A.Amazing place to stay. Staff lovely and very helpful. Very clean rooms. Huge bath. Lovely warm rooms Close to shops etc. Lovely big beds and so comfortable .

A.We were in Dunedin on short notice with a family member in the hospital. The staff at Motel Moray could not have been more kind or flexible towards me and our small child. We stayed in a 2-bed studio (king and single bed) and also a king bed studio with a separate bedroom with two single beds in it. The rooms were quite spacious and extremely clean, the beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed, and I thought the price was fair. The location was great, we could walk everywhere. Parking onsite was handy. There were some nice touches like a heated mirror in one of the rooms so it didn't steam up and free Wifi. The breakfast was simple but cheap. There is a lovely cafe right next door. Only drawback was you could hear a bit of muffled noise from the other rooms. I would stay here again. Thank you to the staff for your hospitality.
A.It is nicely located in the center Octogon so going to town to get food or look around was a big plus. Plenty of restaurants near by, shops and cinema's, a supermarket is short stroll through town. Free parking available, free speedy wifi. The staff Ange and Wayne are very nice people - they won't hesitate to help you out with any questions you may have.
S.Neat & tidy, lots of space, friendly staff. Close to town & lots of street art. Had some room for our bikes which was super helpful. Really enjoyed out stay.

B.We desperately needed a room last minute (every hotel was booked/ludicrously overpriced because there was a big Eagles concert in town) and the people at the front desk really helped us out. We had literal tons of luggage (just moved from overseas) and they were so accommodating storing it for us so we didn’t have to drag it all up to our doom (typo but I’m keeping it). The room was also very clean and warm, with a nice kitchenette. Location is great too, right in the center of town. Thanks to the great people working there!

M.Very dated but friendly service and great staff. Piss poor parking options available. Be prepared to park on the street.

B.The outside and hallway appearances put us off initially but the room was great. All conveniences were supplied and the lady that checked us in was very good. Very good downtown location. We would go back if we're ever in the area.
N.Good value for money motel almost in the centre of Dunedin and well within walking distance for many restaurants, tourist attractions, the casino, railway station etc. The staff were great. Would definitely recommend for any travellers to Dunedin. On site parking too.
B.Central to the Octagon. Rooms let were not those shown in the photos. Converted YWCA rooms - tired and needs a healthy dose of TLC. Can not say what the motel side is like. Probably Ok as the place was full. Good in terms of Uni graduation as close to Octagon and town hall

G.We love 97 Moray Motel, no traffic noise, close to hospitals, Thai restaurant, movie's and a ranchslider to pop out for a cigarette, wonderful staff a must stay
L.Wish we stayed here. Looked at a room, but chose another place in the main street. The apartment rooms with queen and single beds are large and roomy. The location is ideal. Parking is free and convenient. Area is quiet. Much better deal than the hotels around the block. If the wifi internet was price included, it'd be the best place we looked at by far!
C.Centrally located in the center of Dunedin. Walking distance to shopping street, nice restaurants, supermarket. Free parking is a bonus. Breakfast is nzd5.50/pp, have coffee, tea, bread, spread, butter, cereal and canned fruit.
L.VERY CONVENIENT location. Good rooms. Good staff. However could hear people in the room next door talking until late at night. I would still stay again if i came back 😎
