Modern, clean and Tidy and Very Nice hosts. Warm & Friendly with lots of advice for sightseeing. Close to all the things you will ever need (walking distance). Very happy with this motel. Absolute pleasure, will stay again

Probably the nicest motel I have ever stayed in. Fantastic.

There are a lot of motels on George St, and I haven't tried them all, but I'd have to say this one is really nice. The room (#10) was spacious for a single room apartment and had a large separate bathroom. No bath but a large shower. It was very clean and well maintained. It was quiet. It was comfortable. Just very nice.

Nice and close to everything, host very helpful. We will be back

Wonderful people who were very kind as I had an emergency at Dunedin Hospital. Quiet, clean with well equipped rooms and I would recommend Beechwood to anyone who needs a bit more than just a place to sleep. Much appreciated. X

Lovely motel. Very clean, modern and everything I needed. Owners very friendly and helpful, and even offered to carry my bag up & down the stairs. Not too far from a supermarket and the Botanical Gardens. I would happily go back.

We stayed here for a night, 2 bedrooms (1Qeens, 2 Twins), the whole apartment looks nice, no kitchen. The bathroom is really nice, the bathroom is equipped with nice shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. However, the bed I slept has some bugs. This is why I only give it 3 stars.

10/10 Love love love it. Trendy, beautiful decor, absolutely spotless, beautiful beds and bedding, quiet, comfortable and well appointed. Nothing spared with top notch soaps etc. Gorgeous kitchen, great rates, close to town and Hockey Turf. Awesome friendly service. Great laundry. The BEECHWOOD is the cleanest and nicest motel that we have stayed in, in NZ. Would so stay again. Thanks so much.😊 It shows that it is 3 star accommodation, but it way exceeds that.😊

Absolutely on point. This place is EXCELLENT Spotless rooms. Beautifully appointed and stocked rooms. Super comfy beds with very nice linen. And that heated floor in the bathroom is amazing. Hospitality at reception is warm and welcoming after a long drive. I will be back. Thanks team.

Absolutely stunning little place. The rooms are large, new, modern and spotless with lovely toiletries and fluffy towles. The manager was super friendly and helpful giving us some great tips about the town. I cannot recommend this place high enough and will definitely stay again on our next trip to Dunedin.

Very nice, modern and comfortable. Centrally located. The host were polite and friendly. Highly recommend especially with kids.

Stayed on our trip across the country. Large clean room, comfy bed, amazing and helpful front office staff. Only 10 minute walk to tons of shops and food. I’d stay here again.

This Dunedin motel has heaps of character, some absolutely lovely landscaping with roses and other native flowers/plants, a sunny, peaceful, central location, clean rooms and very friendly and accommodating staff. I would highly recommend staying here.

Stay here! Everything is new, rooms are fantastic, kitchen includes an oven, free wifi(unlimited!), satellite TV, good location and helpful, friendly staff.
