you can need even more.. and the service quite good. I want to say thanks to all the staff who is working there, to make me feel like at home all the time. The restaurant is also the best restaurant in manukao. THANKS SO MUCH , I hope to came back .!!!

Staff is very friendly, rooms are spacious, even if the view is not astonishing, you feel very well. Train and bus station are very close, a commercial zone is also in the vicinity. Breakfast could have more variety for cheese types, charcuterie, vegetables and fruits. Coffee instead very good!

The Sebel is a fantastic hotel sitting close to the mall in Manakau. The price is reasonable for Auckland but the quality is one of the best. I cannot recommend this hotel more when travelling to Auckland. Its only about 15 mins from the airport and is right next to the motorways so easy to travel around the area. The rooms are modern and clean and the bathroom has a fantastic shower that you wouldn't find in other similar priced places. The staff are also very accommodating and will go out of their way to help. Just be aware there is $10 a day parking cost which i wasn't aware of until i arrived.

My Jetstar flight got rescheduled the next day so was sent here for the night. Spacious room, great city views, and amenities which are more than what you need. Room costs double than my return fare so that was already a bonus. Lol

Very tidy clean place nice restaurant. I was on level 6 and through the night a really bad banging was coming from the roof and I could not sleep I had to ask for ear plugs. The next morning the mgr met me at reception to apologise and he took off my parking charge.

Cant believe they charge to leave your car in their carpark. If it was a secure underground park ...maybe. very clean room, but some poor tiling reduced the sense of luxury. Construction next door starts early and I was surprised that in such a modern build it was still quite noisy.

The service and experience here was so great that after our one night stay mid trip we decided to come back and spend our final 2 nights here before going home. The staff were fantastic but I have to call out Baylee who's excellent customer service was far beyond what was expected and what we experienced with other staff (who were also extremely good) Thanks for helping us finish our trip on a high and with an awesome view too.

Lost one star due to missing customer care!! Firstly, the location was great for me and I guess so for many travellers staying outside in the south of Auckland! While I am a platinum member of Accor, I got a call from the hotel, asking me on sweet or saviour amenities after arrival What was missing? First of all I would expected a bottle of wine, on the house as this is usual At all places of Accor I stay (except Muslim countries) What's worse, the hotel did not ask about car park The same goes, as o Platinum member at hotels with own car park, I got asked about arrive by own car or not, get a reserved car park Here, first comes first served so I ended up parking the car on the kerb side of the road an the car was covered in bird puh in the morning Not a great experience !! As most of GM at hotels, they forgot what a valid customer is, another example here - room to improve! Otherwise; welcome, check in, breakfast and room where ok I may return to this place or take the Novotel near Newmarket in the same group

Visited the Sebel for dinner with my husband. Friendly front of house. We ordered a 3 Course meal with a glass of wine reasonably priced @ approx $140.00. Great service highly recommend

A very nice,new hotel the rooms are very spacious and extremely clean and well cared for,slight down side is the restaurant is not really that big and struggle to cater for larger parties and the food was just acceptable nothing special except the cost

We stayed for 5nites, and we coudnt find fault. Its a new hotel . Everything is just 2-4mins walk. Restaurants everywhere,petrol.station shops anything u could think of. If we are going back to Auckland again we will nver stay anywhere else but here

"Simply amazing"Im presantly resident at the Sebel Manukau in a one bedroom suite disable catagory.The apartment is very spacious,very clean and extemely comfortable.Ive found the staff to be very charming.Every request is meet with a positive attitude and best of all a welcoming smile on check in.The location of the hotel is more than convienient being just off the southern motorway in Manukau minutes from the famed shopping centre.There is the option to dine in house or the hotel is close to many food outlets.Im enjoying my stay and would gladly reccommend this establishment especially for those seeking comfort with a disability.To close my home away from home

The hotel I stayed in New Zealand on the last day before returning to the country. The hotel is close to the airport about 20 minutes by car. There is a Chinese supermarket and fast food restaurant next to it. There is a rainbow park opposite. Supermarket), it is quite functional. There are free wi-fi rooms, but the space design and location are very delicate. The full-body mirrors on the cabinets are new and clean. The toilets and bathrooms are separated. The provided bath products are simple and stylish. The taste is lemongrass, which is very fresh and is in line with the restaurant style. (Original) Behind supermarket and in front of rainbow's end . Normal room is not big but comfortable with free WiFi. 跟團回國前最後一天在紐西蘭住的飯店，靠近機場約20分鐘車程的飯店，旁邊有中式超市與速食店，對面有彩虹樂園，走路10分鐘左右有購物中心（包含美妝店與超市），算是機能性蠻強的。有免費wi-fi房間不大但是空間設計與位置擺放很精緻，有鑲在櫃子上的全身鏡子東西很新也很乾淨，廁所與衛浴是分離式的，提供的沐浴用品設計很簡約時尚，味道是檸檬草味很清新，很符合飯店風格。
