S.I can highly recommend this motel. Our unit was super clean, and serviced each day. The hosts were friendly and professional and able to supply a cot for the baby in our party. While the motel is not in the CBD it is an easy drive to town, however, being close to St Kilda beach and the wonderful cafes at St Clair is a bonus!

M.We’ve been staying at the Adrian Motel for years now and it is always great. Always super clean and the owners are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. A good standard of accommodation and an excellent location. Top tip: take a walk down the beach in the morning and get yourself a coffee or breakfast at the St Clair cafes. Great way to start the day no matter what the weather.

The place is immaculate,,clean tidy perfect surroundings.rooms are perfection, the cleaners replace clean towels and clean your rooms quickly and politely.
All the small details are perfection, service is excellent and they show pride in their beautiful establishment.

BIG +1 for having coffee plunges! Amazing to discover after the realisation we'd forgotten to bring our own. Good amount of privacy.
Only begrudgement was the carpark is a bit small, not enough for one park per unit. Found people parked in "our spot" just outside our units several times.
Has most of the sky tv necessities (movies, sport, etc) and good utilities. A pleasant stay in the end, I'd be happy to book with them again.

E.The rooms are clean and well maintained. However, minus 1 star for "free" wifi - which is limited by 1 Gb room/day; with 6 of us sharing it, it is severely not enough (data backup, work files, media, etc.) Any additional gig is $10 (!), unbelievable these days.
Minus another star for extremely low water pressure in the shower, and very hot halogen light bulbs in bedside lamps (tired and sleepy, automatically went to adjust it and burned my hand) - may I suggest that the owners switch to LED? Safer for your guests, and saves you a lot of money on energy bills in the long run.
Located very close to the beach, but you'll have to drive or walk quite a distance to the nearest store - best plan your meals and shopping in advance, there's nowhere around to pop out for a quick bite or milk and such.
Would stay again with unlimited wifi, otherwise - absolutely not. If wifi is not a priority for you - go for it, the place is lovely.

E.we had a very enjoyable wèek at the adrian motels the staff were very obliging and helpful and sally and greg were great considering we were on a forced holiday as our house was flooded and it was like a homeaway from home.i will always be grateful as i was quite poorly for a couple of days aafter my radiation. many thanks to them and i would recomend all my friends abd family to stay there.elmay and bob acklin top of the dn motels.4
