Friendly, welcoming staff at reception and breakfast time.Lovely comfortable beds , showers great. Enjoyed the gratis wine . Breakfast delicious and bountiful.Very handy location. Highly recommended. Hope to visit again.

We have stayed in 2017 , twice in 2019 and could be again 2022 although doubtful at moment lovely place.lovely staff. Really good breakfasts too.cannot recommend enough..Will stay again on next trip ..to NZ room 5 & 6 were great

Very handy location for this classic villa. Good off street carparking.we enjoyed staying at this property for 4 nights but there was a few things we were not so happy with. No fridge in the room was dissapointing. The first breakfast was very good with plenty of choices but this got progressively worse as supplies run out and every day there was less choice on some items. Also we had a day that the room was not cleaned despite there being only 2 rooms being used. We were in dining area having breakfast less than 10 meters from our room door but were not asked if we required room cleaning. Overall the stay was reasonably good value for money and some minor attention to details would make this property a 5 star

Received a very friendly warm welcome, made to feel at home as soon as you step through the door. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of choice. Walking distance to the city centre attractions and amenities. On the whole very enjoyable experience.

We were greeted on our arrival by Julie who is very welcoming. A beautiful Victorian house right in the heart of Christchurch. We could walk everywhere which was great. We highly recommend Orari and will definitely stay here again. Our room was beautiful and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast especially the gluten free granola! Parking is very easy too. Thank you

Classy elegant rooms in Christchurch CBD, beautiful breakfast and dining areas, not to mention the lovely and helpful people who went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable and recommended the restaurant in the botanical garden and organised bookings for dinner/ shuttle services for us. An beautiful accommodation with a history in the center of Christchurch.

Here is the best accommodation if you want to enjoy a cozy style room. The staff was perfect for me to stay how I enjoy here. But only the disappointment was that the breakfast was not various to enjoy, providing only some breads and milk. Room condition was okay and the exterior was very beautiful!

Lovely, comfortable B&B in a restored Victorian style house with beautiful gardens. Staff is most friendly and helpful. Provide free wine to chill in their lounge at happy hours. Awesome breakfast. Nice and big rooms. We just want to spend time inside the B&B.

I spent few nights here. The place is quite, tidy and clean. Close to the centre of Christchurch and plenty of restaurants and attractions. My room didn't come with breakfast but it is available to be included in the booking. Very pleased with my experience.

Stayed 1 night in this beautiful villa with additions. Great location with tourist sights ( art gallery, museum and gardens) and great resteraunts in walking distance. The place was warm, quaint and olde world decorated. The breakfast was delicious with cold and cooked options. We had a room with an ensuite ( think we got an upgrade). Modern bathroom and great shower. Wine in lounge at 5.30pm. Jan was friendly and welcoming. Only thing we didn't like was the bed. It was too hard for us. Personal preference but we woke in night sore.

Very nice accommodation. It was a pleasure to stay here. The hosts were very nice and helpful. Nice room and good breakfast. I would like to come back anytime.

Clean and comfort. It is on the good location that not far from tram station and you can walk to the all attractions in the city. Breakfast is good. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Everything about this place is perfect. From the staff to the room and food we could not fault anything. Julie needs a special mention. A great host. Nothing was too much trouble.

Great location in the centre of Christchurch, very helpful and allowed us to use there lounge as we were flying out late in the evening also meant we could change clothes after walking round Christchurch all day.

(Translated) B & B located in a typical Victorian house of the early twentieth century with a well-kept garden and very spacious rooms, all very clean. The staff was very friendly at all times. The room is of Victorian style, everything very well maintained and very comfortable bed with quality sheets. The sink was private but outside the room. Breakfast very good, with a small buffet and eggs cooked to taste. The WiFi connection was very good. It has private parking, although we do not use it. Very good location, 5 minutes from the city center and very close to the botanical garden. Recommended for stays in Christchurch. If it is worth noting something negative, I would say only that I would have preferred a room with a private bathroom inside (without having to cross the corridor). The price is a little high, although I suppose it is normal for a city like Christchurch. (Original) B&B situado en una casa victoriana típica de principios del siglo XX con un jardín muy bien cuidado y habitaciones muy amplias, todo muy limpio. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. La habitación es de estilo victoriano, todo muy bien mantenido y cama muy cómoda con sábanas de calidad. El lavabo era privado pero exterior a la habitación. El desayuno muy bueno, con un pequeño buffet y huevos cocinados al gusto. La conexión WiFi era muy buena. Dispone de aparcamiento privado, aunque no lo utilizamos. Muy buena ubicación, a 5 minutos del centro de la ciudad y muy cerca del jardín botánico. Recomendable para estancias en Christchurch. Si cabe destacar algo negativo, diría tan solo que hubiera preferido una habitación con baño privado interior (sin tener que cruzar el pasillo). El precio es un poco elevado, aunque supongo dentro de lo normal para una ciudad como Christchurch.

Not only because of the beautiful city and the central location of the B & B but also because of the great hospitality, the delicious breakfast and the well-kept rooms. On our next trip to Christchurch, we will definitely check in again at the Orari B & B. We recommend! (Original) Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Orari B&B wären aber gerne länger geblieben. Nicht nur wegen der schönen Stadt und der zentralen Lage des B&B's sondern auch wegen der tollen Gastfreundschaft, dem leckeren Frühstück und der gepflegten Zimmer. Bei unserem nächsten Trip nach Christchurch werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder im Orari B&B einchecken. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Nous avons été upgrades dans une chambre plus grande. Lit en 140 cependant et sdb minuscule. Très sympa mais un peu (à peine) moins chaleureux que les b&b précédents, et petit déjeuner assez banal, disons un peu plus type hôtel. Beaucoup de cafés et restaus a pied. Calme (quartier de l'Université). 15' en voiture de l'aéroport.
