T.I stayed here for a night. The location was very convenient, close to universities, malls, eateries and the lady in the reception was very friendly. She explained the activities offered in Dunedin. The room was clean, tidy and the heater was already on, so when I went it was warm enough. Overall, would recommend this hotel.

P.Lovely studio apartments... Very quiet location, even in the heart of Dunedin... Close to all the shopping and the Octagon is a short walk down the road. Beds super comfy, and lovely walk in shower in the bathroom... With heated floors! Full kitchen facilities, and a small balcony complete the picture. The only draw back bring no elevator, not a problem for us, but limiting for others. They also have laundry facilities, washing machine is free, but you pay for the dryer. Staff were very helpful, especially the room cleaving staff. Would definitely stay here again.

P.This was my first visit to Dunedin. I found these apartments conveniently located, very spacious and very well run. All the facilities needed were present and the person on the desk was fantastically helpful. Despite the central city location, the apartments are very quiet and cosy. Good parking is also available. A great place to stay.

N.Large ,tidy and clean room. Excellent location. Walkable distance to most of the sights. Friendly staff. If she is not at the front desk, you can just give her a call and she responds very fast. There are free parking slots. This motel is a good choice in the city.
K.Great location in the middle of town. Room was very clean, all needed facilities are available in the room, including coffer/tea/microwave/wifi, etc. classy design of both the building and the room with a lovely feelings to it. Staff were friendly. I will definitely stay here again when I am back to Dunedin. No complaints here.

I.This place was really excellent:
- great location
- clean and tidy room
- spacious
- quiet as it isn't on the main road itself but tucked into a side alley
- great facilities
Only complaints were:
- the wifi was not particularly fast but it still worked OK
- they don't follow their own policy of not replacing towels if they are still hanging up, so they waste water/soap etc. (one of my pet hates of many motels/hotels)
Still going to give this a 5 rating though because every single other aspect of this place was excellent.

The Motel is right in the downtown, so everything in Dunedin is reachable by feet within ten to fifteen minutes!

Unclear price for extra bed. Even no any note for extra bed on confirmation emails. Was charged $25 for a 7-year-old kid without extra bed. We stayed 8 different hotel/motel in New Zealand. This is the only one charge a kid without extra bed.

Parking facilities were spacious and there were plenty of them, so it was comfortable
And there is a laundry room, and the part that could be run for free
I highly recommend it
However, the apartment starts from the second floor.
There is no elevator from the parking lot to the second floor
There was a little difficult part to move the luggage
That didn't matter
The location is also close to the city center
I will recommend it to those who are going

전 아파트먼트에서 1박했는데
시설 진짜 좋았어요
주방도 있어서 요리도 해먹을 수 있고
방도 2명이서 작지않게 썼고요
시설은 그냥 다른 호텔시설이랑 큰 차이
못느낄정도로 편하고 깨끗했어요
그리고 침대 바로 옆에 히터가 가까이 있어서
따뜻하게 지냈습니다
안그래도 주차하기 힘든 더니든도시에서
주차시설도 넓고 충분히 많이 있어서 편했어요
그리고 세탁실도 있고 무료로 돌릴 수 있었던 부분이
강추였습니다
다만 아파트먼트는 2층부터 시작인데
주차장에서 2층까지 엘레베이터가 없어서
짐을 옮기는데 조금 힘든 부분이 있었지만
그정도는 문제되지 않았어요
위치도 시내 중심에서 가까워서
가실분들에게 추천할게요

시설 정말 좋습니다. 기본 도구는 물론 전자렌지, 오븐, 하다못해 식기세척기까지 있어요.
2인이 쓰기 딱 적당했습니다.
위치는 정말 중심부라서 걸어서 마트 5분거리에 2개 있고, 옥타곤도 5분이면 가요.

Alojamiento situado en pleno centro de Dunedin, al que se accede por una calle estrecha que sale de la calle principal. Instalaciones muy limpias y bastante nuevas, destacaría la amplitud de la habitación y la comodidad de la cama. Dotado con una pequeña cocina con nevera (sería útil que dispusiera de algún fogón para cocinar algo sencillo). Dispone de aparcamiento privado. La conexión WiFi funcionaba correctamente. El personal nos trató con mucha amabilidad y nos dio información de la zona. Precio correcto, totalmente recomendable.
