A. M.A nice accommodation, very tidy, comfortable and clean near the shopping centre. Much appreciated after a busy day :)
C. M.The motel was quiet and clean, the room was very clean and well maintained, bed was comfortable and the shower has good water pressure and is as hot as you want it. The staff were polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will happily stay again.
J. H. (. a.Convenient to all the shops and public transport. I had to move the bed so that I could view the television better and discovered a lot of small rubbish under the bed. Would be nice to have a comfy chair to sit on. All these people on here whinging about things needing to be replaced, well if they read the welcome card it says "on request". Couldn't fault anything else. Was skeptical about using the communal kitchen but was impressed in the end, had all appliances and utensils we needed to cook and we used it on our own at the time. Pleasant staff and willing to help out in any way.
H. N.Very nice room, good basic facilities, TV, microwave, jug, fridge. Supermarket, shops, restaurants, etc within walking distance. Only negative is my bathroom had not been cleaned after previous guests had left. I did inform reception & they offered to clean it immediately. Overall I would stay here again.
D. S.The room was nice and tidy. The heat pump was functional and lighting was bright and clear. Toilet was clean and the overall fitting was appropriately configured. Well done.

J. H.We stayed here for one night. I brought a few issues to the attention of management which should not have been there, some are minor but others not really acceptable based on my experience of other motels/hotels. So here we go. A window latch was missing so I couldn't shut the window fully on one side, sofa was covered in dried water and paint marks so it was unusable, one pillow cover had pen marks all over it so we used the spare pillow instead, walls had recently repaired but not painted over, carpet was not vacuumed properly, toilet roll holder was missing. There were 3 of us sharing a room but bath towels only provided for 2 people. Beds had no headboards. The front courtyard was full of bird droppings this should be regularly hosed down. Bathroom looked new but water kept leaking from under the shower glass. Sadly I will not return to see if improvements have been made.
D. M.Friendly, helpful staff. Room clean and fresh. Other rooms being painted. Room seemed well sound proofed from other rooms but heavy rain on the roof was hard to sleep through.
