Stayed the night in a camper. Owners were lovely. Enjoyed our spot down by the river, watching the pukekos and the rabbits roaming round. Very peaceful. Shower and toilet block were great and nice and clean. Had dinner over road at pub. Best feed in ages, meals were huge. Great atmosphere there too.

I have stayed at various camp sites from the south island. These are the loveliest people I’ve met. I’ve met lovely people at this camp ground that have been though loads personally and they feel safe here.

Good park close to Blenheim township and a good base for activities a bit further afield. Looking quite tired (broken bins, lights not repaired, damaged paint) and cleaning in shared facilities left a bit to be desired, including no toilet paper in one of the womens toilets for 24 hours (although it was in the Christmas holidays so maybe the usual cleaners were not available). Lots of hot water in free showers. Free wifi for 24 hours. Not the worst or the best, but plenty of space for campervan and peaceful location despite being near the main road and a railway line. The hosts were lovely.

Enjoyable stay with 2 kids and a pooch in tent by the river. Staff helpful both in the phone and at check in. It's a really pleasant spot, main downside being a fair amount of noise from traffic on the bridge. Will stay again

Wonderful Hostess. Clean unit. Need to supply own towels. Electric and toaster in room and a TV. Very basic and price suits.

Stayed 1 night only would not recommend for families. No towels in rooms for a shower, however there is a jug but no access to water (communal kitchen). Overnight travellers should seek other accommodation

Amenities are fantastic. Showers were amazing, our wee girl loved the pool and the site was perfect for us. Definitely recommend.

Very nice Park caretaker with exceptionally on top of his game. I did not like the business concern as it was on the phone at the door.COVID STILL LOOMS HERE.

Friendly and helpful stuff as we were in a big campervan towing a 27 foot caravan so need to be able to turn around. Had a great sleep, the traffic and trains did wake us up.

Handy location . Plenty of room on our sunny site. A bit of traffic and train noise at night. The facilities at the end where we were are a bit dated but quite clean. Friendly and helpful staff

Stayed for two nights. Had a comfortable stay and the staff is friendly and welcoming too. Clean and well maintained. Only issue is the location if you do not drive/own a car.

Clean and tidy, small cabin with a bunk and a double bed which suited me and my mate just fine.

Didn't use facilities as they were all upstairs. Had a non power site and as heavy rain was forcast I thought I picked a site that I would not get stuck. needing to leave early in the morning found us stuck and had to get towed out. Initially he told me to ring the AA but then come down, went back and got a tow rope and towed me out. Unfortunately this held me up 30 minutes to the time I intended to leave. Very friendly would stay here again but get a powered site which is gravelled. Dog friendly which is good for us

Good that its dog friendly. Showers/& facilities are clean and tidy. However the Hot water takes ages to come through in the showers, and theres no curtain between the shower and changing area. So things get wet. Apart from that and the traffic noise it's a fine camping area

Clean and tidy owner was very helpful and staff were chatty however I found it very noisy at night from the trucks going over the bridge which is very close but it is situated close to town and on main road to Picton which is a 15 minutes away by car. I found some of the furniture in our unit was very low and difficult for this old fella to get out of.

Very cheap, clean and good facilities

8 of us stayed in self contained rooms for 5 nights, it was exactly what we needed, comfortable rooms a kitchen area that we could use and cook team meals and handy to town and KFC. Boys are relatively easy to please though, there is a train at 4.30am which didn't bother us at all. I'd stay here again, and i'd bring my family.

Really liked it here the stream was just there people so friendly thanks to lady next to us gave us fresh feijoas mmm facilities clean easy access around weather was so beautiful the day we got there out having a brew cheeky pukekoi's around like they were tamed and following a local guy for food lol quite funny ducks sheep few rabbits and fantails that loved going in and out of caravan cheeky buggars.....BEST FEED THO GROVE HOTEL WOWWWW absolutely enjoyed our meals and strait across from holiday park!! Would love to stay again in near future 😁😁😁

Cabin facilities were fine, I was in a kitchen unit so thankfully had a sink and kettle etc. The beds are obviously very old and extremely uncomfortable! I got the tiniest 20 year old tv you could imagine. Totally useless and outdated! (I did see the self contained units had a newer tv). Shower and toilet facilities were nice and clean and spacious. I was shocked to see that there were no proper ladies sanitary product bins. Just normal lift the lid bins you would have at home so the smell isn't pleasant. Sorry to the poor cleaners who have to dispose of them! Big camping area but it is situated right under a busy road and railway so :/ Kids seemed to be having fun on the playground but the pool wasn't big enough to accommodate many people maybe 1 group. You are also able to rent kids karts and also ebikes, which seemed to be very popular! Not a terrible place to stay for a night or two while you are traveling, but I wouldn't call it a destination

Lovely location for a summer holiday. There are limited powered tent sites so pays to ask when you book. Facilities are great with free showers, clean and tidy kitchen and great family feel. Would have received five stars if customer service was a priority.

Stayed in the tent area in early January 2020. At the time there was huge construction work being done in the nearby bridge. Didn't affect us that much. But some people may not like the idea. Recommend to pop in and check for yourself before writing it off because of the bridge work.

Not the best time to visit because of the construction of the new highway bridge, that effects access. But all facilties are clean and well serviced. We had a very good site for our caravan.

We staid 2 nights in a private room. It was nice and clean, as the bathroom and kitchen. The location is not the best, but still walking distance from the center.

Postive: The unit was clean and tidy had a kettle and microwave and small stove top and bar fridge, bed was comfortable have the perfect amount of blankets we found fitted the temperature perfectly had a heat pump great to keep the room cool or hot depending on weather, Negative:. The toilet seat had movement when you sat down The wood under the shower is wet and you can smell it, and it's discolored possible seal is broken especially when the door opens outward all the water drips down through the front part of the shower the shower head needs to be cleaned has a lot of calcium buildup which causes the water to spray out the door when she ends up costing more money in the long run because the flooring will have to be fixed in the meantime if you reseal the front edge it should stop the problem unless the damage is done already Husband is builder so has a critical eye

Amenities were untidy and outdated. Appeared to have a lot of seasonal workers there taking over bathrooms as if it was their own. Main block ventilation for showers not used - opening the louvre windows would have done. Disappointing compared to the other two Top 10 holiday parks we have stayed this weekend- Motueka and Greymouth.

Everything was fine apart from the parking. Our parking spot that has our room number marked was taken. Staffs were not there to sort this out. The other parking was so small and too hard to patk. Wonder what they thought when designed it.

Atrocious, data limited WiFi (1GB per day) in 2020, terribly soft bed, barely enough fridge space and sometimes obnoxious clientele. Areas are clean though and traffic noises are absolutely bearable (only 2 trains per day in each direction).

Nice people at reception, park tidy, facilities clean. Also on the river so if the weather's nice it's very pleasant.

Loved staying here. Friendly atmosphere, easy check in and lovely tent sites along the river. Will absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay whilst in Blenheim

Good site by river. Busy place, a few long term people staying there I think. Only mirror camp in Blenheim I think. The freedom Park in wynen st only 5 spots and is just in middle of carpark

This place is not 5 star accommodation, but it is clean. About a kilometer from town and a reasonable base to explore the region at a cheap price. We booked a private room and the only issue we had was that there was no fan or air conditioning for the really hot night we were there.

Great place to stay just pitty it's not a top 10 holiday park anymore, but still loved it here anyway.

Sleepless night. Super loud fridge that sounds like snoring and literally cardboard for walls. Uncomfortable mattress that digs into your back. If you've come here for a sleep you're out of luck. However, this is the only criticism I have of this park. An amazing playground, pool, and a dairy across the road. Overall a good stay.

This is a great place to stay. I spent 3 nights there. Facilities are clean and the staff ae helpful. A range of different accomodation options are on site. There is a dairy next door, a pub across the road as well as a gym just down the road. The only potental drawback is its location which is right on the edge of town. No problem for me but if you don't like walking (and don't have a car) it takes a while to get into town.

Amazing service. Super helpful staff and quite accessible. Owners give you a full tour of the camp ground so you know where stuff is, and will give very clear instructions if you are looking for somewhere to go. Can't praise them enough! Definitely recommended.

We had a stop over for one night. The road was load, so I recommend you ask for one away from road, we saw some did and now know why. I bridge and river was so lovely and picturescene that I enjoyed it just for that reason. The people were lovely and professional. The entrance could of been a bit widened. However, its great and looks so well established.

Facilities were pretty old and limited. Park is between big streets so quite noisy. Not as good as the usual Top 10 places but at least it is rather cheap and the WiFi fast (250mb included, 5$ for 10gb).

Helpful reception; clean facilities; 2 bedroom motel is small and tight for 4 adults but adequate. Peter Yealand winery at Seddon is to be recommended - nice drive round the vines (get the route map from the cellar door)

Ok for one night. Very Clean and practical, but very close to the road and not very charming. We'd rather stay in the Vineyard area next time because it's very charming, than in the city "center" (not very attractive).

Good camping ground. They are having to put up with the work on the road bridge that is over top of some of their camping ground at is time. Made us welcome. Been there a few times a good stop over before going on the ferry crossing

Excellent reception, arrived in time to watch the Crusaders game. Nothing was a problem, even got given a beer to watch the rugby. Reasonable rates, comfortable quiet sleep.

Friendly staff & quick check-in - it's a pretty big campground. Facilities are rather small and old, but as usual with the Top10, you can't go wrong. Just make sure you get a site as far from the street as possible.

Very nice TOP 10. Nice big area by river. Drawbacks though are a tight one lane, two way, very tight turn road needed to get from entrance to campervan sites.

Tent Site for 2 people Frebuary 2015. Dispaointed by this top10. Expensive for bad quality. Close to the train and the SH. Kitchen/dining room too small for everybody. Facilities correct, neither clean nor dirty. No separation between the tent sites. No Free Unlimited Wifi.

Wasn't best prepared to stay here but stayed on a good room with double bed and bunk. Close to toilets and kitchen. Room a little fiddly with plug sockets being in awkward places for kettles and toaster.

An ok site which had a lot of building work going on. The river side part of the site was nicer than the road side, not the best location for town.

Expensive holiday park & not whort it ... Tiny facilities & kitchen compare to the size of the campsite. No restroom / dining room, laundry in the kitchen. Nearby the road & the railways so you will be awake permanently during the night.

Super friendly and awesome hospitality "thanks Lione " fabulous self contained units ,amazingly comfortable beds .the overall park covers all amenities and I give my stay a TOP 10/10+++ .thanks Blenheim top10 use will definitely be seeing us again.....

Great place to stay and relax. Family friendly. Lot's of little kids running around playing swimming using bikes you can hire.

Basic but decent accommodation. I had one of the cabins near SH1 and it wasn't as loud as you would have expected. Only stayed one night.

You get a quite big tent site for yourself. Toilet, showers and kitchen were clean. Even 100mb of free WiFi are included.

Ok accommodation if you dont mind the road and train noise. Good central location. Sink in the bathroom is crazy tiny if you need to shave!

Nice staff, but the bunk beds, OMG! Squeaking and squealing every time you moved or rolled over! (Result: Terrible nights sleep for all!) That's what you get from buying el-cheapo beds! Please look at putting in some leather or plastic washers and re-tightening all the bunks!

Good location in nice setting Creek running through it....but campervanners and campers should be aware that kitchen and bathroom facilities are accessed by stairs!

Facilities clean kitchen very very tied and the man running it had no communication skills for a tourist venue. Upgrade and more proactive staff.

Cleanliness of the sanitary facilities was okay, for us it was okay for the transit, especially the pub opposite should be visited ;-). (Original) Der Park liegt ca 2 km vom Zentrum entfernt und direkt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse. Sauberkeit der sanitären Anlagen war okay, für die Durchreise für uns in Ordnung, vor allem sollte der Pub gegenüber besucht werden ;-).

In the evening from 18:00 o'clock the construction workers are of course gone, but still a lot of traffic noise. Staff is very nice.
