L.What an exceptional find in central Christchurch! Booked this last minute as an overnight base for a wedding I was attending. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful in allowing me a little extra time to check in & get ready which was so appreciated! The place is immaculate, staff very welcoming & the rate was so reasonable. Super modern & clean and even a view! I will definitely stay here on my return - thanks for a hassle free & enjoyable nights accomodatio :-)

Very basic breakfast available at additional cost (but does not include tea or coffee! which is available at additional cost). Would give that a miss next time.
S.We had a lovely stay. It's a great hotel. The customer service was outstanding. The staff are friendly and helpful, great with kids, and have lots of personality. For us they went above and beyond. I left a device at the hotel, and they found it and returned it to me (in a different city) quickly and safely. I was so impressed and grateful.
R.Very clean, very tidy, very centrally located. Love the place and good pricing as well. Sad part was the notice under my door saying, “ due to low occupancy, breakfast won’t be served”. Okay, what’s my fault for not traveling with an army of people! Secondly, a few unprofessional staff at front office arguing loudly. Come on guys what happened to simple smiles and greetings?

T.This hotel is recommended for comfort, service, location and food. The beds were perfect. We both had a good sleep. Its in a great location for treatment at Forte Healh hospital. The service was exceptional and the cafe food lovely. We will come back.

г.It’s like a brand new hotel. I like the modern look. It is clean and doesn’t smell. Good size room and bathroom. Just don’t go near the window if you are afraid of height. I would reccomend it to everyone looking for an accomodation here in christchurch. It’s just a bit confusing for the name as it’s called Carnmore hotel but on the facade it says Cosa Hotel.

N.Excellent hotel. Reasonably priced, comfortable, clean and central. Especially like the individual room air-conditioning and block out curtains. Staff very friendly. I asked for Kate check out and was given to 12pm. Highly recommend
J.Great place to stay especially if you are coming from Trans Alpine excursion and need a rental car. This hotel is only 450 metres from Avis/Budget/Thrifty/ Apex rentals. Staff are very attentive, room is very modern and well appointed. Excellent place to stay.
P.Great place to stay, walking distance to most everything in the city center. The staff went above and beyond for me while I was here. The shower in my room was amazing and the room was clean. I would absolutely stay here again.
