Spotlessly clean, comfortable, modern, spacious and well appointed. Secure under cover parking. The location is tops, 5 minutes pleasant walk from restaurants. 10 minutes from the city centre. The Christchurch tram line ran past the front of the building which was charming. Simply put, this is superior accommodation at a reasonable price. 2 slight negatives, I found the bed a bit hard for my liking. And the man at reception gave us directions to our car park but not how to find our room. However these were minor.

Very easy right from the booking the apartment through to leaving for the week. Jackson was super friendly and helpful and the apartment was clean and just right for me for the week. Great location and looking forward to heading back in 2 weeks time. I have also now booked my other staff into the West Fitzroy for when there too

Brand new apartments. Has all the amenities and appliances needed, all new. Good heating and water pressure. All units seem to have parking. Overall good alternative to a hotel if you don't need the service of a hotel.

Really loved how close to the city we were..my only small negative is the tv even though it has chrome cast it's a throw back to awful screen quality. Apartments at this price should have internet capable tvs we paid for a super deluxe unit. Apart from that it's really nice...

Lovely secure apartment to live in city central ! Came with a secure car park Close to cafes, bars & restaurants . I was a long term tenant and enjoyed my stay thoroughly, lovely and helpful staff , though the weekly cleaning services needs much improvement ! Will miss living here and would be more than happy to be back here during my next visit to Christchurch !
