Excellent and historic park. Friendly staff. Lots of cute and interesting outdoor decoration. The showers are well tiled, tons of hot water and... HEATED FLOOR! It would be 5 star if there were gated access.

I stayed here at non-powered site for 1 night around 2 years ago. The facilities were clean. Staffs were friendly and helpful. If visitor can use kitchen before 7AM it'd be great since I usually get up early.

It's the small things that make all the difference. At the Dunedin Holiday Park the proprietors had thought of those little things that make life much easier when camping. This was most obvious in the kitchen but was on show everywhere. There are big fridges for storing food, a pile of spare plates and utensils anyone could use, and even washing-up supplies as well. This much was offered without much ado. The absence of overbearing notices was a sign that the campers could be trusted to look after the place - something people seemed willing to go along with. The staff were easy to find and always helpful. We opted for a tent site in an unkempt part of the grounds, rather than the more regimented area. Something for everyone. I'm looking forward to staying again sometime.

Stayed one night and quite busy. Kitchen could do with recycling bins as everyone puts all the waste into the same bin. Water is hot and toilets are clean. Close to beach and cycle ride to centre of dunedin. Had space for a big bus so all good.

Good location to beach facilities a bit old but we’ll maintained low point was all the stones only 100mm below ground be careful if going to unpowered campsite area you may be bending a few pegs

Very nice and large holiday park conveniently located in St Kilda in Dunedin. We stayed there in December 2020 in a cabin with bunk beds. Very nice facilities and rooms. The rooms were clean and tidy when we boarded them. We collected the keys after hours from the reception which was closed. All the instructions were well written and marked on the site map. The rooms were close to the kitchen and made for easy access to cooking and food. It is very close to the beach and one can easily walk past the dunes to have a lazy stroll on the beach. Children's play area is also there which is good to keep the toddlers engaged. Well recommended.

Decent sized place, would be great for families! We pretty much parked up, had a shower and slept but it was a decently set up place. Showers had a pin code to enter, there was a tv room with sky tv, we didn't see the kitchens or use anything else really. Showers could do with a little bit of work as they are old and a bit unkept, other than that we would probably stay again. I imagine it is super busy in the summer....great having free wifi too

Absolutely beautiful place. Lovely place to camp. We stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. Lovely clean and tidy and such friendly hosts. Definitely recommend this place.

Such a lovely spot got the tv cabin nice and comfortable. Great place for kids all the cabins are painted up with different things.

Absolutely blown away, if it was possible to rate higher, I would. Everything exceeded my expectations. Stayed in one of the smaller cabins, which came with bunk beds, very comfortable and very clean, a heater with a timer which could be set for up to an hour at a time kept it very cosy in midwinter, the toilets were spotless and well maintained (excellent showers, good pressure and great temperature, and with a shower curtain between the shower and a small changing area). Kitchen is well supplied with pots and pans, and is very comfortable to cook in, and kept very clean. Will have no hesitation to return whenever we come back to Dunedin.

Stopped for a one night stay on two separate occasions 5 days apart. Service was very friendly on both occasions, powered caravan sites easily accessable, both the power points and water close to site. Clean easy to use waste water dump station. Very close to surf beach, buses to city centre at gate. I highly recommend this campground

Whilst the exterior and grounds were clean and tidy the kitchen and bathroom needed a good clean. In particular the ladies toilet and bathroom near the laundry. The showers were not clean and had body hair caught in the drains and toilet paper was often on the floor. The rubber mats were not lifted for the three days I was there as I saw sand building up over that time! I informed the office and after 24 hours still nothing was done. This block should be checked at lease twice a day.

It’s not a Top 10! It was like stepping back in time and is your typical “traditional” kiwi holiday park that was built in the 1920’s. We stayed in a self contained cabin with ensuite and were happy with the clean bedding, heat pump and hot shower for the price. We had a quiet nights sleep and liked the parks proximity to Dunedin. However the rest of the site could do with a major overhaul and update.

The facilities hallway is kinda creepy. Maybe that's their design of choice but it is uncomfortable to walk by at night. Also their water takes to long to heat up. However, the place is good as is it nearby the beach.

What a cool place. Really accommodating for a late check in. Amenities were amazing. Showers were the best. Kitchen was roomy and well stocked. Lots of querky touches, which trally made our brief stay here memorable .

I camped my van on a unpowered spot only $19 for the night for 1 person. Great price, good shower pressure, super friendly and helpful reception staff :) Will definitly come back here.

Staff friendly great for children being just over from the beach and park with a couple of options of playgrounds as well. Don't expect full service but should have towels exchanged daily especially with kids had to ask as per note in room then was forgotten on extended day.

We stayed here twice during our two-week trip to New Zealand over the holidays. The first time we stayed in a self-contained unit, which was just perfect for 5 of us (3 adults and 2 children). The kitchen was equipped with all that we needed, and the bathroom was clean. The second time, we had 2 more people with us (7 total) and opted for a 9-bed cabin and used the holiday park's shared kitchen and bathrooms. The bathrooms were great, and we didn't have to wait for showers or sinks. The kitchens got quite busy, and we weren't as well-prepared with our own dishes and utensils this time, so we had to wait to see what others left behind on the "free" shelves! The best part of this holiday park for us, though, was the children's playground and the trampoline especially. Our kids had a blast and quickly made friends with the other kids staying there. It's a great place, and we'll definitely be back!

Close to the beach, good facilities, the camp store do great fish and chips

Absolute best. Loved the outdoor decor a humorous cartoons. Felt secure in the showers and toilet with the keyboard code. Close to the sith Dunedin village. Handy takeaways/dairy next door

Went to stay at Woodhaugh NZMCA campground, a visitor at the site was rude and disgusting, we went to Dunedin Holiday Park and immediately felt welcomed. Thanku to the managers for running a slick operation. Others should learn from you. Highly recommend.

Terrific holiday park! We spent 3 nights in January 2020, traveling as a family of 8 in two large RVs. The bathroom facilities are nice, the kitchens are good and the playgrounds suited our kids quite well. The beach access was good and it was an easy drive into town (several grocery stores within just a few minutes). Some of our favorite sites during our stay: Royal Albatross Center, Larnach Castle, Tunnel Beach.

Perfect place to stay. Have stayed here 3 times. The self-contained units are great and have lots of room 2 adults, 2 kids.

Daughter and I spent 2 nights here. Very adequate and reasonably priced. Quaint and quirky art work around the park which made us smile. Would recommend if you are not wanting much luxury. Clean and good shower pressure but Wi-Fi not good where we were. Beds OK. Front staff welcoming.

A big group of us booked a selection of motel rooms here. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The reception staff are helpful and friendly, as well as accommodating of our group's unique style. The location is also good, being a short drive to the city and attractions.

A lovely holiday park just down the hill from the beautiful St Kilda beach. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom units which are modern and warm with spacious bedrooms. There is a children's playground on site. The ever popular "dinosaur playground" is also close by and is always a hit with the kids. Nice cafes close by aswell.

Excellent service, friendly staff, great place to stay. We have stayed in a self contained unit for 3 weeks every year for about 5 years and have always had a fantastic time. Just like our home away from home.

We liked the experience here. The location is a bit removed from downtown, but the public bus service to and from the city center (Octagon) worked pretty well and was cheap. The showers and kitchen condition are average. Internet wasn't bad and was free, and the powered RV sites were level. Reasonable price as well. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach.

Very comfy and cozy motel room, beds were comfy so we all had a great night sleep! Had everything we needed for our family. The only downfall for our stay was that the motel room hadn't been vaccumed, the windows were filthy, bathroom needs a bit more attention and there were daddy long leg spiders in the corners that we had to remove ourselves.

Nice spot with some fun quirky exteriors on the buildings. Great kids playground. Friendly and helpful customer service. Communal lounge could do with a bit of updating but has everything you need to relax including a kids toy box. Communal kitchens were very nice.

My first experience to stay in holiday park. The toilet and bathroom is out of the room. The kitchen is in the other side. No blanket is provided compared with other holiday park. Remember to bring your own blanket if you want to stay here. We stayed in double bedroom but it can fit 3 people.

This place was such an excellent welcoming to New Zealand for my partner and myself. The place has such a wonderful charm to it, with its wild west themed cabins and vintage cars. The showers and toilets were perfectly clean and we had such a great experience with the staff. Would highly recommend!

Traveling by campervan around the south island and needed a break this was a nice place which has been operating continuously if my memory serves me since the 1920s something like that its nicely quirky and has everything you need to have a break..laundry and a really lovely hot shower they have all other amenities and fellow campers n staff were nice too

Loved this place. Short walk to the beach, surrounded by everything you need. Good showers. Only reason for the missing star is that I dropped something down the side of the bed and it was really dirty, crumbs and spilt liquid down the wall. Other than that we loved it.

Stayed in a family cabin, was basic but spacious, kitchen and toilet facilities were clean and well equipped. Park is well laid out and easy to get around and location to shops etc.. is great. Cabins are heated by a fan heater that is on a one hour timer, which is a bit annoying when cold but heats up the space quickly. Rates arent too expensive by NZ standards and the staff are very friendly.

We camped here for one night ($38 for two people) in mid Oct. The place had quite a lot people and the kitchen was very crowded in the evening hours (photos were taken in the morning). The facilities were all right, clean enough. However, the kitchen and TV room were closed after 9pm till 7am. 7am was quite late for us, because we used to get up at 6am. It's also inconvenient for people who need to leave earlier.

Stayed there recently for a handful of nights in mid-March. Probably the third or fourth time we've stayed there over the past 10, maybe 15 years (my wife has developed a very strong attachment to the place). Anyway, like most posters here, it's a basic, friendly, reasonably well kept holiday park. We always plump for the no-frills TV Cabin (never watch TV in it though, so no idea why we're paying what I presume is more $$ for the TV aspect of the cabin). They are very, very basic, but good enough to get some kip in. As one commentator mentioned, the doors into the bathrooms (toilets) etc are key-coded, which can be a pain in the a__e when it comes to those quick middle-of-the-night visits when you've forgotten the code! Cleaning seems good enough, but like all holiday parks, clean as you go and don't leave a mess for others to clean up. It's very, very simple: try to leave whatever you use better off than how you found it, and like cruises on by. I've plumped for a 4-star response for the holiday park, 'cause it's not a 5-star resort (obviously) but does what it does very, very well. It's not trying to be anything it's not - would (and, do) recommend the place for others to stay, so long as you're happy to do your own thing, don't come with extortionately high expectations and are happy to muck in and make the most of your time in the place, without expecting everything to be laid-on for you. (As you would, in any holiday park/caravan/tenting park, anywhere around the world, I reckon). Cheers

Slightly crowded due to peak season. The bathroom and kitchen annoyingly had passwords. So keep that in mind during your stay or urgent trips to the toilet won't be fun. Staff is friendly. Kitchen and restrooms are semi-clean. Depending on the day you arrive. Definitely not cleaned daily. Good spot to get around. Close to the city centre and the peninsula isn't far either. Would go there again.

Lovely place. So near to the city! Clean toilets and kitchen. Kitchen well equipped, just some unimportant things missing that you should have in your own vehicle. Beach access just behind the area. In the day, it is very lively with children playing. There's a trampoline and play ground. Had a good deal from Campermate. WiFi accessible from most parts of the site. Overall great stay!

Great staff great sites but some are a bit small and inexperienced drivers may find it a bit tricky to park - I'm sure a fellow camper would help though. . Showers and toilets are kept nice and clean the staff do a brilliant job and will come and clean up any mess left if you go and ask. Kitchens (there are 2) have plenty of room, fridges and freezer space - even free shelves where you can share anything you can't take with you or won't use in time - great recycling idea. Walking distance to the beautiful huge beach. Staying here mid January to April due to house sale complications with a work relocate- but don't expect to stay any longer unfortunately you're not allowed to. But I have to say that even though the staff have to ask you to leave -the staff here are still great as is the campsite. If you're looking for a family, couple or solo place to stay in Dunedin this is it. Would be 5 stars but only 4 as they don't take long term clients.

A large camping site and accommodation. I rented a 'cabin room' around 6 meter square, quite small but I liked it because it was clean and private. The room was equipped with a heated that really helps to keep warm. One thing I felt uncomfortable is the toilet is about 100 meters away from the room, so it would not comfortable for those who has to go to the toilet at night.

I've been staying at this location off and on for the past 10 or so years and have always loved it and would previously give a 5 star. Was always my place of choice . Not on my last stay unfortunately ! Quite run down now and not as clean as previous stays. Staff at desk are still nice and still helpful. Internet was not working well which we were warned about. States smoke free , but this is not the case.

Nothing to hate about this place. Lovely, clean, friendly, helpful. What more could you ask for. We enjoy staying here. It's a handy position for where we want to go.

Very tidy and clean; I chose a budget TV cabin and it was good value for the price. The facilities were adequate and regularly cleaned (hot water was abundant!) and the camp was quiet even though it was full and very busy while I was there. The drive through to the town centre is easy and swift and there are supermarkets and a really excellent fish and chip shop nearby. It's a short, scenic drive up the Otago Peninsula to the albatross and penguin colonies, and Lanarch's Castle with a choice of coastal or inland (with views) roads.

The Dunedin Holiday Park is a well situated park for visitors to the City to stay. It has Caravan Parking, serviced Cabin's and Tent area's for your stay. Very close to the ocean and bus stops to get you into town or just to get around the city. Very clean and tidy. I'd recommend it.

Just perfect the hosts are friendly and the park is ideal for family's or tourists everything is covered si you dont need anything apart from groceries and that is dealt with the shop at the entrance of the camp This week will be the 3rd time we stayed and will be back

The location of the holiday park is good that not far away from the city center. Cafes and fastfood stores close by. St Clair beach is within walking distance. We stayed in the two bedrooms motel unit which is very clean amd tidy. Equipped kitchen.

I thought it was great! Wonderful artwork, staff who couldn't help you more, nice and quiet at night, plenty of facilities, clean and functional. My mum had a a medical problem, they pulled out all the stops for her. Very professional approach. Marvelous location.

I have stayed here in an ensuite unit 6 times over the last 4 years. Always clean and tidy and wonderful staff. Great also when we have brought school sports groups down as well.

We stayed there with my partner begging of January 2018 and we think was one of the best caravan parks we have stayed in New Zealand. Very organised, with all you need and very near to one of the best beaches. Staff very friendly and polite. Highly recommended

The facilities are plentiful, there is a nice little track that leads to the beach, BUT the toilet are pretty dirty. I understand there was a lot of people this weekend (all blacks), in this case it could be helpful to have someone do checks on the loos. They were awful, wet and full of paper everywhere.

Stayed here with a campervan. Sites were very roomy. Facilities were great. Plenty of room for cooking. Toilets and bathrooms were good. Costs $40 for powered site (2 people). Nice walk and close proximity to the beach.

Great spot, plenty of character with good facilities. Stayed in a double cabin, it was only small with a double bed and bunk beds but was adequate for the night. Location is right next to the beach, and it was a 5min drive to major supermarkets and only a little further into the city.

It is Dunedin's largest holiday park with lovely green areas and the gateway to the Otago Pennisula. There is a bus stop 300m from gate and all buses go to the city centre. Last bus from town is 11:05pm and it is bus number 3. There is also a shop at the gate. For family with kids, there is a playground just opposite the reception office. Besides powered sites, there are cabins, self-contained units, en-suite units, motel and tent areas. The reception staff were friendly, and there is free unlimited wifi for all guests. A pity that there was no complimentary dvd hire. There are two big kitchens in the holiday park with utensils and cooking equipment for sharing. There are hot water dispensers too. The kitchens are adjoined to dining and tv rooms. However, the kitchen closes at 10pm and reopens at 7am the next day, which may be inconvenient to some people. The toilets and showers are spacious, clean and bright. There are two places with toilets and showers facilities. There is a path at rear of holiday park that leads to the St Kilda Beach, which adjoins the Middle Beach and St Clair Beach. It is an easy 10-minute walk to the beach, which is a must-visit place on a bright sunny day.

Had the chance to stay on the powered site as well as the room. The room was clean and well equipped with wares. The powered site has strong WIFI. Definitely reccomend this park fif you are on a road trip to Dunedin or even as a stopover! Great staff!

Good cheap place if you are on a camper or need just some roof. Also opportunity of more comfortable suits. All cabins equipped with heater and small TV and a kettle. Nice place to stay.

We travel with a campervan so our needs are a clean shower with hot water, kitchen with enough space for cooking and preparing food and a close stop to the toilets. We received all that and more. The kitchen offers quite a lot kitchen utensils for free use. The kitchen, cabins and all buildings had fun drawings on them, which is lovely.

Big site with roomy pitches. We stayed 2 nights to be on the Taieri gorge railway. Handy for the city and close to the beach. Good showers and laundry.

Stayed in a cabin with 2 adults 3 kids would have thought would be single bunks not bottom double and top singles Which ended in a nasty night sleep but beds were comfortable room was pretty clean floor could have done with a lux the toilets/showers were awesome amazing pressure in the showers cool wee playground for the kids. Def will be back

Had a fabulous stay here. We hired a three bedroom unit and there was no problems splitting the bill. Comfy beds, warm rooms, tv, kitchenette - home away from home

Wonderful settings Shared cooking area, but there were no knife - a bit though getting things done but at the end my steak look pretty rustic. I will put this place as my preferred stop-over.

What a funny holiday park with original buildings (painted). Kitchen and bathroom old but large and clean. We took the cheapest cabin for the price but it was really small. No Free Unlimited Wifi but 500 Mo per day and device so not too bad.

Nice powered sites and great overall vibe, with plenty of creative drawings and little jokes to liven up the place. Two large kitchens, one tv/play area, nice playgorund. Two shower/toilet buildings that are ok-ish, not great. Short walking distance to beach (we didn't go due to weather).

We used a powered site for our van, $40 for the night which kiiiind of sucks but you can't get much better than that around these parts. The showers were nice, warm and clean though with wifi and cooking facilities.

We have stayed here many times before and have loved it here but this time we have noticed standards have seemed to have dropped. No towels no extra blankets and pillows. No complementary coffee, tea, sugar ect.not sure if we will be returning.

The people within the premises were very nice. The facilities good. EXCEPT for a disgusting experience I encountered with a Chinese who manned the store right outside the park premises. She was rude, impolite and discourteous. She is not supposed to be in a place like lovely New Zealand The park must put their own convenience store inside the premises to deter similar ugly scenario like what happened to me last March 31.

Family unit was clean and well stocked, staff were friendly. Fixed my booking when I stuffed up the dates, no problems, even reorganising things so we got the larger unit. Very happy with the service.

Pros: - Nice setting - convenience store on site - clean bathrooms and showers - free WiFi - very friendly staff: helped us out when there was a problem with our campervan - not too expensive Cons - only really that it’s slightly out of town. It would be a big job to have to walk to the centre of Dunedin so we had to get a cab.

Nice place. Altho was unimpressed with tv room & kitchen closing at 10pm. As people that normally don't get back until after this time it made us incapable of being able to heat up wheat bags or food. Stayed in small cabin. So if wanting to be able to use kitchen it watch TV I'd recommend paying more to stay in fully equipped room. Beach, mini gold playground within 5mins walk

Hot showers, Unlimited WiFi, great rates, a bit dated but very clean and toddy. Dump station has rubber gloves and soap. Great position with St. Kilda beach a short walk and Otaga Peninsula nearby. Would stay again for sure.

Friendly and helpful staff who catered for our needs whilst Ed Sheeran was in town (so super busy for them). Facilities were clean and tidy. Unlimited wifi but was patchy in places. Great access to the beach (2min walk which is good for surfing). They also provided buses to and from Forsyth Barr Stadium where Ed Sheeran was playing which was fantastic.

We booked a room for 1 night and paid $122 but when we checked in there was no soap no tea or coffee and no milk in the room. When I went and asked at the reception I got told that the room was mid ranged and it didn't include all those. It wasn't on the Expedia website. It was very disappointing. But the staff were very friendly and the room was great.

Has everything you could need, shower blocks a little old but perfectly usable. Powered sites well maintained but closely packed together so not much privacy.

The best!! Went here on June 2018. $40 fpr 2 adults / powered site. FREE UNLIMITED WIFI & works very well. The lady in office greeted us with the sweetest gesture. Amenities was totally excellent! I loveee this place.

They advertise free WiFi but we found it unusable, and it's an inconvenience that the kitchen and TV Room close in the evening. Exceptional service though. Location is great.

Stayed in the self contained unit. Best sleep ever, great comfortable bed warm and toastie. Just what we needed when having an early start.

A nice park. Plenty of clean showers and toilets. Lots of machines in the laundry. Close to the beach, though a little hike up the sand dunes is required. Plus unlimited free wifi that actually works.

Absolutely fabulous. Wonderfully clean cabins at the most reasonable rates. Couldn't recommend it high enough. Came here with the Queenstown kingsview children and they loved it.

The place is okay for the price you pay. Make sure you get an email to confirm dates as they told us we had to pay more because they didn't have our reservation saved.... but otherwise, close to the beach, lovely staff and pet and child friendly

Good location and good value Our stay was early January As the Kiwi Holiday Park member we paid around NZ$50 per night (after 15% discount ) for a small standard Cabin was a good rate, no wonder the site nearly full during our 4 nights stay It located within 10 minutes drive to the city center or 5 minutes to the supermarket, few minutes walk to the beach The Toilets and showers require password Large kitchen but needed improvement on cleanliness Staff are friendly

Beautiful campground, slept in my car. Perfectly close to the beach. Clean showers and facilities.

Dunedin Holiday Park is OK. It has a good bed and toilet, but it is quite small and the shower head keeps falling down. Other holiday parks give you bigger apartments.

It's OK. For that price they ask for a tent it could be better. Kitchen and showers weren't clean. Place for a tent was pretty good, beach is relatively close.

Absolutely awesome Holiday park. Fantastic grounds with playgrounds, bbq area and shop. Staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. Just a short walk from the most gorgeous beach, St Clair.

You'll need to bring your own utensils, plates and cooking pans if you plan to use the kitchen. Quirky designs on cabins and close to the beach.

Kitchen needs renovation. Showers hot but old. Locations is close lovely sandy beach. Bus stop 5 minutes away.

Great Holiday Park. Good Price Ratio 16$ for an Unpowerd Site. Good Conections to the City via Public Transport and close to the beach. Clean Bathrooms 2 Kitchens with big refrigerators. So all in all a good Holiday Park.

Great little holiday park. Our room was lovely and clean and the staff were really nice and friendly. The room wasn't expensive and was in a perfect location for visiting Dunedin centre.

We been there in a camper van on a power site at Christmas time. The park lovely and the staff is friendly and helpful. Just 5 minutes walkway from the St.Kilda beach. A bus stop to town around the corner as well.

Very nice place. Friendly staf and 2 large fully equipped kitchens. A good place for kids with nice playground. Don't forget to read the silly jokes on the halway between the showers&kitchen

Visited friends who were staying in a motor home. The loved the place and were very happy with the facilities.

This place is neat very friendly free showers lovely big kitchen and they have a laundry area which I didn't need to use

Was ok.just didnt like the fact their wasn't a sink to wash our dishes and had to go to the shared kitchen.and to pay for towels

A bit square and regimented for my tastes. I was only there one night in winter. Great location for the beach. Good facilities and friendly staff.

It's a modest place but clean and tidy with the most helpful staff we've encountered in new Zealand. Had a medical emergency and they were very gracious.

The rooms were lovely and clean the beds were nice the linen on the beds were lovely nice electric blankets etc I was very happy with it and reasonable price to also nice facilities for the children playgrounds etc.

The accommodation is great they have a great variety of sleeping arrangements. The huts have names plenty of places for caravans motorhomes & tents & walking distance to St Kilda beach.

Good location especially if you come in the summer, showers weren't brilliantly clean to be honest and cold in the winter due to the vent holes in the walls 🙄 stayed 2 nights, wasnt the worst place but was only passable if you want to stay longer.

I’ve only ever stopped at the dairy on the premises and yea well what do you say about a dairy? It had the ice cream and soft drink I wanted so I guess 5 stars? 🤔😂

Excellent facilities. Near to the beach. Fish and chips nearby. Short walk to bustop if you wnt to visit city centre. We enjoyed our 3 night stay.

Lovely clean cabin. Towels provided as well as tea and coffee in room. Only real complaint is wifi kept dropping in and out. :(

Lovely room for a cheap price that I stayed in. Just remember it's a holiday park and kids will be around so if you don't like kids or plan on being noisey this is not the place for you

Everything is pretty good, however the wifi is unbearable. It disconnects every a few minutes. Hope this can be improved. Apart from this, it is a great camp site.

Well maintained and clean holiday park. Facilities in a good shape. Only down side is that they barely have pots pans untecils and cutlery.

Good for a basic cabin. Kitchen and bathroom excellent, as a block. Also included a tv Lounge.

Clean restrooms, paid Laundry, free wifi, 38 $ for two for an unpowered site. Kitchen also clean but few cutlery available.

You get what you pay for, however staff are polite and even allowed us to check in early after traveling with 2 children under 2

The park is centrally located between Dunedin city and Otago Peninsula; it offers free WIFI and clean facilities.

It is a nice holiday park with a lot of facilities but the wifi does not work at all.

We stay here every time we are in Dunedin. The place is clean and tidy, welcoming staff and easy to get around

We stayed in a separate 2 bedroom motel unit, which was comfortable, modern and tidy. Would visit again!
