I stayed for one week. The reception was very friendly. The rooms are spacious and fulfill your needs. Parking can be a issue at times. Shops are just across the road, no need to drive to eat or buy something from the store. Room service was a bit slack. I needed to ring them after the second day and asked to get my room serviced since I ran out of coffee. Room service improved after that. My basin next to the bathroom did not have any water when the cold tap was opened, only the warm water tap was working. My bathroom light switch was also loose at the wall. Location was perfect for my duties during the week.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the hosts were polite and helpful however our room, mainly the bathroom stank of cigarette smoke. We phoned them to let them know, originally they said there was nothing they could do to help so we then took our clothes and bags back to the car to stop the smell of smoke then Someone then came to the door 2 minutes later with a air odour filter (which was strange as if this was a regular occurrence as they knew how to solve) then was told he would be back shortly, he then text me and while later just saying to switch it off. It had helped the smell but it was still there. Leaving the window open at night, the smell had got worse by the morning. We expected someone to come and apologise and maybe offer a discount but no one came or was at reception to see us and we had to rush off. Other than that it was a lovely stay, just disappointing that they couldn’t move us as the smell was that bad.

Room was spacious, all amenities we needed were available. Things that could be improved. 1. Big ridge at the middle of the bed due to the two single beds joined together. 2. Pillow cases seems someone has used them or not freshly washed. 3. Too expensive for its value. 4. Needs detachable shower head due to low pressure of the water. 5.Needs handrails to get in and out of shower. Too dangerous, I nearly slipped getting out of the spa bath.

Me and my partner stayed for one night (reservation not under my name) we came in late due to issues with the ferry arriving late. The owner very nice made sure we would get into the room and waited for us after hours which was great ! However the room it self needs an upgrade, the smell in the room was really bad old dusty and smelt like toilet. We could not sit on the toilet seat as there was a seal on the seat that was slowly pealing off and had dirty brown yellow stains on it. There were missing sheets on the bed to cover the “non wash” bedcover so we had to take sheet from the extra bed in the living area. This place could be nice but really needs an upgrade.

We only stayed one night but the motel suite was very comfortable with great heating. As the day was cold we did not try out the pool. The motel is across the road from Speights Alehouse where we had dinner and close to Countdown Supermarket if you want to buy any grocery items

I loved this place. We stayed over night but wished we could stay for longer. Everything is so tidy and clean inside the apartments, and all the essentials and even the non-essential luxuries were there too. I liked the shampoo and soap gel dispensers in the shower, those were cool. The two downsides were that the pool was freezing cold even in summer (pretty sure it was a parapool) and it got very hot over night but that was because of the hot weather and opening a window did the trick. Overall, very good place to stay for a few nights.

absolutely beautiful. .owners were welcoming and understanding. .rooms were immaculate. .its on state highway 6..yet its so quiet in the room. clean , organized and very well equipped. couldn't ask for anymore. absolutely worth driving 9 hours for. also..pup across the road..supermarket next to that...priceless. .peaceful and very affordable. ..well done

This is a great location. Richard and Amy are excellent and work to accommodate all needs. There is a Speights just across the road for meals plus a shopping complex for supermarket and pharmacy needs a short walk away.We like the rooms and the location, with plenty of off street parking available in the motel grounds. The rooms are clean and well serviced.

Amazing friendly staff. Stayed multiple times at this accommodation and never had any complaints. Clean and very handy as it is close to supermarket and restaurants. Good parking too.

Disappointed. Only stayed 1 night instead of 2. Didn’t expect full refund but at least a 1/4 or so would have paid kudos. Sorry won’t be recommending.|Covid been around for ages & you don’t know what will happen in the future. Motels etc hit hard but if they don’t want a repeat they need to show good will

You could hear what people were doing next door and upstairs. Didn't feel like there was privacy. Wasn't worth $150 per night. Don't know how it's 4 star motel. Have been to better 3 star motels.

My room.i had was nice, clean well presented, plenty of towels, and extra blankets in the cupboard, sky TV, king size bed, very comfy nice pillows, I had the upstairs unit with a balcony and was perfect, situated over the road from speights ale house, good handy location with plenty of off road parking

Always a pleasure to stay at this motel. Consistently high standard of housekeeping all sky channels, heat pumps well equipt kitchens, 20 mins from ferry, friendly and helpful motelier. This has been a preferred model for me for over 15 years.
