R.We have missed our evening flight and had to find a (nice) place to stay overnight. It has been very stressful and we have made some mistakes but Montana is a superstar! She efficiently helped us with a complicated booking dilemma. Needless to mention the brand new and clean facilities after we entered our room. Great service and experience. Location is also neat, will stay again if we visit chch at another time!
S.Amazing service by Shuyi, she went above and beyond what I would expect. Location is very close to the river, restaurants and Margaret mahy playground. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.
Will definitely return on our next trip to Christchurch.
