Superb Service. Such lovely hosts. Arrived later than expected. They offerd to go and get my dinner. Delivered to my room a block of Chocolate for a treat. I spend 3 weeks a month travelling for work staying in many motels . This motel is extremely comfortable and clean .Highly recommend.

We’ve been travelling for a whole week from Auckland and were switching to a different motel (same price range) every night. This was the best one we’ve had by far. It’s in North Dunedin, but if you have a car, then you’re only minutes away from everything. Room was big and clean. Bathroom seemed recently remodelled; also clean and well-lit. It’d have been perfect if the shower wasn’t a bit on the weak side, and there’s a small window right above the front door so couldn’t block all lights out during sleep.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Dunedin Motel & Villas AAA+++ beautiful helpful owners who were very accommodating & a complete pleasure to deal with!! Fantastic access for disability right down to the shower. The rooms were immaculate & very well presented. I highly recommend to all!!

further to my time in Dunedin. In times of adversity, acts of kindness are truly appreciated. if in the future you are looking for a motel in Dunedin, please consider the Dunedin Motel and Villas. It has been totally renovated and very comfortable. They have kindly opened their motel for cancer patients and have kept their costs within DHB allowance, a great reduction to them,but their care and compassion is so truly appreciated. They were there if I needed them but were very respectful of my space.xx

My wife and I stayed here 2 nights we found our room to meticulously clean when we arrived and was again clean for us when we returned after a days outing. Location is great with easy access to city life and Dunedin in general. Very affordable.Would definitely stay here again.

Great modern facilities. Excellent shower. Lovely hosts. Walking distance to hospital. Comfortable bed. Traffic noise level wasn't an issue. Second time I have stayed. Will stay again.

Really nice and spacious apartments. Clean with very modern appliances. Comfy beds with freshly washed and pressed linen. Great for large groups. Netflix and unlimited WiFi add to why this place is so great.

Home away from home. Very comfortable.

Unit no longer new but well maintained and very clean. Very well equipped for self catering. We were booked for an upstairs studio, but when owner saw how doddery we are she relocated us to a larger ground level motel. We heard some noise from the passersby, but this was expected as it was Halloween and Rugby World Cup final night, and the motel is not far from University facilities. Very easy to find for visitors to Dunedin and good access to the city.

Lovely people. Real comfy but my rooms door kept popping open while I was away. Nothing missing. Just a faulty door. Otherwise a great stay!

Very good only does not have a mixer on your lavatory.

In staying at a motel, I want two things. First, to be clean and comfortable which they did to a high standard. Second, I want peace and quiet, but thanks to Equippers church and some hideous student flats, this couldn't be provided.
