K.We had an excellent stay at Ebb Dunedin. The building itself is the most interesting and visually impactful hotel I have stayed in. The room amenities were well thought out and practical, while keeping that boutique feel. Ebb provided a truely luxurious stay in Dunedin. We will definitely return.

R.Love coming to this place every time. The ambience is brilliant with green tiles and fire place at the back. Stunning views of the reception of the hotel on the right. And above all fantastic food from Master chef Alison. The service with the young smiling team is second to none. The selection of delicious delicacies in the cabinet are always tempting and the a la carte menu is well presented. Must visit place in Dunedin. Our clean plates gives you an idea how scrumptious the meals were.

A.As a Dunedinite, Ebb has become my cafe of choice when I pop into town at the weekend,or I want to pick up a delicious lunch or coffee during the working week. Whether I am having just a coffee or lunch in the cafe, or grabbing a takeaway, staff are impeccably attentive, polite and friendly. The cafe has a European vibe and the decor is beautiful and elegant.The outdoor area with a fire in winter, further adds to the ambience and will be idyllic in warmer weather. The food is outstanding and the almond croissants certainly taste as if they were flown in from Paris. Although I live in Dunedin I’m looking for a good excuse to have a stay in the hotel!
A.Highly recommend Ebb. Central location with the Mall directly across the road. Large rooms with comfortable beds and bathrooms full of Ashley and Co products. Will stay again.

P.I wasn't staying, but the ambience is fantastic, almost Parisian, beautiful artworks on every floor and the rooms are really generous and well thought out. I think it is the car park space, which really reminded me of Paris, a utilitarian space that is not defined the cars or the parks but the landscaped surroundings and lighting. The hosts are warm, friendly and very thoughtful, I would like to have been staying!

O.Wow! What a stunning boutique art hotel! If it hasn't already I can see that this hotel will win awards! Everything about Ebb hotel seems to be carefully thought through down to the smallest little detail from the design, to the artwork, the selection of beverages, down to the teaspoon, - which all creates a luxurious, unique and exciting experience! A beautiful presentation on hotels of the future, outside that box, considering the customer experience, dynamic and connecting people! The service was amazing from start to finish and the food at the Ebb cafe was delicous! On top of that, the location is great! I've been to many top Five-star hotels so for Ebb Hotel I would need a Six-star!

C.Total slam dunk. So much thought went into the fitout of this hotel, so many little delights at every turn. If you're staying yourself, or want to impress someone you book for, don't miss EBB. Staff are completely in tune with everyone staying there, felt like I was the only one staying there but not in a weird, isolated way. Just that touch that some hospitality operators effortlessly exude. Just the right amount of tech cleverness, eco brilliant, ambience obsessed. 5 stars, 10 points, full marks.
