S.Great host, Peter and shona are very welcoming and very happy to help with handy tips of where to eat out etc. Great unit which is very clean and the little extras like the chocolate fish in fridge plus earplugs is a great wee extra highly recommend

B.At a low price, I’d say this is good enough. Some items were lacking compared to higher priced motels, but I would surely stay here again.
We stayed in the 3-bedroom unit 7. Everything was clean and tidy, even though some areas obviously haven’t updated in a while. We didn’t find noise to be an issue while sleeping, though the thin windows let in a lot of road noise in the lounge, which was at the end of the building by the road. There were ear plugs on the night stand for us to use, so that might help some sleep. The TV in the lounge was modern and had a lot of channels to watch, though since we were close to the CBD, we spent plenty of time elsewhere.
There was a fan heater in the lounge/kitchen area and a radiant heater in the hall, plus electric blankets under the sheets on the beds; most kiwis will be fine with that setup, but many international guests might be surprised by it in the winter. We had brought along our port-a-cot (pack n play) for our baby to sleep in, which of course did not have an electric blanket, so we had to do some extra work to keep our baby warm. They let us borrow a high chair which worked well, though I’m not sure how many are available. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and cooking items I didn’t expect, so that was great.
A.The owners are absolutely lovely and proud of their rooms, and I'd recommend it based on that alone. However it is a consideration that it can be quite noisy due to many trucks driving past at most hours. The owners have gracefully provided earplugs so it's clear they're aware and are doing their best to accommodate as they're able.
Also has a pool!
P.We family stayed here two nights. Manager Peter and his wife are very welcoming and very friendly. Both my wife and I had very good talking with them. Three bedrooms apartment we stayed is very tidy and well facilitated. Thank you very much Peter for the stay and sharing interesting stories with us etc. I do recommend. Karen and Patrick

G.Decent hotel. Lots of street noise loud trucks etc. Washing seems abit over the top $12 for 1 was 1 dry.

A.Everything that is great apart from the Internet that in our case is very important. they gave a passkey for internet with only 3GB per room. it means we share that 3gb with everyone on the same room.
If you stream a single movie that is all you can do in 24 hours necause it is enough to consume your 3gb.
I would've gave files. It wasn't for the internet.
They have also swimming pool that is not heated but it is okay and common in motels, but the Internet so little it was the first time I saw it in Blenheim.

Mooie kamer. Ontzettende aardige mensen bij de receptie. Wordt je van alles verteld wat je allemaal kunt doen. Dit was echt super. Eettentjes, musea, wijntour en nog veel meer. Zo enthousiast!
