L.I enjoyed my stay!
Bulls is located a nice distance between Wellington and Auckland, and gave us a chance to get to Auckland comfortably in one day after arriving in Wellington on the ferry. So I'd recommend the location for people on the same journey.
The lodge was very tidy, with a great garden, and some cool cats casually hanging about. Beds were very comfy, and everything that we could have needed was at hand.
The host Rhys was really friendly, and welcomed us after a last minute booking as we arrived late at night, just before the office closing time at 10pm.
I'd definitely recommend staying here!
M.We loved staying here, this is the closest thing we have to a grand old manor, the gardens are amazing. We walked up to the bulls township for breakfast. There are a lot of places to hide and have a chill out. There's a bath to put the kids in or chill if it's been a hard one. Totally recommended by this plumber. Great place to lose the kids with the big gardens for them to explore.
H.We were 5 hours late, the host stayed up. Greeted us on arrival and had cooked us pizzas that were far better than any fast food chain. Very accommodating and a lovely relaxing stay. Highly recommended to anyone!
S.Am a motorbiker who got stranded at Bulls coz of bad weather. Had to knock on their door just after sunrise. I had a warm welcome and they accommodated me without a hesitation. The place was really tidy and had all the necessities. Plus a very friendly host.
P.I stayed here for over one week while touring NZ, rooms were cozy and clean and there is a lot of good food places around. The Rangitiki river is also so beautiful and refreshing to swim in, just 10 minutes walking to a good swimming hole!
J.I stayed at the lodge for just over a month for work, the service was amazing an the company was great. Rhys and Jo were really friendly an catered to all of my needs. The lodge is awesome is feels like a home instead of a hotel accomodation. I HIGHLY suggest checking the place out if you’re looking for accomodation around this area.

ビジネスで宿泊しましたが、連泊したかった。お庭がすごくきれいに手入れされてるのはもちろん、中がお城みたいで特別な日を味わえました。オーナーさん一家もすっごくフレンドリーでした。運がよかったことに？コロナで宿泊はわたしだけだったので思う存分くつろげました。コーヒー紅茶ミルク、朝ご飯用のジャム等もありました。今度はプライベートでまた泊まりに行きたい！ありがとう！
