E. R.Hi team. I didn't get a chance to stay at the property but had an odd experience that I am so greatful for. I booked 2 rooms recently through booking.com but found out it was on a wrong location. It was non refundable if cancelled or if something happened in between. I reached out to the owners of Alhambra Oaks and they graciously and considerately understood my circumstances. You guys made my day. Thank you so much. Definitely going to choose Alhambra Oaks if in Dunedin and will tell friends and family. I know the team is honest with their business and looks after their clients over and beyond.
W. C.amazing hospitality. The front desk manager was excellent and welcomed us. we felt so comfortable there. I highly recommened this hotel for its location. the room we stayed in was beautiful and the decor was lovely. Will definately be going back there.
C. H.I stayed here recently while visiting Dunedin. The manager was friendly & hospitable. The room I stayed was a studio room. Very well maintained property & possibly the cleanest motel room I’ve ever seen. The property got plenty of spacious parking spaces which is rare in Dunedin.
The location was perfect as it was only 20 minutes walk into Dunedin city centre. Happy to stay here again next time I’m In town.

D. C.Cannot speak highly enough about my stay. 2 nights with husband in hospital with emergency. Very friendly and understanding. More than happy to accomodate my unknown but obviously late arrival. Lights and heater on for me when arrived at 11pm. Paid in the morning. So very very clean and comfy beds. Definite stay if you are in Dunedin
