D. S.Fantastic camp site, always clean and tidy, our go to place when passing. The outdoor kitchen is just brilliant. Good spacious camp sites, location is ideal for short walk into town. Very friendly a welcoming reception. You guys are awesome.
A. M.We've travelled through NZ by campervan for 6 weeks. This was BY FAR the absolute best holiday park we've been in. Clean, quiet, spacious, beautiful, and well equipped. Kitchen actually has cutlery, pans, plates, sharp knifes, and even a BBQ station outside. This is what I imagined a holiday park would be before traveling to NZ. In comparison, it's embarrassing how little most other parks offer for the same amount of money.

K. L.I had an excellent experience at this campsite! The facilities are top-notch, with new and well-maintained amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with an abundance of utensils for cooking, making meal preparation a breeze. The bathrooms are clean and comfortable, and the laundry machine was a bonus, especially with washing powder provided. Considering all the amenities offered, the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this campsite for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable camping experience!

The young chap that was keeping the grounds was very polite and always had a smile. Very helpful and lovely reception staff. Looking forward to yet another stay.

N. F.The outdoor BBQ area, and additional cooking space at this top 10 were fantastic, the main kitchen is a bit small with too few spaces at the table. We had a nice quiet site not to far from the bathroom/kitchen, and the communal bathrooms were decently clean. Would be happy to stay again
T. H.If you want to sleep, don’t stay here. Cars are able to drive in and out at all hours as the gates aren’t closed at night. A group of park guests walked and drove just next door to the public park and partied there until 3am. Park management said there was nothing they could do. Our tent site was quite close to the toilets and they have relatively loud music playing in the toilets 24|7, which might seem quiet enough during the day, but not at 3am. Apart from all of this, the park is fine Good shade.
C. S.Lovely site en route North. Site has a large open green area in the middle and local restaurants a short walk away. One of the most spacious sites we stayed in on our travels. Leamington and the main part of Cambridge both interesting to explore.

J.Stayed overnight in an executive studio which was perfect for our needs - clean and well-maintained, great shower, comfortable bed, fresh linen, comfy sofa. Quiet location and a short distance from main street.

H. N.Absolutely loved staying here. All facilities are clean and tidy, staff are friendly and there is lots to do for the kids, with wide open grass areas, jumping pillows and tricycles you can rent. Store is a bit limited but its close enough to town to go to dedicated stores if need be.
Caravan spots are spacious enough to feel secluded.

A family friendly holiday park with excellent facilites, conveniently located in Leamington, Cambridge. Only a 4 minute walk to great cafes, takeaways and the other services of Leamington, and 5 minutes drive to the supermarkets and shopping in Cambridge itself.
The sites are well sized, and there was adequate room for manouvreing caravans and motorhomes.
We had a pleasant stay at Cambridge Top 10, who are living up well to the Top 10 brand and standards.

G. F.As always, the "rooms" was our campervan. Checking in was quick and efficient and our powered site was closest to the showers, kitchen, laundry and TV lounge. Their kitchens actually had extra pots, pans and china to use. In addition they have a separate BBQ area with 3 grills and BBQ tools to use.
V. K.Stayed here with a group for an event. Rooms were excellent, clean and well decorated and the beds were supremely comfortable. Bathrooms were a bit dirty but better than most and it's to be expected with a communal area. The rooms even had a TV and kitchen with all the works.

K. S.We stayed here for 5 nights over the New Year period in our caravan. What a great camp. Well stocked kitchen in terms of cooking utensils and equipment, should you need it. Excellent showers and a very well kept clean camp. We had our 2 dogs with us and checked prior to booking that they were welcome. Cambridge is a lovely place and it was a good base in terms of doing day trips to Hamilton and Tauranga. Will definitely stay again.
C. D.Such a beautiful setting amongst the autumn trees. This camp ground is ideally located a short easy walk into Cambridge township but has other local nearby stores as well. It is SUPER CLEAN. The kitchen and bathrooms are kept sparkling and a joy to use. Ryan is so friendly and helpful. We just spent 3 nights there and can totally recommend.
G. D.This is possibly the best example of a Top10 park. The rooms are exactly how they're described in the photos and wording, no hidden surprises. Laundry services available, $4 a wash, same for the dryer. The staff here are more than helpful, happy to accommodate late check ins, printed tax invoices (rather than email) etc. Stayed in the King Studio. Kitchen, bathroom, everything you need in one place. Plenty of shops close for dinner also.
G. T.Very attractive campground situated under large trees. We stayed in a newish apartment with king size bed, fully self contained. Very well set up with all needs catered for except no coffee plunger. Cost of doing laundry was high at $4 per wash and $4 to use dryer. Good shops nearby with Fresh Choice supermarket, several takeaways including a Roast House. It is worth being a member of Top10 to get discounts.

C. H.My Mum and I had a 2 night stay at Cambridge TOP 10 Holiday Park, passing through for an event in Hamilton. We booked one of the Executive Studio Suites, a comfortable, clean and tidy suite. Reception team was welcoming and helpful. Only a block from a few shops, which we walked to one evening and under a 5 minute drive into town. Would recommend it..
M.Due to lockdown changes we hurriedly booked and arrived in the evening. The booking and after hours arrival process was easy. We stayed in a queen bed cabin and it was well presented, clean and welcoming. I especially loved having a wee veranda with 2 chairs on it. The shared toilets and kitchen were spotless and the kitchen had all we needed for an emergency stay with no picnic gear. Thank you.
A. K.Exceptional option for families with young kids. The jumping pillow and pedal go karts were fantastic. The location is excellent next to the playground. Clean, nice rooms, no need to bring bedding. The only thing is limited options for tv entertainment. We will be back with the kids for sure.

Cabins were new and very clean. Facilities good, lots of parking and lovely staff.
K. B.The facilities are good. The bedding is clean. The room was not particularly clean though. Spider webs on the ceiling and puzzle pieces from past guests under the bed. Water pressure was amazing. Heaps of warm water, we are 6 guests and no one has had a cold shower.
P. B.Moved here to shelter out cyclone Gabrielle. Good location close to town with lots of amenities. Also close to the River Ride which is a purpose built cycle track. Usual Top10 quality on site although could do with a few more showers as a lot of people using the site.

D. M.We were the lucky recipients of 2 nights in an ensuite chalet at Cambridge Top 10. We loved our time here. The room was extremely tidy with a great little kitchen area including all the utensils pots and pans needed. The king size bed was so comfortable! The large shower with great water pressure was much appreciated too. The grounds are well cared for and the location handy to everything. If you enjoy cycling book yourself in for a few days or longer as its an incredibly beautiful area with so many rides to choose from. We stayed here at the end of our 3 week holiday and had the weather been better we'd have definitely stayed longer. Thank you Cambridge Top 10 ... we'll be back!
E.Great site, lovely calm vibe. Nice well laid out pitches with hedging between for privacy. Bathroom facilities were spotless clean and well designed. Great location to explore Cambridge. Really enjoyed our stay.

D. h.Great place to stay . Nice clean and tidy set up . No complaints about the place . At all . I give a 4 star rating only because of my personal situation . . The "family" sized cabins with a kitchen and no toilet are great .except for the toddler proofing .It's hard work keeping a toddler here. Having to tie the sliding door to the tv unit so it can't be opened by little hands.since there is no bolts ,knives within reach ,climbable bunk ladders that are not removable. If You have no toddlers then everything here is sweet as . :)thanks
A. A.We stayed as a large group in the Sara lodge. Modern clean and comfortable. We didn't use the main kitchen, but the toilet facilities were really good. Only thing in the lodge is that it needs a 2nd sink, for rinsing dishes.friendly staff.

D. C.Fabulous. We had a girls weekend away and booked a small chalet with four solid bunks. It was very reasonably priced, comfortable and super clean. The Top 10 Cambridge is a very comfortable place to stay wtih a well stocked kitchen. The park is super well maintained and amazingly clean. One of the cleanest campsites I've ever been to. Because we were Top 10 members we had free cycle hire and free Wifi. Very friendly staff made great suggestions as to where to go and where to eat. Thank you.
R. R.This is definitely the best Top 10 I have been to. The mattresses and bedding were great and the whole site is very well kept. Great place to stay for the Hamilton sevens, far enough to avoid the chaos of Hamilton but near enough to get there for the first games.
W. L.Excellent, clean and owners very friendly. We were parked under the trees and the campervan quickly filled with sandflies, so we had to turn the lights off. This was with screen wire on our windows as well? Not a show stopper but something to be aware of.

We were put on a site which when it
rained, flooded all around the Caravan and the dogs couldn't get out to relieve themselves.we were coming down with friends who had to cancel as she had an emergency appendectomy but couldn't get her deposit back as it was within the 14 days of arriving. Very disappointing.
B. H.First top ten site we visited on our road trip of the north island. We were made to feel welcome by the manager and as a result we actual joined the top ten scheme. Sorry can't remember his name but his welcome to NZ made us stay on top ten site. Well done sir and thank you. It's a basic site but was a joy to stay at as it was a great instruction into camping with the RV.

We arrived shortly before dark in a Motor home and got a powered site for one night. We thought it was over priced at $90 when we had just come from Papamoa and paid a lot less.
Shower was very low pressure in the Ladies 3rd unit.

Dump station only ok for those m.homers who have cassettes to empty can not get level parking for the m.homes that have black/grey tanks as you can not empty out properly.Would recommend to others.

We arrived in our motor home on the 21 Mar 2020, originally for 5 nights as a base to visit attractions in the area, however, due to the enforced level 4 lockdown on the 25 Mar our stay suddenly extended to 27 days.
The staff, Karen,Shaun,Shelley and Ross went one step beyond their duty to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and checked on us daily, which was so good to us and helped our mental wellbeing as we were stranded so far from home in the UK and were feeling really isolated.
We cannot thank them enough and have so much gratitude to give for all the kindness and help we were given.
N. L.Wow. Spontaneously stopped here for a night and was positively surprised. Clean, well maintained bathrooms with two hangers and a rack in the shower, big and well equipped kitchen with brand new cutlery, plates and pots, two big ovens and stoves, big fridge. Outside they have a large trampoline pillow for the kids, lots of playground and a big, roofed barbecue area. Camping sites are beautiful, even floors with lots of grass. 250mb free wifi per person, login worked quick and easy. Price was 36$ for 2 on a non powered site - reasonable. Big thumbs up!
K.Cambridge Top 10 is well equipped for anything you may need. We stayed in a cabin, and it also had everything we needed. Facilities for the kids are also really great. We will definitely use them again, if we come out that way again.
M.I stayed here for 4 weeks, during the lockdown and was really impressed!. The staff did a great job in cleaning, also leaving hand towels and sprays available for self sanitising the areas we use.
The facilities are 10/10, great big kitchen with pots and utensils to use, loved using the gas grills, the laundry machines are new!, showers are piping hot and a great big warm lounge with a big screen to watch Movies! Also a great BBQ area, with new BBQs to use.
Wanna also say big thanks to Ross and Shelley! for letting me use their laptop and they make you feel welcome. The unlimited WiFi was icing on the cake!
I'm currently at Top 10 New Plymouth and it doesn't compare! Cheers everyone! Hope to see you soon!

C.Caron the Ownerin was very friendly and extremly helpful. Especielly in this difficult corona times she showed their positive Mindset to their guests. The campground has very well kept outfoor areas and facilities. So you see everywhere that she and her husband are very comitted.

A. W.Was okay. We asked for a big piece of land to camp on and where given one of the smallest and most exposed pieces. We stayed the longest and at times where the only campers on site. So was a shame to have such a site. There are two blocks to use one is a toilet and shower only block. The kitchen is often packed and is rather small considering the amount of camp sites avalible. Customer service on check-in was odd and awkward. Good location for cambridge though not the best for cambridge town center. Walking places not recommended though some can be done. Washing machines overpriced at $4 a load and washing powder expensive as per usual. Tranquil and quiet location in suburban area next to a park.
P. R.Really enjoyed a night here after visiting (lame) Hobbiton. It was a super hot day so the massive shade trees were a godsend. Unfortunately our old CampaSouth vans power was not compatible with the newer breakers so avoid if you are with CampaSouth and need power. We had just spent a day with power so our fridge was still good (it lasts about a day on battery). Staff were friendly and helpful and amenities were good.

N. L.Karen and Shaun are very good hosted, I am a truck driver and have been up round the Waikato and Bay of Plenty doing work. Karen allowed me to use the showers today, and was able to park my truck off the street in the car park next to them and the sorts feild.
