P.This motel was very reasonably priced for the 3 days we spent there. The bed was comfortable, the studio room spacious, the unit was serviced daily and the rooms were very clean. The car park was a bit tight but OK. The location was ideal for walking distance to restaurants.

R.We are a family of 5 and we stayed here during the July school holidays. We had a pleasant stay. Lovely updated rooms and bathroom. The extra bonus was the welcoming and friendly service we received from the receptionist/manager on the first day. Thank you for accommodating us!
L.The room was adequate, clean and tidy however the bathroom photos are not a true reflection of what you get. Only some of their bathrooms have been upgraded. I booked my stay on the hope of having a nice bathroom so was very disappointed to find I had an 80s shower cubicle with a fixed spray shower head that was growing mould in the corners - no good when you're short like me as by the time the water gets to you, you may as well be standing in drizzle.
Property would not refund my full stay but did partially refund one night so I could move somewhere else.
R.Great location but all becoming very tired unfortunately. We have stayed there for years when visiting Christchurch but I think we will probably change until it is revamped

J.When I originally called to book a room, I was told they don't accept cats, despite the "pet friendly" icon on the website having a picture of a cat on it. After agreeing not to leave the cat unattended in the room, and listening to a list of reasons why cats are horrible, we were allowed to stay for two nights. Cons: dated, random loud electronic noises during the day (neighbour's phone/doorbell, maybe?), a little dirty -- wrappers under the bed, cracks and mold in the shower, a big burn/smudge across the television, etc. To be honest I think they may have given us the oldest/shabbiest room specifically because the person handling the booking didn't like cats. Pros: Well-maintained, very warm, comfy beds with clean sheets, kitchen has basically everything you could want, location is convenient to a lot of food options and the cbd, and friendly staff aside from the cat thing. Lots of eco-friendly stuff (yay!) but no recycle bin in the room (boo!). If the room were a little nicer, OR there hadn't been some deceptive advertising at first, I would give a solid 5 stars, but both together made the experience just a little bit too negative.
S.Fantastic accommodation, rooms were spacious, suited our team so well. Hosts were welcoming, provided laundry service with ease. Definitely marked for our return.

A.We stayed mid April and the room was very clean and very tidy - BUT because we were in a front room the roadside noise was just terrible! The cars and truck noise died down around 1am and started again at 6am! We asked if we could get another room as we were there for 4 nights, there was nothing. Warning stay away from the front rooms.

R.Our family of 5 are currently staying here... its wonderful, good value for money which is important over xmas, the cleaning staff are incredibly polite and accommodating, our room is perfect for two slightly boisterous 9 and 11year olds and 1year old. The older two are loving the pool facilities, our room has a kitchen and oven, lounge and dining. The kids are upstairs to keep out of our way! Ample parking, in a fantastic central location... we are in room 2 it is modern, fresh, clean, spacious has air conditioning and a full fridge freezer in the kitchen (I was able to cook a full xmas roast😁) the wifi is fast enough for everyone to be on their devices and there is a tv in every room. I highly recommend for families you will not be disappointed!
J.Stayed here twice in 3 weeks. Didn't disappoint either visit. Clean and tidy large rooms. Very comfy. Staff were lovely. Able to cook in room which was great. Would stay again.
K.We stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor. It was spacious and clean. The location of the motel was excellent, close to restaurants. Baby cot was free.
The only problem was hearing loud footsteps upstairs.

E.Lovely rooms. But customer service lacking. There was no hot water to take a shower, bath or even wash my face. I've been in contact but nobody gets back to me. Very disappointed and feeling bit ripped off as paid good money to have a nice room.
