R.We were only here for one night but the hosts were very accommodating and let us check in at 1PM. This was really helpful as we were travelling with a 6 month old. They had set up a portacot in our bedroom prior to our arrival. Parking was a breeze, nice and spacious!
The room was very clean, no dust anywhere. The bed was comfortable and the one bedroom apartment was warm.
Nice and close the the airport, maybe a 5 minute drive in good traffic. Would recommend to others wanting somewhere nice and close to the airport or just for a good, relaxing experience.
A.Airport Palms Motel, Christchurch.
Wow! What a fabulous place to stay. I was here for work for two nights and I felt so much at home. The rooms are impeccably clean, the facilities are excellent, and the hospitality of the hosts Sharlene and Graham is absolutely wonderful. I’m so glad that I chose to stay here. I will be back. If I could give them an 11 out of 10, I would.

S.Super friendly and helpful staff, who booked us a taxi for an early morning flight. The place was spotless and i was impressed. Great recommendations for dinner, and accommodated us with a roller bed when we requested! The eco friendly toiletries tell me these guys are doing their part for the environment also. 10/10, we’re definitely coming back!
J.Stayed at the Palms Airport Motel last night. The rooms seem recently redone and impeccably clean. Getting fresh milk for tea and coffee on checkin was a nice touch… no UHT here folks!
Graham and Sharlene were very accomodating for little requests I had. I would definitely recommend staying here
A.We stayed there in November 2019, ( I forgot the review ) with 2 kids and it was super nice. First time in NZ and a very nice welcome. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and the service is outstanding. The owner were very helpful with information about NZ and gave us a Map with handwritten notes of places to see and where to go. Great place to start the holiday.
L.This is one of the best places Ive ever stayed! The owners were so accommodating and friendly, I cant believe how great the hospitality is!!! We were shown various rooms to pick from, the rooms themselves are divine. Definitely get the room with the spa, its so worth it! Its so clean and homey, I honestly rather stay here then go back to my own home! Bed was comfy, bathroom is clean and spacious. And its the little things like putting milk in the fridge and the really yummy hot chocolate mix! Motels usually have weird tasting hot chocolate haha. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you so much for the room guys!!!
M.Everyone is customer focused, little services that helped us get around was greatly appreciated. The room was comfortable and lots of personal touches like chilled water, make up fannels. Everything was clean and well set out. They would be my first choice every time.
L.My husband and I stayed here the night before we picked up a motor home to travel down south. The rooms were beautifully clean, the bed was VERY comfortable and the host Graham and his wife were very welcoming and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here. We were tempted to come back up a day early so we would spend our last night in a comfortable bed again. Thank you heaps for your hospitality!!
S.Very friendly & helpful. They fitted 13 of us in late in the day after our flight was cancelled. Very clean & well maintained units. They also booked us in at a nice restaurant, dropped us off & picked us up again after. Will definitely stay again.

We really appreciated Graham's advice on where to go for our evening meal and an added bonus was that he drove us there and picked us up again when were ready.We also appreciated having the shuttle to the airport the next morning and his asssistance once we got to the airport.Thank you Graham and Sharlene for your friendliness and help.
P.Have stayed here before... Very clean and comfortable, very quiet where we were situated. Prices are great, staff very accommodating. Have a shuttle to the airport, and off street parking. Very comfortable beds and pillows. This is are go to accommodation when in Christchurch.
R.Lovely, clean accommodation, so convenient to the airport so I could catch my flight the next day, we enjoyed our stay there. Used the laundry as well. Highly recommend this Motel. Would visit again.
S.Very tidy and clean. Nice rooms and very friendly hosts. Fantastic effort on the refillable shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower - no more silly little pointless bottles that other motels and hotels seem to have.
J.Stayed here recently for one night to be close to the Christchurch Airport. It is very easy to get to and from the airport and only a very short drive. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. The unit we had was number 22 I think; it was large, very well appointed, large comfortable bed and all spotlessly clean.

A.Excellent motel, very clean and well designed, quiet and comfortable with friendly staff. 3 minutes from the airport. Sushi, Asian, Thai and fish+chips just 5 minutes walk away. We've stayed at several airport motels in Christchurch and this is the best we've experienced. We'll be back.
C.Lovely and caring staff! Very welcoming. Clean and tidy rooms. Even the two cleaning ladies are gems, I had a 3 month old with me and they bought up everything I needed (bath, travel cot, blankets!) Definitely would come back.

R.Close to airport, really nice motel, with friendly and helpful front of house staff. Good size room with king size bed, and parking outside the room. Really nice condition with new kitchen, clean and tidy with thoughtful personal touches like fresh milk, biscuits in room, chilled water in the fridge, wifi included, room was warm when we checked in and make up face clothes. There was no aircon in my room but did have a fan and a heater in the bedroom and bathroom. Will stay again

Well looked after, feels freshly renovated and obviously a high degree of care is put in to looking after the rooms.
Quiet rooms as well and $5 for 24 hours of Internet (actually, FYI $5 gets you more than 24 hours and something huge like a 5GB cap). Speed test in my room reveled WiFi running 1.5Mb down and 4Mb up which is enough for remote desktop, streaming video and certainly for quick email and web browsing.
C.I don't usually stay at Motels. I prefer hotels however i have stayed at the Airport Palms 3 or 4 times now and keep coming back. The rooms are always really clean, very comfortable and I always sleep well. Also most rooms seam to have a bottle of water in the fridge and cookies in the kitchen. Little things like this really add to the experience. Would highly recommend.

Pat was a lovely lady to deal with, we booked in quite late after a long day and she was very accommodating to our needs, even upgraded our room at a special rate.
The room was amazing, quiet, large, amaculately clean & had all the amenities we required the highlights was the hospitality, generous amounts of tea/coffee & milk, the comfy bed, the room accessibility, right down to the fabulous spa bath which was a saving grace after a long day working and being 5 months pregnant.
Thank you so much for having us over two nights, will definately stay again and recommend your accommodation to others travelling to Christchurch.

R.Stayed here 2 weeks ago for a sporting trip. The temporary mangers looking after the place were just amazing. The service was outstanding, nothing was a problem and they even accommodated us by looking after some of our gear on the the day of check out so we could come back and pickup later in the afternoon. Top notch managers would high,y recommend. We will definitely be back and stay there again.
L.If you are wanting a good place to stay overnight - arriving late and leaving early then this motel ticks the boxes - my room was clean with a comfortable bed and had all the usual amenities Staff helpful and prompt. I paid $90 for my room which I thought was very cost effective. I got far more for my dollars than staying at the Ibis budget!

The staff were very helpful and cheerful. There is a free shuttle bus.
