Always clean, tidy, lovely smiles, room comfortable, beds are comfortable, parking always provided for us. Best location. We managed to get everywhere and be back to have lunch either in the motel or for a toilet break 😂 that’s how close everything was from Amross. You will not be disappointed! A++++ from us 3 thank you 😊 for making Dunedin that much more pleasant!
B.Great place to stay! The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, and gave us great tips on things to do in Dunedin. The room we stayed in was well equipped, very tidy and clean, with a nice, comfortable bed. Great location, walking distance to the city and the beautiful botanic gardens. Lots of eateries around if you don't feel like cooking. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Off street parking, Shower was great with plenty of water pressure. Our teenagers that were with us loved the comfy beds and having there own room. Plenty of Sky cannels and the kitchen was well equipped. I would give this motel 6 stars but they only allow 5.

L.Wonderful welcome by Barry on a cold rainy night who helped to take our bags upstairs to our very spacious warm room with separate bedroom.
Everything spic and span and good quality. Kitchen well equipped and bathroom roomy with spa bath. Had the best nights sleep on super comfy king size bed. In the city but quiet location with onsite parking and free wi-fi and netflix.

C.Highly recommend! It’s recently renewed and really cost effectiveness. You can get almost everything you need (shower kits for sure, microwave, washing machine, iron...) which allows you for re-heat the microwave food here and do some laundry. The location is great and convenient.
And most importantly is, the owner is very friendly and helpful. I feel so lucky found this place and it’s a really pleasant stay.

I.Staff were amazingly helpful and we greatly enjoyed our 1 night stay. Netflix available for free which a nice bonus. Easy walk into town for restaurants and fast food, as well as shopping.
Everything was clean and the beds have electric blankets to keep you warm. Full kitchen available and very useful for travellers on a budget and cooking for themselves.
I highly recommend staying here and will be coming back next time I'm in town.
J.Convenient location well facilitated units. Best value for money we have encountered in Dunedin. Service from Barry and Donna always top of the range. This stay we were looking after 3 of our grandchildren for a couple of nights. One has a little accident. We sorted the bedding and left for the day on return Donna had washed and dried the pjs. This motel was in the perfect location for us. We left the car at the premises and walk around the old city.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They recommended the blue penguins activity at night and I loved it.
It is also walking distance from restaurants and cafes.

t.If you stay in Dunedin this is the place Can not go past service & cleanliness. Barry & Donna are so welcoming and when your traveling it is so nice to be greeted by such friendly faces. Not only is their service of high standard so are the rooms. I have to say I don’t think I’ve stayed in such a spotless place everything that is done here is done with pride. Also close to the city centre for shops and cafes was also nice to have a choice of programs on the Tv not only sky but Netflix also. Well done Barry & Donna and your team we will definitely be back and telling everyone !

C.Honestly, for this Motel review I would really like to give more than five stars. First of all hosts are really amazing, charming and helpfull in terms of local sights to visit. However, the apartment itself is the real deal: Lots of space, reasonable amount of kitchen equiptment with cooking opportunity, Sky as well as Netflix - on an 50" Panasonic TV and overall cleanliness. Pricing is average/ lower mid range and the walking distance to the octagon is about 10 minutes. Without a doubt to recommend.

Only 2 small things , no chopping board, and a small table and chairs on balcony would of been good. Apart from that we were really pleased. Will come back.

G.The owners of this establishment have been amazing. They have bent over backwards to help us. We have been here for 5 days so far and have a family member in Hospital here. Due to prior bookings they have had to move us a bit but nothing is any trouble to them. Our needs have been met and then some. 5 stars in my book for sure.

Hosts excellent and allowed us to book in early afternoon then dropped us off at Dunedin Railway Station. They also indicated that we could leave our car during the morning after we checked out, so that we could look at a bit more of Dunedin.
J.Nice location, big rooms, clean and good staff. There is a kitchen also there with everything you need. The bathroom, living room and sleeping room is huge. You have even Netflix! The best thing: the price is good! I really recommend!

The kitchen supplies are complete, but the cooking stove is relatively simple. There is no range hood. If you want to fry beef steaks, the windows and doors must be opened in the room to avoid the strong smell. It is no problem to simply cook breakfast.
