T.This is the first hotel I have stayed in long-term. I absolutely loved living in Hotel 115. The location is enough that it would be a great place to stay but the hotel is so much more than location. From the truly wonderfully accommodating staff to the comfortable rooms with the cheerful yellow doors, I felt blessed to wake up there, head out and return there every day. It is a real bonus to be able to use the health retreat across the road at the heritage. I couldn't recommend Hotel 115 enough.
C.this hotel was absolutely fantastic! They were able to help us long term with accomodations & so easy to communicate with. I HIGHLY recommend anyone wanting to stay somewhere fab in Chch.
R.Everything is just a little bit lush which is a real treat for a traveller. Loved the textured wallpaper, the gourmet toiletries and in the kids room the toys and play zone and entertainment for the kids was great. The tram lines go right by your doorstep for the city tour and there is a dairy, wine store and restaurants just out the door. Walking distance to the Margaret Mahy playground. Underground parking if you pay extra.
S.We loved this hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The ensuite was fantastic. It was lovely to have little extra pampering lotions provided. The room was beautifully presented and the bed was huge and so comfortable. We would recommend this for couples and families. We saw the fantastic children's rooms. An added bonus is its closeness to the city.

P.Had a fabulous stay at this beautiful modern inner city hotel... right in the heart of central city of Christchurch. We walked everywhere... restaurants, shopping, markets, gardens, parks, all within walking distance from the hotel. They serviced the room, and did a fantastic job. Helpful reception ladies too. Soooo happy to see decaffeinated coffee in the room, made use of them. Beautiful luxurious bathroom, modern style, and decor, and generous with their bathroom shampoo, conditioner, and cream. Absolutely fabulous location, close to everything, right on top of the tramline and a row of great bars.
The service staff were lovely, offering us coffee and water on arrival in the morning, and kept our luggage until check in later in the day so that we could explore.
Nothing was too much trouble at all.
The rooms were absolutely lovely, clean and well-appointed. Bathroom was amazing, spacious and modern, with a fantastic shower.

M.We enjoyed our stay at this small boutique style hotel. The hotel has very basic facilities however if you stay in the middle of the city then you don't really need a cafe or bar in the hotel. Michael's rule number one of staying at inner city hotels; the first thing you should do when you arrive is to leave again. As a place to rest ones weary head, this hotel is more than adequate. It has a very nice better than ordinary decor and lots of small touches that make it feel nice.

t.Our room was immaculate, quiet and unique. The bed was comfy and the bathroom with the walk in glass shower was so relaxing and spacious. There was an food court, unique bars and restaurants minutes away. Would stay here again!
a.I've stayed here several times. Very quaint, clean and has character, very unlike the other hotels in the area. Lovely, friendly staff, and a stones throw from wonderful food and the ever changing landscape of Christchurch CBD. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

E.Stayed here for one night before flying out of Christchurch. Have stayed here before though. Great service at checkin and appreciate the little things like coffee in the lobby and fridge in room. Location is fantastic. Only downside is there is tram noise until about 10pm but obviously doesn’t operate all the time. Otherwise, great value for money!
J.Great location. We paid extra for a room with a balcony, but it overlooked the roofs of ugly cement buildings, so wasn't worth it. Also the bathroom was cramped, no counter space for your things, and had a shower curtain enclosure only (so water goes everywhere on the floor no matter how hard you try to keep it near the drain).
C.One star off just due to the size of the rooms and bed. I was ok, being a fairly average height guy, but anyone taller would be out the end! Also very difficult dealing with two large suitcases in the room. That's the bad out the way - the rooms are really clean, modern and the bathroom was a good size and also up-to-date. Nice staff on reception and good location for getting around and some decent places to eat within a short walk.

G.We spent 2 nights in this hotel, it was the best around during our 1 month stay in NZ with my girlfriend. Would 200% recommend. Comfortable rooms, enough space, wifi, reception officers were spot on (night and day) and really kind to us.
The hotel is close to a cosy street where you can eat and drink in peace. Loved it!

A.A great little boutique hotel in Central City, close to many restaurants and cafes. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast option as you have to go to a different hotel for it and it wasn't that great. Christchurch has so many amazing cafes to experience. The last time I stayed I found the new receptionist to be excellent and very friendly.
J.We stayed in a premier deluxe king room. The room was large and had all the amenities we needed. I really liked how they had shampoo and conditioner. The service was friendly and helpful. The only thing I could critique them on is their free non alcoholic mini bar. For two people there was 1 water, 1 coke and 1 juice. Would have been nice to have had two of everything.
With that being said we enjoyed our stay and will recommend to others.
T.For an extra 15 NZ dollars, we upgraded our room to a room with a balcony (since this was due to last-minute availability) and we are glad that we did. Excellent value and was upgraded even though I had a cheap rate already. Location is perfect. Nice way to end a busy day.

T.We walked past some rooms that we're being cleaned and it seems that most rooms are different sizes however we were happy with our own room. The tram is a delight to watch. Staff were all friendly and helpful and chatty. I would stay here again if I came back.
L.Stayed at Hotel 115 for 1 night after 1 month of backpacking decided a little luxury was required and it delivered. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and modern with everything you would expect. It was nice to have good New Zealand coffee in the cafetiere and sit by the large window. The decor around the hotel fits in with a cool theme too and it is in a great location.
S.A lovely hotel right in the hub, at entrance to Tram Station which is beautiful. Note Trams stop at 6pm so no noise. Hotel decor is tasteful. Rooms are modern and even have USB port on bed side radio clock. Shower room super.

Nightly rate is bit pricey but convenience of location makes it worth staying here. Rooms are spacious, with high ceilings. Bed turndown service daily.
I.Stayed here for two weeks for work. Very central. Plenty of cafe nearby for breakfast and dinner. If you into bike riding, there is bike shared station nearby. The massage is super awesome. I also enjoyed fresh fruit available in reception area.

T.We brought a mystery hotel stay online and we pleasantly happy that it was Hotel. The Room was coasy but well thought out with the rooms being as beautifully finished as the building. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is only a few minutes walk to the centre of town.
T.Stayed at Hotel 115 in January and the location was perfect for what I needed. Recommend the tram as you can hop on and off around the city. Close to the Restart Mall and this is the place to find breakfast. Important to note here is that this hotel is not cheap or 'budget' by Christchurch standards.

B.Friendly staff, great central location, nice facilities. The room was pretty stifling as it didn't have any air conditioning or ventilation - just a couple of fans. But it was great for a couple of nights over New Year.

The remote control was held together with sticky tape and the appliances ran off a messy tangle of cords and powerboards.
T.The hotel is very centrally located in Christchurch. We upgraded to a Superior Queen with Balcony which allowed the luxury of around 600ml of space on each side of the bed. The public art is abundant, fun and quirky, and the new buildings are interesting in design and color.

m.This hotel is the governors Bay Hotel in governors Bay just out of Christchurch New Zealand what a fantastic place to for a wedding the pub is great and the food was fantastic they have accommodation which is good typical pub accommodation at reasonable prices if you get the chance come to Christchurch governors Bay is a must on your itinerary
