Absolutely amazing place! The food is an incredible Japanese style of food where kiwi eat have not been forgotten. The beer range was great with everything from good low alcohol beers to nice ciders and even more amazing craft beers from all across the country. I'd highly recommend this place for everyone. Just make sure you have a sober driver, as its a we bit away from town.

Lovely filling meals. Would go back. Summer only I think though. As they could run out of room inside pretty quickly which wouldn't be to nice for the kiddies.

Our favourite pub in Marlborough! Chefs have not only the pub classics but also a fusion of Asian and authentic Japanese dishes. Extensive beer selection on tap. Cozy with a lot of antique decor, good vibe and great service.

This Hotel has very good value Japanese influenced delicious & honest food and a great wine list. A friendly and convivial place to meet with friends. Usually quite busy round dinner time but outdoor dining available as well as indoor restaurant.

I was here during my trip to Blenheim. I must say, they really have a good drinks list. The food was very yummy! They had mixed style of cuisine. I had a Japanese tray. The ambience was good, a bit crowded though. I had heard it was always full, which was definitely right. The staff was friendly and had good customer service skills. Would highly recommend and visit again in my next trip :) Cheers

Lived there in the hostel for a wile, really nice place just in between spring Creek and Blenheim, 40 minutes walk distance. The hostel is together with the pub, the best place to be in Blenheim. Amazing food, amazing beers and wines, really warm environment for all the season with open and closed area.

Absolutely loved this pub with their craft beer and yummy food and even better their garden outdoor area is very relaxing with more than enough space for families and friends too enjoy. I definitely recommend going there on a lazy Sunday for lunch and drinks only problem is they do not cater for cup of teas which would of made some family when we were there their day! But apart from that little inconvenience it was awesome I highly recommend this to anyone.

Great great spot. Perfect garden bar area with darts and a roaring fire. Great atmosphere all around. Japanese menu is a change from the normal pub food that was expected but wow!!! Highly recommend the Japanese meatballs. A spot absolutely not to be missed on your travels through Blenheim!!

Absolutely fantastic country pub with a modern twist. Great selection of local beer and wine, enjoyed by the roaring fire. The Japanese menu is lovely as well, but the hospitality is what really puts it on top. Peter took fantastic care of us and really understands what pub hospitality should be. Wish we could come back in the summer to hit that awesome beer garden!

Quite nice in terms of the food. Not the cheapest but pretty decent for what the food was. Nice and warm inside, and a very nice outdoor area that would be great over summer. Not a lot of the standard pub meals, most meals seem to be of some ethnic design, but look quite nice. Not sure about the accommodation side of things, I didn't see that.

4.5 stars actually. Great range of craft beers and an interesting food menu. Meals were tasty although I found them a bit bulked out by rice. The sushi was highly rated by one of our party.

Fantastic family friendly venue. The best dumplings you will taste in Marlborough, great wine selection which changes regularly and a huge variety of beers. I visit at least monthly because I enjoy the tasteful beer garden, great music and friendly staff. Visit more often during the Summer. Food is always delicious! Perfect place to unwind with mates or just enjoy a drink and some dumplings... spring rolls are another highlight!
