We stayed here for 5 nights over the New Year period in our caravan. What a great camp. Well stocked kitchen in terms of cooking utensils and equipment, should you need it. Excellent showers and a very well kept clean camp. We had our 2 dogs with us and checked prior to booking that they were welcome. Cambridge is a lovely place and it was a good base in terms of doing day trips to Hamilton and Tauranga. Will definitely stay again.

We have been here two time. stayed in 4 persons cottage and 6 persons motel room. Facility is very clean all around. Location is handy. There is a corner shop right outside of the park. Most of camping sites are covered under shade. My wish list to this site to ger it even better: Add a water play area Add EV charger

Enjoyed our stay with our caravan. Absolutely clean and tidy toilets and showers!! Very friendly office staff.

Due to lockdown changes we hurriedly booked and arrived in the evening. The booking and after hours arrival process was easy. We stayed in a queen bed cabin and it was well presented, clean and welcoming. I especially loved having a wee veranda with 2 chairs on it. The shared toilets and kitchen were spotless and the kitchen had all we needed for an emergency stay with no picnic gear. Thank you.

Fantastic location. Fanstastic room. Fantastic service. Although the front desk could shore up their interaction skills we found them to be excellent.

The lodge was awesome for us, our children and grandchildren. The grandchildren loved playing on the blow up bladder. The staff were so lovely and helpful. A great place to stay.

Very attractive campground situated under large trees. We stayed in a newish apartment with king size bed, fully self contained. Very well set up with all needs catered for except no coffee plunger. Cost of doing laundry was high at $4 per wash and $4 to use dryer. Good shops nearby with Fresh Choice supermarket, several takeaways including a Roast House. It is worth being a member of Top10 to get discounts.

Absolutely wonderful Holiday Park. Consistently friendly and helpful team. Superbly clean at all times. Lots of attention to detail throughout whole site and accommodation. Really good facilities including new very comfortable media/TV room..strongly recommend.

What an absolutely perfect camp ground. Lots of very large trees for some cover. A bunch of small huts of differing sizes. The amenities are very well looked after, cleaned and we'll stocked. The owners are great to deal with and that nice and friendly helpful types. Worth the stay

Basic room for us. All facilities clean and well maintained. Well laid out. Further developments and upgrades in the pipeline. Would suggest hand rails on the stairs to the porch of the cabins for the older people. Pleasant two night stay. Very reasonable rates.

Fabulous. We had a girls weekend away and booked a small chalet with four solid bunks. It was very reasonably priced, comfortable and super clean. The Top 10 Cambridge is a very comfortable place to stay wtih a well stocked kitchen. The park is super well maintained and amazingly clean. One of the cleanest campsites I've ever been to. Because we were Top 10 members we had free cycle hire and free Wifi. Very friendly staff made great suggestions as to where to go and where to eat. Thank you.

This camp is well appointed and close to supporting shops etc. Happy staff

Great location, easy walk into town and quiet in the evening

Excellent, clean and owners very friendly. We were parked under the trees and the campervan quickly filled with sandflies, so we had to turn the lights off. This was with screen wire on our windows as well? Not a show stopper but something to be aware of.

We stayed as a large group in the Sara lodge. Modern clean and comfortable. We didn't use the main kitchen, but the toilet facilities were really good. Only thing in the lodge is that it needs a 2nd sink, for rinsing dishes.friendly staff.

We were the lucky recipients of 2 nights in an ensuite chalet at Cambridge Top 10. We loved our time here. The room was extremely tidy with a great little kitchen area including all the utensils pots and pans needed. The king size bed was so comfortable! The large shower with great water pressure was much appreciated too. The grounds are well cared for and the location handy to everything. If you enjoy cycling book yourself in for a few days or longer as its an incredibly beautiful area with so many rides to choose from. We stayed here at the end of our 3 week holiday and had the weather been better we'd have definitely stayed longer. Thank you Cambridge Top 10 ... we'll be back!

Very clean efficient kitchen area. Ablution block spacious, clean with good showers. Just one thing could the cabins be fitted with a hand rail outside for assistance with steps for older patrons.

One of the best campgrounds we stayed on our NZ trip. Facilities, including showers and kitchen were awesome and the campsite calm and clean! The park next door is great for anyone who is interested in a little morning run on the oval. Definitely would come back.

Well maintained place and handy location to explore the region. Operated by beautiful hard working people and thanks a lot for accommodating the needs of my family about using extra power and moving the site. Will definitely come back again!

Pricey and average facilities comparitive to other top10 holiday parks scattered around N.Z

Hi We recently stayed a night at this Holiday Park and i can't say enough about the place. The staff are warm and helpful, the cooking facilities are great, especially the outdoor hotplates, the showers are great and the place has a nice vibe with a lovely setting.

The facilities are good. The bedding is clean. The room was not particularly clean though. Spider webs on the ceiling and puzzle pieces from past guests under the bed. Water pressure was amazing. Heaps of warm water, we are 6 guests and no one has had a cold shower.

Great place to stay, peaceful and fun. Facilities are great and the staff are awesome.. Not only do I recommend, I'll be back. Love that I can bring my dog along..

Very smart and tidy with friendly,helpful staff on arrival. Useful shops nearby and the main town is no distance in the car. 25 mins max to Hamilton. Quiet and comfortable

Stayed here with my parents in camper van overnight and we enjoyed our time here. The facilities were all close by and the toilet/showers were kept clean at all times ☺️ cafés and shops in walking distance from the campsite. Spacious areas to walk round

Awesome. Clean beautifully maintained buildings and gardens. Can accommodate animals too. They had us booked in less than 10 minutes with only a few hours notice. Awesome friendly management team. Keep up the good work guys

Very clean and tidy. We arrived shortly before dark in a Motor home and got a powered site for one night. We thought it was over priced at $90 when we had just come from Papamoa and paid a lot less. Shower was very low pressure in the Ladies 3rd unit.

Very nice campground with beautiful trees all around. Quite and peacefully charming with wonderful hospitality and worm welcoming hosts with a good eye for details. Thank you!

Great place to stay . Nice clean and tidy set up . No complaints about the place . At all . I give a 4 star rating only because of my personal situation . . The "family" sized cabins with a kitchen and no toilet are great .except for the toddler proofing .It's hard work keeping a toddler here. Having to tie the sliding door to the tv unit so it can't be opened by little hands.since there is no bolts ,knives within reach ,climbable bunk ladders that are not removable. If You have no toddlers then everything here is sweet as . :)thanks

Exceptional park, great location and superb facilities. We arrived in our motor home on the 21 Mar 2020, originally for 5 nights as a base to visit attractions in the area, however, due to the enforced level 4 lockdown on the 25 Mar our stay suddenly extended to 27 days. The staff, Karen,Shaun,Shelley and Ross went one step beyond their duty to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and checked on us daily, which was so good to us and helped our mental wellbeing as we were stranded so far from home in the UK and were feeling really isolated. We cannot thank them enough and have so much gratitude to give for all the kindness and help we were given.

First top ten site we visited on our road trip of the north island. We were made to feel welcome by the manager and as a result we actual joined the top ten scheme. Sorry can't remember his name but his welcome to NZ made us stay on top ten site. Well done sir and thank you. It's a basic site but was a joy to stay at as it was a great instruction into camping with the RV. Everything you need and a great kitchen set up.

Nice place, friendly staff. The sites are decent, no privacy between but lots of shade and a good size. The amenities are very clean and we'll maintained. The kitchen is a good size for a smaller group and allows plenty of prep space. It's expensive at $44/night, 2 people, unpowered.

Great place to stay. They have a type 2 plug for EVs. Maybe a J1772 would help too?

Great Holiday Park, nice and clean. Shady Site under a tree and plenty of space. Has tennis courts. Elliot is a super nice staff member, super helpful. Give this guy a promotion. :) Only 4 Stars because Wifi is limited to 250Mb.. typical Campground Wifi..

Gotta say thanks to to the top ten staff can’t thank them enuff had a great stay over a week and they where more than helpful thanks again guys highly recommend to any one looking for a great place to stay

Caron the Ownerin was very friendly and extremly helpful. Especielly in this difficult corona times she showed their positive Mindset to their guests. The campground has very well kept outfoor areas and facilities. So you see everywhere that she and her husband are very comitted.

Hi everyone! I stayed here for 4 weeks, during the lockdown and was really impressed!. The staff did a great job in cleaning, also leaving hand towels and sprays available for self sanitising the areas we use. The facilities are 10/10, great big kitchen with pots and utensils to use, loved using the gas grills, the laundry machines are new!, showers are piping hot and a great big warm lounge with a big screen to watch Movies! Also a great BBQ area, with new BBQs to use. Wanna also say big thanks to Ross and Shelley! for letting me use their laptop and they make you feel welcome. The unlimited WiFi was icing on the cake! I'm currently at Top 10 New Plymouth and it doesn't compare! Cheers everyone! Hope to see you soon!

This is definitely the best Top 10 I have been to. The mattresses and bedding were great and the whole site is very well kept. Great place to stay for the Hamilton sevens, far enough to avoid the chaos of Hamilton but near enough to get there for the first games.

Staff was great since I arrived after-hours, they had prepared a letter for me at the reception. Sanitary facilities are ok 4/5 Kitchen has everything you need from kitchen ware to hot water One night for a non powered site is $22 Quiet place.

Wow. Spontaneously stopped here for a night and was positively surprised. Clean, well maintained bathrooms with two hangers and a rack in the shower, big and well equipped kitchen with brand new cutlery, plates and pots, two big ovens and stoves, big fridge. Outside they have a large trampoline pillow for the kids, lots of playground and a big, roofed barbecue area. Camping sites are beautiful, even floors with lots of grass. 250mb free wifi per person, login worked quick and easy. Price was 36$ for 2 on a non powered site - reasonable. Big thumbs up!

Amenities very clean and user friendly. Lovely grounds and appreciated the trees that gave us shade from a hot sun.

Cambridge Top 10 is well equipped for anything you may need. We stayed in a cabin, and it also had everything we needed. Facilities for the kids are also really great. We will definitely use them again, if we come out that way again.

nice and tidy under new owners so you would expect that,great trees but can be a hindrance when setting up tv reception in motor homes. Dump station only ok for those m.homers who have cassettes to empty can not get level parking for the m.homes that have black/grey tanks as you can not empty out properly.Would recommend to others.

Very clean facilities and a lot of open space for the children to run around. The camp ground is quite large so that it never gets crowded even in high season. Ideal if you are looking for a quiet place.

Nice and clean facilities even with the large number on campers using the site, however was told there were no non powered sites available when there appeared to be plenty of space. $60 per night for a powered site seems a bit high too.

Really enjoyed a night here after visiting (lame) Hobbiton. It was a super hot day so the massive shade trees were a godsend. Unfortunately our old CampaSouth vans power was not compatible with the newer breakers so avoid if you are with CampaSouth and need power. We had just spent a day with power so our fridge was still good (it lasts about a day on battery). Staff were friendly and helpful and amenities were good.

Was okay. We asked for a big piece of land to camp on and where given one of the smallest and most exposed pieces. We stayed the longest and at times where the only campers on site. So was a shame to have such a site. There are two blocks to use one is a toilet and shower only block. The kitchen is often packed and is rather small considering the amount of camp sites avalible. Customer service on check-in was odd and awkward. Good location for cambridge though not the best for cambridge town center. Walking places not recommended though some can be done. Washing machines overpriced at $4 a load and washing powder expensive as per usual. Tranquil and quiet location in suburban area next to a park.

We were staying in a Powered site with our Caravan. We are in site 61.Clean+newly built toilet /shower unit. Hosts were friendly and helpful. I could recommend this campsite

Great Top 10 Holiday Park. The staff "Elliot" was a really nice and helpful guy. He told us where we could go in Cambridge and safed us a top spot. Elliot ly ❤️ Also has a tennis court that was great. 4 stars only because of 250mb wifi limitation

Basic and functional. Multiple choices avaliable depending on your budget. I got booked into a cabin which basically is a room with 2 bunk beds and a small fridge. TV & kettle included. There is a motorhome section. Communial kitchen, toilets and shower block.

Karen and Shaun are very good hosted, I am a truck driver and have been up round the Waikato and Bay of Plenty doing work. Karen allowed me to use the showers today, and was able to park my truck off the street in the car park next to them and the sorts feild. Thanks Shaun and Karen

Impressed. We could have visitdd this camp ground, bringing food and bedding only.... and towels. All other facilities supplied. Cooking , crockery, & utensils. Cleaning as well Facilities are clean and tidy.

Desperately needs upgrading. Very basic. Clean and tidy but overall a poor site especially by Top 10 standards. Staff were excellent though, very helpful and friendly.

We stayed in the Executive apartments. They are nice and roomy, well serviced and clean.
