We checked in late and were given all the information we needed to check in well advance. The room was smart and had everything we needed for our short stay. In the morning the staff happily obliged with dropping us at the car rental place without any fuss (as we hadn't mentioned it in advance). They were incredibly helpful in giving us information for our trip and just all round lovely people. Would happily stay there again and recommend booking with them directly.

Very clean and tidy, lovely place to stay. The owners are extremely friendly and were very hospitable. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

Room was clean and tidy but walking up the stairs really stunk of cigarettes very strong and room smelt for a time. Also lots of road nose.

Jeff and Naomi provided an excellent service. Our flight was an early morning arrival and Jeff picked us up and took our bags to the motel while we explored Christchurch. The unit was very clean and the bed was so comfortable and this motel was great value for money. Highly recommend staying here

OK. No sink or stove top (microwave). On noisy main road. Got the basics and clean for good price.

Staff were very friendly ♥. Stayed here for a couple of nights for a holiday at Christchurch. My flight the next day was rather early so it was nice that it was relatively close to the airport. Clean and comfortable room and overall had a pleasant stay.

Jeff and Naomi are wonderful, friendly hosts and the pride in their motel is clearly obvious, with a genuine effort to ensure everything is to the highest possible standard. Our stay was very pleasant, with a great shower, neat & tidy room complemened by a good night's sleep. Importantly too, it is in a great location with inexpensive rates.

Small but comfortably room bed very comfortable as well. Highly recommend Airways Motel. Found out to late they provide breakfast as well.👍

Great hosts. Clean and comfy units. Close to Airport and shops/service station around the corner. Only drawback the road noise to upstairs units. We will definitely stay there again.

We have stayed twice on the way up to Nelson and back and the owners are lovely. Nothing was too much trouble.....it was easy to find...and a very clean motel. I would recommend it to anyone.

The room appeared to be relatively clean however the bed was quite uncomfortable and the toilet stopped flushing at one point which I had to fix myself in the middle of the night. Overall this is a good basic needs motel if you need a place to stay before an early flight. We found the staff very friendly and they provide a shuttle to the airport (schedule a time on the front desk).

JEFF.was so helpful ..took care of my frozen goods until we depated also the motel had everything we needed also very clean .reasonable price ..would recommended and would stay on our next visit ..Ellen and Pat

Amazing value for money. Room was clean, hosts were friendly and so helpful. The free pick up/drop off service to the airport adds alot of value and was very fast (about 10mins in peak 8:30am traffic). Thank you for the amazing stay Airways motel, I'll be back again for sure 😊

Jeff was the star of the show, we were so thankful to be here. Jeff printed off our boarding passes the night we got in, helped through the whole thing. The next day he also gave us a shuttle to the airport. Well when we were almost to the airport I realized I left the boarding passes at the hotel. He drove us back to go get them, and then took us back to the airport! I was so lucky, so thankful that he did this on the most urgent flight of our lives. I would stay here out of all the places in Christchurch what an outstanding place and the guest service is impeccable. Thanks Jeff, how you helped us meant the world to us. The owner is very good to get along with and accommodating. When the courtesy airport pickup van refused to start she reimbursed the normal shuttlebus service to get us to the motel quickly. The rooms are reasonable. Very clean, bed comfortable. A few things needing repair and quite small. But warm, dry and moderate noise insulation from the main road. All in all for budget accommodation a reasonable place to sleep.

Super friendly people even willing to drop us off at 5am to the airport on the courtesy shuttle. Good size rooms and bath/shower. Z petrol station across the road for a quick snack. Highly recommend

Very happy. Nice clean unit. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. There was road noise as we had the front unit but it did calm down as the night went on and didn't keep us up at all. Handy location. Excellent size unit for a family.

Absolutely lovely service. Lynn was so sweet checking us in, and free airport shuttles driven by the manager himself! Room is clean and comfortable, with a heater both in the bathroom & the bedroom. Internet is fast & free, and the motel is located right next to a 24 hour petrol station for any plane snack cravings. Perfect for an overnight stay or a layover when flying out of Christchurch.

We stayed in the Airways Motel during lockdown, before we caught our flights back to Germany. Very nice place to stay, clean and well maintained rooms. Naomi and Jeff are a lovely couple who where always very helpful and firendly. If we ever find our self back in NZ we would defently come back!

We booked room for 3, third person didn't get hot water in shower, but there was no time to complain and get this sorted because we were leaving early morning. Anyhow, I didn't like this happened with us. I would have given only 1 or 2 stars but only because of free airport shuttle facility, I am giving 3 star.

Accomodarion clean and confortable. The owner was very helpful both giving informations and he offered to pick us up at the car rental company to bring us to the structure, then he delivered us to the airport in the early morning (3.45 am) Really appreciated

The owner was very friendly and even offered us a ride to a nearby RV rental place. The room is a simple standard room, although hot water for showers was a bit lacking (we have 4 people and it was early in the morning).

Perfectly adequate for our needs Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and the shuttle very useful. Would quite happily stay again.

I agree that the rooms are tiny. They are however very clean. Bathrooms are tiny but clean as well. Kitchen sinks are needed otherwise you keep using the bathroom sink (not so good). Reception staff excellent👍

So very helpful, provided fans for our unit as it was so very hot. Picked us up from car rental.pkace after we dropped our vehicle off. Took us to the airport at 4.30pam. 5 minutes from airport. Very comfy.

Budget type accomodation. Reasonably appointed, with kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge. Small area to work on computer plus Tv. Bathroom consists of shower, basin and toilet. Heated towel rails. Difficult to shave as mirror is over the toilet and not over the basin. Also no headboard in bedroom makes for uncomfortable tv viewing.

Its ok Bed was good everything worked was certainly ok for one night.

Was just there for a 4 hour sleep before hitting the road . Nice and clean . Could not find where they put the milk for a coffee nothing in the fridge other than that all good

(Translated) There is a TV. Bed is fluffy. If the hot water tank runs out, it will be water for about 30 minutes. There is no park and pool. Children's comments. I guess it's beautiful. When I took a shower, this sky was peeling. Tea towel was wet. Wi-Fi connection is difficult and slow. The Chinese brother at the reception was kind and nice. Free airport transfer is good. After dropping my luggage at the motel, I returned my rental car and picked me up at the airport. It was 6 o'clock in the morning of the airplane, but it was OK when I made a reservation. (Original) テレビがある。ベッドがふかふか。お湯のタンクが無くなったら３０分くらい水になるのでシャワーしてたらビックリする。公園とプールが無い。子供のコメント。まぁ綺麗なほうかな。シャワーするとこの天上が剥げてた。ティータオルが湿ってた。Wi-Fiが繋がりにくいし遅い。受付にいた中国人のお兄さんは親切でいい感じでした。空港への送迎が無料はいい。荷物をモーテルに置いてから、レンタカー返したあと空港まで迎えに来てくれた。飛行機の日朝６時だけど予約したらOKしてくれた。
