R.The rooms have obviously been refurbished fairly recently, and were clean, light and nicely finished for this standard of hotel, the beds were awesome, as they were firm and comfortable, unlike so many motels, which tend to opt for cheap, uncomfortable overly soft beds, the towels were good quality, and the free shower products were appreciated, all of the staff and management were very helpful and friendly.
we would definitely recommend a stay here, and would come here again the next time we are in Christchurch
T.The motel has upgraded its bathrooms and comfy new beds. Our family enjoyed their stay at Ascot during the school holidays. I just want to thank Kim for the hospitality and friendliness.
H.Wow, this new management team is really nailing their job. So different to 5 years ago. The facilities are wonderful and the team is extraordinary. Very helpful in everything. WiFi was down but altered the team and it got back up and running in less than 5 minutes.

C.The bed (used only one side of the pushed together singles), the position and the price was great. What let the room down was the far past it sofa in the living area that was just too student-flat spring-less to be used.
