P.Stayed in Apartment 6 as we worked on site for a few days.... Excellent accomodation.... luxury comfort and a solid quiet fresh air apartment design..... Unique anywhere..... Highly recommended....
J.These apartments are in central Dunedin and the location is fantastic. Walking distance to shopping on George St and all the fantastic architecture in the octagon. There is some off street parking but the owner will reimburse for any parking costs incurred if there isn't a space reserved for your room. The apartments are spacious with high ceilings and lots of big windows. I've stayed twice and would happily stay again.
A.Nice place with comfortable rooms - but the heater upstairs only stays in for 10 minutes at a time, and the TV kept turning itself off. Also, the wireless internet dropped out a bit. The manager seemed nice too (though we only spoke to him over the phone).

2 room apartment was good.
3 room suite was fantastic.
But two draw backs. One shower didn't work but the main concern was that we did not see a single staff member. It was all done by email and phone.
J.Amazing place to stay. Beautiful architecture and very tastefully built into an old church. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. Location was perfect.
