L.Extremely happy with my stay. Lovely warm comfortable unit at an affordable price. Warm rooms, comfortable bed and cosy cushions. Lovely hot shower with great water pressure, fully equipped kitchen.
Great location, host was very friendly polite and welcoming. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and pride put into the entire property. Garage parking gave me peace of mind knowing my vehicle was safe and to top it off pet friendly so my travel companion was welcomed as much as I was which made my over all experience exceed my expectations.
Will recommend and return if ever in the area again.
S.Great Managers. Looking after us well. Rooms in great condition. Beds comfortable. Good tv . Great parking. Garage if you want one. Great shower pressure hot water etc. Only room in kitchen for one, but that can be a blessing. Best cook only cooks. Good laundry. We are enjoying the stay

A.I was somewhat impressed. I'd always heard stories bout this motel but even though its decor is 1995 it's very tidy and surprisingly quite. Bed was super comfy. Would definitely add it to my list if I have to stay in town again.
B.The hotel was good. Spacious room. Shower water pressure was great . Rooms are with heaters. Laundry and drier was free. The owner was friendly and helpful . The rooms have not enough power points . That was the only setback

T.The cost is reasonable considering what you get. The entire hotel was always kept clean. The wifi worked perfectly most of the time. A large desk for getting some real work done. Easy access to city. The beds are very comfy. The room was quite small with little space for large luggage.
T.Significantly, the room is really clean. Location pretty central for what we required. The proprietors were particularly friendly and welcoming. Liked the close location and thought the price was good value it was nice and clean. I would say its perfect to stay in where you can trust like home.
T.The location is ideal for getting into the sites in the city and entry to the motorway to nearby Mosgiel. Good value for money. As we were about to go the family function the 'wife' arrived at our room and was nothing short of rude. Clean rooms and tidy area. Basic but comfortable.

C.(Translated) Bad booking management left me dunedin in the middle of the night without any place to sleep. The guy at the gas station (super friendly by the way) recommended me the motel and saved my life. The room is comfortable, with mini kitchen and bathroom with decent shower. They give you tea, coffee, milk and cookies and the owner is a love. He attended me in the middle of the night waking up and everything.

Una mala gestion de booking me dejo tirada en dunedin a media noche sin ningun lugar donde dormir. El chico de la gasolinera (super amable por cierto) me recomendo el motel y me salvaron la vida. La habitacion es confortable, con mini cocina y baño con ducha decente. Te regalan te, cafe, leche y galletas y el dueño es un amor. Me atendio en plena noche despertandose y todo.
T.部屋は毎日の清掃が行き届いていて、清潔です。周辺には、比較的お店が多い感じ。受付の対応はよくとても快適に過ごせました。
