A.What an amazing place to stay and to be. At tge absolute end of the south island...state highway ends here. Great room awesome seaside views Great and very accommodating staff...would return here

G.Location is amazing, hotel and rooms are nice but the special thing about this place is the great hospitality of the owners. Breakfast is also good with a special view of the ocean.
A.It was very nice. The staff were very hospitable. The room was really cozy and modern but a bit small. The bathroom was nice but it smelled strange. The views were lovely.

J.Perfect location at the end of NZ. Views to the horizon, walking tracks, not far to the city or ferry to Stewart Island. A great location, comfortable rooms, great staff.
J.Lands End looks are deceiving.
Looks English but run by New Zealanders and building is suitable for the strong winds found in the location.
A very fine breakfast comes with the accomodation.
The fittings and furniture are comfortable and have a touch of luxury.
The teas and coffee in your rooms include a tea pot and a wide varity of leaf teas with fine cups. The views are of the sea and sky.
The hosts are friendly helpful and gave us lots of space to explore the outside and the reading / looking areas.
We saw an orca while having breakfast which was impressive. I also walked evening and morning to do all the fine walks available .
We walked to dinner next door.
Worth the little bit extra from our usual accomodation.

b.What an experience the hosts were absolutely fabulous the room had a wow factor looking out over the ocean great restaurant across the way
A.Only one word could describe it. Superb! Yes with exclamation mark, simply because you can spend some time on place like this is jus incredibly uplifting. I hope I'll return sometime soon.
