This place is amazing for the price! The only thing I didn’t like was that it was a weird smell to it. Haha. But I had air freshener I purchased so it was no biggie. They were very sweet and let me have a late checkout so I have nothing back to say about this place. Location is great and it’s right next to an AMAZING bBQ restaurant one street over! Oh and free parking is choice!

Don't expect anything special here but it is close to town. The rooms are quite spacious and it has all you need at a reasonable price. For the budget conscious traveller this is not a bad option.

A motel close to the centre and they regularly cleaned the room. We were here for 4 nights and enjoyed being close to where we needed to be. However, it was noisy. You could hear everything behind the big sliding doors; cars, people on the balcony. The bed was way too soft for us. The bathroom and kitchenette area was good but the room itself could do with a little renovation.

I was very happy with the room that I decided to stay another night. Warm, comfortable, modern, easy, simple and clean. Every amenitie you could need. As a solo traveller I felt very safe there as well. And big thankyou to the owner for his generous hospitality.

I'm here for 3 nights it's been so lovely and convenient for my purposes like travelling about the city... the staff were wonderful I will be back units were clean fresh comfortable loved that there was no heat pump actually warm as toast though easy access to the city either by walking driving taxi or Uber your choice. Definitely will come back here again

Excellent service from hotel manager. Arrived after midnight and our key was left in safe at front reception for us to get late night access to our room. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend to travellers. Walking distance to all Christchurch CBD attractions.

Stayed here for 1 night en route to Invercargill. Easy, friendly check in procedure after 7pm & a long journey from Wellington. Very clean & well equipment room. Friendly staff. Great location, close to town. Plenty of parking. 10/10. Highly recommend.

The best thing about this place is the location, within 5-10 mins walk to the city centre. Rooms are decently sized. Basic and a little dated but clean. Didn't like the beds though as they were too soft.

We paid in advance via booking.com. When we arrived we were annoyed how my drivers license details were taken and my bank card details were taken even though I had paid in full. If I hadn't paid we would have walked away and found other accommodation. These two requests could result in Identity Fraud. In the morning when we dropped back the key, we asked for my details of my drivers license and bank card to be given back to us. After the owner/manager telephoned someone and spoke chinese, he agreed to inspect the room and cut off our details on the form we completed on arrival displaying my drivers license and bank card details. The problem was solved but we shouldn't have had to experience this awkwardness of trying to protect our private details. After all we had paid the accommodation earlier and that should have been the end of it. No more details required!!

Ok. Close to city centre, facilities are ok but kitchen does not have cooking facilities only a microwave. Apart from location I would try another place next time. And if your happy to be a little further out of the CBD you can find a much better motel for the same cost
